The purpose of this study was to find knowledge about ostomy patients experience with a focus on overall life situation and the care they receive from the nurse. The method used was a systematic literature review according to Polit, Beck & Hungler. Six scientific research reports have been used as foundation of the result in this study. The articles have been reviewed according to Antonovsky's Sense of Coherence (SOC).The result shows that experiences of having ostomy are individual. Adapting to their new life situation varies depending on the reason for having an ostomy.

LGBT people, in Uganda, have since the colonial time been in a vulnerable situation. When the President signed the ?Anti-Homosexuality Act? into law 2014 all forms of same-sex relationships became criminalized. The time after the law passed have been characterized by an increased homophobia and further violence against LGBT people. These are seen as deviants since they do not live according to the social norms, that the right thing to be is heterosexual.

Studies of the information needs of library patrons are necessary in order for the library to serve the community. Alas, studies of non-heterosexual persons are rare in the field of Library and Information Science in Sweden. This study aims at examining the information situation of women in same-sexed parenthood by means of analysing their situation as norm-breaking. The study is done through examining the specific information needs of this group, how they seek and receive information, what barriers they encounter and what function the library has in this information situation. A queer theoretical approach to heteronormativity in combination with McKenzie?s two-dimensional model of information seeking is used to perform a qualitative analysis of the material.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka och beskriva manliga patienters uppfatt- ningar av kateterisering och hur det är att, tillfälligt i samband med ett operativt urolog-iskt ingrepp, få och bära kateter. Studien genomfördes genom kvalitativa intervjuer av tio patienter på en vårdavdelning. Materialet från intervjuerna bearbetades och analyserades med en fenomenografisk ansats och detta resulterade i fem kategorier: Vikten av ett gott bemötande, Informationen före operation har stor betydelse, Obefogad rädsla för smärta, Betydelsen av val av material, Tryggheten och relationen till medpatienter i samma situation..

With inspiration from Bitzers situational analysis a phenomenografic method has been used, influenced by Brown & Levinsons´s theory of politeness, to find perceptions concerning constraints (in Bitzer´s sense in his model of the rhetorical situation) in Internet-based communication. Based on three qualitative interviews, this essay has found that the perceptions are closely linked to views of what constitutes formal and informal contexts, varying due to the gender or age of the informant. Netspeak is not considered appropriate, with some exceptions, in any formal situation. However, the perceptions regarding decorum in informal situations differ in nature, based mainly on what kinds of associations and connotations are produced by elements found in netspeak. Since perceptions regarding informal situations vary, there is a large risk of misunderstanding, which this essay aims to survey..

This study has been executed at the Public Employment Office, an institution that has beensubject for much debate during the last couple of years. The government has instructed theLabour Market Board to change the Public Employment Office toward a more effectiveorganization. This study examines one of the Public Employment Offices that are included in apilot project that aims to improve and develop work methods with the objective to become amore service minded organization. From this starting point we have investigated which effect thisorganizational change has had on the employee within this organization and within the pilotproject. In addition we investigate whether attitudes of the unemployed has an effect on thestaff´s work situation.

 För många personer som drabbas av hjärtinfarkt är det en traumatisk upplevelse och det kan också förekomma problem i dagliga livet lång tid efter infarkten. Syftet med studien var att analysera och beskriva upplevelser av att drabbas av hjärtinfarkt utifrån levd erfarenhet. Datamaterialet har utgjorts av självbiografier och analyserats med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalysmetod. Samtliga självbiografier var skrivna av män. Resultatet utgörs av fyra huvudkategorier; Insjuknandet, Vårdrelationen, Behov och Bemästring.

The aim of this study is to illuminate factors in nurses´ work, which can cause a state of exhaustion called burn out. The results indicate that work related mental illness is a lengthy process that gives rise to both physical and psychical problems. These problems might lead to a state of burn out. However, several authors prefer to use expressions like exhaust syndrome or exhaust depression as they are criticising the concept of burn out. The study is a literature analysis of 11 scientific articles that have been scrutinized using the criterions presented by Polit et al (2001).

