The purpose of this study was to gain greater knowledge of how preschool teachers and children using an experimental- and activity box in biology. To find this out, I have used the participant observation method and semi-structured interviews since my study is qualitative. The result of the work led to a greater understanding of the biologybox. It was shown that preschool teachers' involvement is very important for children and that the biologybox contained good and inspiring materials. Although educators desired that there was more material to choose from as well as the usage time of the biologybox should be longer than 3 weeks..

Studiens syfte var att undersöka varför fyra olika organisationer använder vissa rekryteringsmetoder. Utifrån detta syfte formulerades en frågeställning om vilka bakomliggande orsaker som kan påverka valet av rekryteringsmetoder i dessa fyra olika organisationer. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av kvalitativasemistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra organisationer, varav två verkade inom privat sektor och tvåverkade inom offentlig sektor. Studien visar att de fyra olika organisationerna använder ett flertal olika rekryteringsmetoder vid tillsättandet av lediga tjänster. Valet av de olika metoderna kan ses grunda sig på olika bakomliggande orsaker; organisationernas uppgift, organisationens omvärld, makt och styrning samt tillgången på resurser.

Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka hur personer med diagnostiserad cancersjukdom upplever kontinuitet, delaktighet och tillit i samband med vård och behandling. Metod: En kvalitativ studiedesign användes och bekvämlighetsurval användes som urvalstyp. I urvalet ingick patienter diagnostiserade med cancersjukdom behandlade vid en onkologisk dagvårdsavdelning eller en onkologisk vårdavdelning. Inklusionskriterier var att patienten talade svenska flytande och var över 18 år. Patienter i livets slutskede samt med sjukdom som innebar en kognitiv nedsättning exkluderades.

The aim of this thesis is to highlight how male and female characters are portrayed in children?s books, that have football as a theme, and are written for children between 9-12 years of age. I have chosen this subject so that I, as a pre-school teacher, can adhere to the curriculum?s aim of maintaining the school?s responsibility for counteracting traditional gender roles. I aim to study how gender is represented in literature for children.I shall apply Yvonne Hirdman?s theories on the gender system which is built on the principals whereby the sexes are separate entities and there is a structural hierarchy between them.

SammanfattningDen här uppsatsen handlar om skolelevers uppfattning om vad hälsa är och vad de lär sig om hälsa i skolan. I uppsatsen kommer jag också gå in på om eleverna använder sig av hälsa när de är i skolan, hemma och på fritiden. Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka vad elever har för tankar om hälsa. För att kunna ta reda på det så utgår jag från forskningsfrågorna: Vad lär sig elever om hälsa enligt dem själva? Abstract Children with neuropsychiatric disorders often require special arrangements from the society. These measures could target the child itself, its parents, or other parts of the social network surrounding the child. Parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders are often deeply engaged both in their child and in these measures.Three parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and four counselors in different habilitation centers, were interviewed. The purpose of this qualitative interview study was to describe the methods with which the counselors worked to support parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and to understand how the parents experienced this support offered by the counselors.The qualitative interviews with counselors and parents followed a thematic interview guide. A structured interview form was used.

AIM This report studies the Swedish vintage store company Myrorna from a branding perspective.METHOD The study has applied the qualitative method where four personal interviews have taken a fundamental ground. The four respondents are taken from different professionals and from different positions by the reason that the brand would be based on a fair assessment. The study is obtaining data that further was collected from the library of University of Gävle, the articles from Emerladinsight.com and remaining pictures- and text materials is taken from the organization Myrorna. The theoretical material have been adapted on the brand Myrorna and then been used to analyze the empirical part. From the general impression that portrays the brand the researcher leads the discussion.RESULT AND CONCLUSION The result shows that the brand Myrorna in some extent do not fulfill the image the brand in the media mediate, between the illusion and the reality there is an empty space according to the research.

This paper is a qualitative study on the influence of the residents in a special communitydwelling within the care system for elderly. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyse with a user perspective how particularly staff members but also a group of retired people living in this dwelling interpret and articulate the concept of resident influence. How the retirees can influence the design and the content of the activities and the organization. How today the residents influence is carried out with the ideas and visions of the future.My methods include qualitative structured, semi-structured and non-structured interviews within a general frame of a resident questionnaire. The staff members present the current situation and reflect on the reasons for obstacles for resident influence.The group of retired people who lives in structures originating in the Swedish long-term care system and homes for the elderly tends to adjust to given routines and express a low-voiced wish for increased influence.

Based on the Migration Board's statistics report, the number of children that has gone missing within a time interval of 4 years (2010-2014) comprises 1331 children in total, of whom 146 are girls and 1185 are boys. The pre-school is seen by many as the place where children get equipped for the future and the challenges there of. One of the most important aims according of the curriculum for Swedish preschools is that children get the opportunity, in interaction with the pedagogues, to develop their identity and to feel secure and satisfied with themself. Although, in the curriculum of the Swedish preschool system there is a comprehensive focus on the children?s competencies and learning, the importance that the children feel secure is not that prominent. Consequently a paradox occurs between the focus on children?s competencies and their need for care.

Abstract This qualitative interview study focuses on job coaching by examining what thoughts, views and opinions the involved parties, such as job applicants and job coaches, have of the contribution. The aim is to highlight the obstacles and opportunities by examining the expectations that exist from both parties as well as how to look at job coaching and its different areas. In this context, examine the similarities and differences between the two parties approach to the contribution. This is made possible through four interviews with job applicants as well as four interviews with job coaches. A grounded theory inspired approach was used to obtain the results of the study.
