The Individual Program (within the continuation school) in Sweden is the third largest. Its purpose is that the students, who for some reason haven?t been able to be admitted to a National Program, shall get the chance to improve their possibilities to attend one. The difficulties the students, who are admitted to the Individual Program are carriers of, have a wide range. The purpose of the Individual Program is that no one should be excluded from any continuation school.

Purpose/Aim: The purpose is to describe, analyze and compare the two communication campaigns Världens Chans and Utrota Fattigdomen Nu, and discuss how and to what extent communication campaigns in Sweden can be used to reduce global poverty. The theoretical framework is mainly based on communications strategies and other relevant aspects of the planning process of campaigns.Material/Method: Within the qualitative case study as an overall method, the main material to the two cases is obtained through five qualitative interviews with the premier representatives of the campaigns.Main results: Världens Chans can be seen as an information campaign by the government which purpose is to contribute to the fulfilment of the millennium goals by drawing the attention of the public to their existence. Utrota Fattigdomen Nu, on the other hand, is an influence campaign by the civil society which purpose is to exterminate poverty by putting a pressure on power holders and to change the attitudes and the behaviours among the public. Both campaigns are based on a network with lots of different actors, functioning as opinion makers. Furthermore, communication campaigns are important tools in the fight against poverty..

This thesis treats the information the insurance company is going to give the policyholders just before the insurance is to be concluded and soon thereafter. The purpose for the essay is to investigate whether the mentioned information can be considered to meet the purpose referred to its establishment. The investigation will also show if the penalty for not upholding this obligation is reasonable in relation to the aim the duty to inform the policyholders is meant to uphold.Information to be provided before the contract is concluded should facilitate the choice of insurance. The information to be given to the policyholders as soon as possible after the contract is concluded should be given as a form of confirmation and information on conditions that has not been stated before. Today`s society requires that municipalities focus must be more on effectivity and quality. Because of this it is important for municipalities to look after the controlling systems. Many municipalities choose to adopt models that reflect the efficacy. The municipality of Vellinge has chosen to implement balanced scorecard in all their efficacies. We found it interesting when it was exposed that 70 % of all implementations of balanced scorecard fails.

I den här uppsatsen diskuteras lärarens motiv till läromedelsval i svenska, läromedlens innehåll samt vad läraren fokuserar på när det kommer till läsning. De frågeställningar vi utgick ifrån var vad lärarna har för motiv till läromedelsval när det kommer till läsutveckling, hur innehållet ser ut i läromedlen utifrån fyra aspekter som behandlar läsning och vilken aspekt som dominerar i lärarnas svenskundervisning enligt dem själva. Svaren på våra frågeställningar fick vi reda på genom att intervjua två lärare i mellanåren och analysera läromedel som används i deras undervisning. Det undersökta materialet består av två lärarintervjuer samt analyser av de två läromedel som användes av dessa lärare. Vi analyserade de två intervjuerna samt de två läromedlen utifrån fyra olika aspekter som behandlar skriftspråkliga förmågor för läsande.

Idén till denna rapport kom under en kurs i entreprenörskap och affärsutveckling där uppgiften var att starta ett eget företag. Denna kurs väckte en nyfikenhet kring hur man som nystartat modeföretag kan marknadsföra sig trots en liten budget. Syftet med rapporten är således att undersöka om det finns några samband för effektiv marknadsföring mellan litteratur och intervjuer som har gjorts. Litteraturen som har studerats tar upp mycket generellt om marknadsföring men poängterar vikten av varumärkesbyggande, image och planering. Böckerna ger en övergripande bild om marknadsföring för nystartade företag medan de intervjuer som gjorts fördjupar sig och ger mer konkreta metoder för marknadsföring.