This study looked at two groups of adolescents aged 12-17 years who had participated in circus training. One group had some form of disability while the other had none. The study was carried out as a qualitative study with observations, interviews and a questionnaire used as methods of gathering data. A small part of the study was quantitative and an observation chart was used. The purpose was to examine the importance of teamwork, environmental factors and the necessary requirements during a learning situation.

The purpose of this research was to find how supervisors in the care of elderly experience their leadership in everyday work and their view on the factors which are important for their leadership. In the research a qualitative method has been used to do interviews with six supervisors and to do analysis of material. By the help of literature studies, I explained leadership. Result of the study indicate that leadership concerned supervisor should prepared to do the right thing in every situation and to find best solution of different situation that come up on the work. The way to do all this is important to create leadership.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att få ökad förståelse för hur projektledare upplever sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö. För att uppnå detta syfte har vi genom en kvalitativ fallstudie på ett telecomföretag i Karlstad undersökt hur projektledare upplever sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö. Vi har även undersökt vilka faktorer i projektledarens yrkesroll som kan påverka den psykosociala arbetsmiljön.Vi har utifrån Karasek/Johnsons modell delat upp den psykosociala arbetsmiljön i arbetskrav, egenkontroll och socialt stöd. Arbetskrav handlar rent konkret om de fysiska och psykiska krav som ställs på individen för att denne skall kunna genomföra sitt arbete. Egenkontrollen på arbetsplatsen kan delas upp i två delar.

When a person of the older generation in a family owned company wish to transfer his ownership to a person in the younger generation this can be done through a succession of generation. Different methods can be used to proceed with such a matter, selling the company shares for a price below the market value is one example of this.When the owner transfers shares to a person in the younger generation, either as a gift or by selling them to a price below the market value, the provision in the 7th chapter 4 § ÄB can be applicable. This provision establish that; when a gift that has been given during the grantors lifetime and when the purpose of this gift is to be equivalent to a testament, the gift shall be returned to the receiver if this action confines with the direct heirs statutory portion.A gift is to be equivalent to a testament when the giver had the intention to arrange the succession when the gift was given away, and when this gift did not amount to any economical sacrifice for the giver. There are two situations which causes a gift to be equivalent to a testament. The first situation arises when the gift is given by the giver right before his death, on his deathbed so to speak.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilka faktorer i den psykosociala arbetsmiljön som gynnar det organisatoriska engagemanget samt om kommunikation har någon speciell betydelse i detta avseende. Tidigare forskning har påvisat samband mellan psykosociala arbetsmiljöfaktorer och organisatoriskt engagemang. Tidigare forskning har även påvisat att kommunikation är en betydande psykosocial arbetsmiljöfaktor. Undersökningen är genomförd på en gymnasieskola i Södra Sverige. Datainsamlingen bestod av intervjuer och enkäter.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka medarbetarnas upplevelse av den psykosociala arbetsmiljön på en operatörsavdelning inom ett säkerhetsföretag, samt utifrån erhållna resultat ge rekommendationer om hur arbetsmiljön skulle kunna förbättras. Frågeställningar som skulle besvaras var: Hur upplever medarbetarna den psykosociala arbetsmiljön? Vad kan organisationen göra för att förbättra den psykosociala arbetsmiljön för medarbetarna? Studien genomfördes på uppdrag av ett svenskt säkerhetsföretag. Metoderna som användes var enkät samt intervju. Samtliga tio medarbetare på avdelningen besvarade enkäten och fem av dem intervjuades.

Democracy is now a legitimate claim not only in the society but even in the classrooms. According to the 1994 Curriculum for the Non-Compulsory School System, Lpf 94 in Sweden, are all pupils in all types of schools ought to have a high level of possibilities to be able to influence their education. But many studies have led to unsatisfactory results about the actual situation in schools. Swedish students are critical of the limited opportunities they have in influencing their own learning process. This essay is only one among the many studies that have dealt with school democracy during the last 50 years.
