Allmänläkare i primärvården är den första vårdgivare som människor i behov av psykisk hjälp möter. Det saknas forskning om behandling av psykiskt sjuka inom primärvården i enskilda länder. I syfte att hitta nya frågeställningar och få djupare förståelse av hur primärvården fungerar med avseende på psykiskt sjuka intervjuades elva allmänläkare i en kroatisk stad. Insamlade data från intervjuerna strukturerades och bearbetades genom en induktiv tematisk analys. Resultaten visar att allmänläkare upplever en hög arbetsbelastning.

The Swedish welfare organisation is built on the fact that the legislation gives the municipalities and social workers guidance and direction how to assess cases. Through out this the clients have right to be assessed both equally and individually. How is this done? The purpose of this paper was to examine the effect of the organisation referred to the social workers ability to discretion and the evaluation of the assessment in first time applications of social assistant cases. The purpose was also to look for variations in decisions and if these could be explained out of organisational and assessment effects.

Syftet med studien var att ta reda på vad i den hästunderstödda terapin som gör behandlingen unik och verksam för individer med psykisk ohälsa. Vidare var syftet att undersöka hur den hästunderstödda terapin kan öka välmående hos barn med psykisk ohälsa. En kvalitativ metod tillämpades genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra terapeuter som bedriver hästunderstödd terapi. För att besvara syftet och analysera empirin utgick studien från tre teman och tre teorier. Studiens teman var vilken funktion hästen-, miljön- och terapeuten fyller i den hästunderstödda terapin, och teorierna var anknytning, mentalisering och empowerment.

The aim of our study is to explore social workers view on the importance of clothing. We want to know how and if social worker reflects on the importance of their clothing and how it may affect their clients. Dresses social workers differently due to different work situations? Play client`s clothes any role in the social welfare officers? Can client`s clothing affect the assessment of their problem?The study is based on a qualitative method. The data consists of two focus group interviews with four social workers in each group, containing three women and one man in each focusgroup, with a total of eight informants.The results of our study indicate that the clothes are important in meeting with clients and especially as to help create a relationship with the client.

The purpose of this study was to examine how modern information and communication technology influence collective action within the framework of social movements. By studying the protests in the Arab World 2011, and focusing on the social movements in Suleimanya in northern Iraq, by observation taken on place, the essay discusses that collective action is closely related to the use of technology, for example cell phones and Internet.Result shows that modern communication technology has enabled immeasurable access andconnection between individuals throughout the world, which seems to be different from previouscollective action. The new communication channels in the form of social media, has been used for the dissemination of information and news, documentation, organization and membership recruitment in the social movements in the Arab World and Suleimanya. The new social movements have the tendency to be decentralized and flattened organized, they are now self-organizing and that they only do a whole as global patterns, as evidenced by the social movements in the Arab World andSuleimanya..

 The main purpose is to investigate the main fea-tures of the discourse in the social medias about the legal view on cimes and criminals.                                                The special questions that are investigated are:1)    What specific features characterize the discourse in the social medias?2)    What are the legal restrictions for the freedom of speech on the Internet?3)    What attitudes can you find among lawyers towards the discourse in the social medias?4)    Are there grounds for presuming that the discourse in the social medias can effect the judgement in a special case?         .

 The aim of this study was to examine how social workers perceive and interpret the term ?barnets bästa? (?The best for the child?), within the framework of investigatory work and enforcement of Swedish law, which is carried out by the Social Services. We wanted to investigate if the interpretation of the term had any causal effects on the work carried out by social workers. Seven social workers from two municipalities participated in this study in which we used qualitative semi-structured interviews based around two vignettes. We focused on age, experience, legislation, and external circumstances to gain insight into how these factors alter social workers? perception of the term ?barnets bästa?. Our theoretical approach was based on two theories on social constructivism.