Bakgrund: Hälsoutgifterna i förhållande till BNP har i flera länder ökat, samtidigt som vissa länder uttryckt oro över att fokus på utgiftsrestriktioner har skadat prestationerna inom hälsosystemet. Utvecklingen inom den isländska hälsosektorn är densamma.Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att beskriva och behandla de huvudsakliga problem som den isländska hälsosektorn står inför, redovisa åtgärder och reformer som har utförts med tyngdpunkt i privatiseringsplanerna samt diskutera möjliga alternativ för framtiden.Genomförande: Studien genomfördes parallellt med praktik på Sveriges ambassad i Reykjavik, Island. Det har bidragit till att författaren disponerat över ett stort informationsunderlag vilket underlättat förståelsen för specifika isländska faktorer, attityder och levnadssätt.Resultat: Det är viktigt att isländska staten har klara definitioner gällande vilken rättvisa som skall finnas i hälsosystemet. The municipality of Falkenberg is a result of a unification of several smaller municipalities in 1971, each one with a small library. This left Falkenberg with an unusual large amount of smaller branch libraries. The object of this thesis is to describe and try to understand the political conflicts that have erupted during the period 1971-1994. Through a case study containing press clippings from the local newspaper, different reports, political meeting protocols, a historical background of the library and a study of library specific norms and regulations I can create an image of the heated debate. The participants in this debate can be divided into politicians and civil servants and the conflict circles round the fact that from an economical perspective, there is not enough budget to keep all the small, local libraries.

The purpose is also to add explanation by using Behavioral analysis Method: Quantitative research of bankruptcies using financial prediction models and qualitative study of psychological pitfalls. The study is deductive. Results: I found that it is possible to explain the bankruptcies using the prediction models. The behavioural perspective adds further explanation.

The focus in this paper was on managers in the middle position in the care of the elderly and people with disabilities. The aim was to develop knowledge about the conditions of work among managers in the middle position and what they characterized as good leadership and which strategies they used in their work. The empirical data consisted of nine qualitative interviews with managers in the middle position in the municipality of Halmstad.The frameworks that mainly limited the middle managers' discretion were laws, political regulations and most of all it was the allocated budget. Their discretion was found closer to the operation such as working methods, recruitment and changes in job schedules. The middle managers spent the majority of their working hours with personnel administrative work and that they often had to prioritise among their tasks.

Purpose: To investigate whether or not the credit granters believe the quality in audits will deteriorate after the abolishment of statutory audit and, if that is the case, how the abolishment will strike the purpose and goal of accounting.Approach: To answer our purpose we carried out a literature study to later implement interviews with four granters of credits specialised in business accounts.Findings: The process of credit granting will not change after the abolishment of statutory audit for companies still using audit reports. Though, for other companies the process will change dramatically since the lean time of the process will increase. Higher demands will be put on these companies since the reliability in the economic information will decrease when it is no longer being reviewed in the same sense. Though, the credit granters believe that some form of substitute for audit will be demanded in order for the companies to be granted credits from the bank..

Äldre som bor på särskilt boende är beroende av att den personal som arbetar i verksamheten samverkar för att resurserna ska tas till vara på bästa sätt och därigenom tillförsäkra den boende skälig levnadsnivå. Syftet med studien var att, med fokus på ansvar och arbetsuppgifter, beskriva samverkan mellan områdeschef och sjuksköterska på ett särskilt boende. I studien användes en kvalitativ datainsamlingsmetod i form av intervjuer. Områdeschef är den som har budget- och personalansvar och ansvar för verksamheten, och sjuksköterskan har det medicinska ansvaret. Studien visar att upplevelsen av samverkan på det särskilda boendet är positivt.

SammanfattningAtt den fysiska aktiviteten är självklar för mig innebär inte att den är det för alla. De senaste åren har vi hört och sett hur tidningar tar upp att personer blir mer överviktiga och att fler blir mer inaktiva. Jag är intresserad av att ta reda på hur det ser ut i våra fritidshem och hur de arbetar med fysisk aktivitet, att även se om de yttre förutsättningarna har någon positiv eller negativ påverkan i verksamheten. Genom att göra intervjuer och se hur det ser ut i olika fritidshem och hur de arbetar med fysisk aktivitet. Dessa intervjuer har jag kategoriserat in i inom tätorten och utanför tätort för att se om det finns skillnader i verksamheterna.Genom intervjuerna framkommer att pedagogerna har samma syn på vad fysisk aktivitet är och de arbetar på ungefär samma sätt.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate the factors of children?s voluntarily reading in their spare time. We also want to know if the children choose non-fiction books for their voluntarily reading. The method as well as the empirical basis of this study is qualitative, with interviews of twenty-eight children in ages between 9 and 12 years. We conducted nine interviews with 3?4 children in each group.
