Palliativt förhållningssätt kännetecknas av helhetssyn av människan och uppnås genom stöttning av individen att leva med värdighet och största möjliga välbefinnande till livets slut oavsett diagnos eller ålder.Demens är en sjukdom som är svårt handikappande för den som drabbas och för de anhöriga är sjukdomen förödande. Den palliativa vården av personer med demens är inte optimerad. Studier visar att det dels beror på demenssjukdomen som är svår att vårda och dels för att stöd till de personer som vårdar sina anhöriga och det sociala kommunala nätverket har brister.Syfte: Att analysera upplevelsen av given vård i livets slutskede hos personer med demensdiagnos ur personalens och anhörigas perspektiv.Metod: Metasyntes utförd med Howell Major och Savin-Badins analysmodell, Qualitative Research Synthesis.Resultat: Kunskap och personcentrering var de två begrepp som blev produkten av syntesen. Begreppen fungerar som motsatser, om det finns kunskap och personcentrering så finns en bra upplevelse av given vård hos personal och anhöriga och om det brister i kunskap och personcentrering blir upplevelsen sämre.Diskussion: Kunskap om demens bland personal har i syntesen visats vara en indikator för god vård vid livets slut. Utbildning i demenssjukdom bör ske kontinuerligt och på olika nivåer beroende på vilken personalkategori som utbildas.Konklusion: Palliativ vård och demens måste få utrymme i utbildningarna av all personal, från undersköterska till specialistläkare..

Through participant observation in a local promoter group of hardcore punk shows inGothenburg and qualitative interviews with its members I have investigated links between taste in music, values and social structures in the hardcore punk scene. The theoretical framework of this essay is built upon the concept of subcultural capital, which is adapted from Pierre Bourdieu and developed by Sarah Thornton and Keith Kahn-Harris. The result shows how members among the hardcore punk scene create and preserve distinction towards others, while the distinction becomes important benchmarks for including and excluding practices in the scene..

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att undersöka om litteratursamtalet som metod vid texttolkning utvecklade elevernas förståelse, om graden av självinsikt rörande den egna utvecklingen och om intresset för skönlitterära texter ökade samt vad eleverna själva ansåg om arbetsmetoden. Undersökningen gjordes i en grupp elever från den kommunala vuxenutbildningen i Luleå som alla läste Svenska på B-nivå. Metoderna som användes för att kunna dra slutsatser var tre enkäter, observationer och fyra intervjuer. Av resultaten att döma kan vi dra slutsatserna att litteratursamtalet som metod utvecklade både elevernas förståelse och grad av självinsikt, att deras intresse för skönlitterära texter inte ökade utan låg kvar på en relativt hög, konstant nivå samt att de tyckte att litteratursamtalet som metod varit givande..

Det är inte alltid lätt att välja en metod som är lämplig och som uppfyller de krav och behov som finns inom organisationen. För att välja en lämplig metod är användning av ett ramverk ett bra hjälpmedel. Abstrakt Studiens fokus ligger på att beskriva hur och varför språklärare i engelska, svenska samt svenska som andra språk på grundskole- och gymnasienivå använder pedagogiskt drama som metod i språkundervisningen. Syftet är också att undersöka hur språklärare kopplar drama som metod i språkundervisningen till läroplanen. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att språklärarna använder metoder som grundövningar, samarbetsövningar, rollspel, improvisationer samt dramatisk gestaltning. Vidare visar undersökningen  att  språklärarna använder dramametoder i språkundervisningen för att det engagerar och utvecklar deras elever på ett djupare plan och för att kunskap, förståelse och insikt för språklärandet nås genom aktiv handling och konkreta erfarenheter. Språklärarna använder drama som metod i språkundervisningen vid socialisering av grupper, stärkande av identiteter och fördjupad kommunikation elever emellan.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting an individual's working life mobility and how this mobility is perceived by the individual. The study has a qualitative approach and the theoretical part is based on Castells', Giddens' and Bauman's theories of modern society and employment in relation to the individual. The study concludes that external circumstances in combination with internal driving forces are the reasons behind changing careers. The objective of this research is to unveil how respective teacher consider about the laboratory working methods in mathematics. The research even includes answers to questions such as, what approaches and attitudes the teachers have and the methods they use when instructing their students when teaching mathematics, what the materials used by the teachers are and how important working creatively is to help the students develop their logical thinking. I also looked into issues that can help understand how and why teachers use laboratory mathematics for students in young ages. As a conclusion the research showed that the teachers aim to the goal that includes helping the students understand mathematics, strengthen their logical thinking and creativity.In the method section qualitative data was used, which contained four interviews with different pedagogues that daily interact with students in elementary school. The reasons for using the method of qualitative data was to help me deeper understand and answer the specific questions I had to the pedagogues and to even compare how different pedagogues differ in their approaches and methods.

The problem with passive farmers has arised as an effect of the European Union´s common agricultural policy (CAP) and the decouplement from production-based payments. Payments to passive farmers contradict the purpose of the single payment scheme and constitute a great cost for the EU. The new contractual period after 2013 has given rise to discussions on the direction of the CAP with a purpose of increasing the efficiency of the single payment scheme, and reducing passive farming. The aim of the study is to increase the knowledge about a few factors? influence on passive farmers? attitudes towards land use and the CAP.