Människan är till sin natur en social varelse och många sammanhang förutsätter en viss social kompetens. Att ha social fobi innebär en stark rädsla för att bli utsatt för andra människors kritik och iakttagelser. Denna fobi leder till problem med många aktiviteter i vardagen, som t.ex. att läsa högt inför andra människor, gå på fest eller äta tillsammans med andra. Syftet med studien var att, med stöd av en arbetsterapeutisk arbetsprocess, undersöka hur några arbetsterapeuter arbetar med personer som har social fobi.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva hur djur respektive musik kan användas som fysisk-, psykisk- och social stimulans i vården av äldre över 65 år. Litteratur har sökts i tre stora databaser och inkluderad litteratur har analyserats och kvalitetsbedömts. Djur och musik har visat sig ha positiva effekter för de äldre i ordinart boende eller på äldreboende. De positiva effekterna visade sig genom förbättring av depression, ensamhet, sömn, fysiska och kognitiva funktioner. Förbattringarna visade sig genom musikterapi eller djurterapi där människan kan interagera med djur.

 Bakgrund Drygt 4 % av den svenska befolkningen lider av nedsatt njurfunktion. Det kan leda till ett livshotande tillstånd som kräver dialysbehandling. Begreppet hälsorelaterad livskvalitet syftar till att förklara patientens upplevelse av funktion, välmående och den generella hälsouppfattningen. Syfte Att belysa livskvaliteten hos njursjuka patienter som genomgår hemodialysbehandling. Metod En litteraturstudie, där data systematiskt sökts, kritiskt granskats och sammanställts.

Syftet med studien var att få reda på om upplevd första respektive andra ordningens förändring, i livet eller arbetet, får olika konsekvenser för upplevd psykisk hälsa. Om upplevd andra ordningens förändring relaterar till mer upplevda psykiska besvär än en förändring av första ordningen. Den oberoende variabeln är förändring och innefattas av en förändring av första ordningen, förändring av andra ordningen och ingen förändring alls. De beroende variablerna är psykisk ohälsa i form av besvär som stress, oro, ångest, sömnstörning, trötthet och nedstämdhet. Undersökningen genomfördes av en enkätstudie av anställda inom offentlig kommunal förvaltning.

Bakgrund: I denna studie defineras etnicitet som ett samlingsbegrepp för ursprung medan kultur som ett socialt inlärt beteende och är föränderlig i sitt sammanhang. I litteraturen framkommer att patienter med annan etniskt och kulturell bakgrund objektiviseras av sjukvårdpersonalen, individen betraktas som en representant för sin kultur. I Sverige finns många människor med annan etnisk och kulturell bakgrund. Människor som emigrerar drabbats av psykisk ohälsa i högre grad än genomsnittsbefolkningen de löper större risk för stress, oro och ångest.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva specialistsjuksköterskors möte med en patient som har en annan etnisk och kulturell bakgrund och vårdas för psykisk ohälsa.Metod: Datainsamlades via intervjuer av fem specialistsjuksköterskor. I denna studie används en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Två kategorier framkommer ur resultatet.

This thesis studies how the Swedish government articulates social exclusion within the spring budget of 2007. Through a discourse theoretical approach, inspired by Ernest Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, the empirical findings are reconstructed through the nodal point of labour and two chains of equivalence, based upon the duality between employment and unemployment. By viewing social exclusion as a phenomenon concerning discourse, identity and politics, this duality forms the basis of a deconstructive and hegemonic analysis.I argue that the term social exclusion is a powerful and flexible political concept in that it obscures ideological assumptions and objectives as well as draws attention away from alternative social concepts. Throughout the thesis social exclusion is stressed as a social category constituting the relation between individual and society. Hence I argue that it is of vital importance that the values underlying its usage are made explicit and that social exclusion as a floating signifier is made an object of academic analysis..

Allt fler ungdomar lider av psykisk ohälsa. Unga tjejer står för den mest dramatiska ökningen. Syftet med denna studie är att identifiera de mest förekommande stressorerna hos ungdomar på internetforumet terapisnack.com. Genom granskning av 200 inlägg undersöktes dessutom skillnader i kön, ålder samt förekomst av multipla stressorer. Genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys visade resultaten att fler tjejer än killar skriver på terapisnack.com och att de upplevda stressorerna skiljer sig åt mellan könen.

The purpose of this essay was to investigate which factors the individuals found important in the process of becoming a person with a drug-free life. The framing of the questions we had were to get the experiences, thoughts and wishes of the drug users. The survey was based on thematised qualitative interviews and focused in the personal stories of the interviewees. We interviewed four women and five men, all of which had several years of drug-abuse behind them. We found similarities and patterns and we could identify that the three most important things was the own motivation, will and that the drug-abuser had the possibility to change their social network and had the ability to find other important things in life..
