In today's society there is a trend in progress that it is positive and effective to have working groups or teams in organizations. But is it really all good? This essay explores this question through the concept "group weariness". Group weariness is defined as a negative attitude towards working in groups based on previous experiences of the working form. The aim of this study is to explore the concept of group weariness through a quantitative study.

In the past decade there has been a considerable growth of contingent employment arrangements. In Sweden, the most common among these are the temporary-help service firms. The aim of this study is to investigate how the employees of temporary-help service firms experience their situation as employed by one company and working at another. We have used a qualitative approach to reach an increased understanding for the daily situation of the contingent worker. The essay is based on participant observations and semi-structured interviews with six contingent workers.

Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka vilka delar av religionsämnet som tas med i religionsundervisningen idag, hur man tar upp dessa delar, vilken roll kursplanen har när det gäller religionskunskapens utformning samt varför man har format sin undervisning så här. Jag har även undersökt om lärarna upplever att de har friheten att själv forma sin undervisning. För att få fram svar på dessa frågor så använde jag mig av litteraturstudier samt en skriftlig intervju.Arbetet börjar med en tillbakablick hur religionsämnets utveckling har sett ut. Vilken visar att kristendomen har dominerat till största del. När jag sedan undersökte hur det såg ut idag i skolorna så visade resultatet från litteraturstudierna att kristendomen fortfarande hade en särställning.

Medarbetarna befinner sig i olika dimensioner och processer, som kan upplevas positiva eller negativa efter en omorganisation. I studien låg fokus på hur kommunikation fungerar efter en omorganisation och hur den upplevs av medarbetarna. Påverkas formell/informell samt verbal/icke verbal kommunikation efter en omorganisation? Studien är kvalitativ med en fenomenologisk utgångspunkt samt EPP-modellen för dataanalys.

This essay is about personal assistance for persons with considerable intellectual disabilities.The purpose with the study is: to examine personal assistance for individuals, who can`t speakfor themselves, to examine how the individuals can determine and get influence into theirassistance and how they can get help with it, to examine the role of an representative inrelation to the serviceuser´s assistance and examine if there are factors of gender in theinterviews.The chosen method is qualitative interviews.The interviews has been analysed through earlier research about personal assistance andtheoretical perspectives like: influence, integration and citizenship and discussed throughperspectives of social psychology.The main conclusions are: the influence the serviceusers can have is through persons whoknow them very well, the role of the representatives are indistinct, the serviceusers can´tdetermine their assistance themselves and need help with it from relatives, representatives,personal assistants and managers, the persons who know the serviceuser intimately are best totransform the needs to assistance. The factors of gender, are that there are more men aspersonal assistants than in the care of elderly, and the representatives are mostly men. Många människor söker sig till religionen då de hamnar i svåra situationer eller kriser i sitt liv. Det kan ske vid både kriser som sker individuellt och kriser som berör många i ett samhälle. I denna uppsats kommer jag att inrikta mig på den individuella traumatiska krisen och försöka få en förståelse för vad det är i religionen som fungerar som meningsskapande för människan och kan hjälpa henne genom en traumatisk kris. Frågeställningen som jag försöker besvara är: hur kan religionens funktion förstås som meningsskapare utifrån psykologiska perspektiv? This thesis is about a language-stimulating activity, called the Book Teddy, which take placein Markaryd, a small municipality in southern Sweden. The activity is described and someexamples given of the Book Teddy's visits to the homes of parents and their preschool children.Similar activities in Värnamo, Kumla and Borås, which have been inspired by the BookTeddy are also described.Facts about children's psychology, language development and child language illustrate theimportance of stimulating language acquisition in the early years. The objective with the study was to evaluate what key persons at LFV Group (Luftfartsverket) think about-presented core values and their implementation within the company. Another objective of the study was to describe and compare the process of implementation of core values and how this affects organization culture at two selected reference companies. A qualitative method was applied in the form of semi-structured interviews with key persons at Luftfartsverket and the other reference companies.As the result a four-step program is proposed to describe the implementation process of core values: presentation, introduction, realization and follow-up. Within the implementation process it is possible to distinguish another process, which is based on core values, - introduction of new employees. There are motivational factors such as money, activity level, variation, social contacts and personal development that drives the young adult to want a job. The purpose of the study was to examine which motivational factors are significant and the difference between the genders.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att ta del av upplevelser som långtidssjukskrivna individer med stressrelaterade symptom erfarit. Studien har en explorativ design och metoden som användes var den kvalitativa forskningsintervjun. Undersökningen genomfördes med semistrukturerade intervjuer och textanalys. Deltagarna utgjordes av anställda från två yrkeskategorier på en högskola, sju kvinnor och en man. Resultaten visade att bemötandet från omgivningen inverkar på hur individen upplever sin situation, men också att symptombilden påverkar möjligheten att ta till sig omgivningens stöd.

För att undersöka potentiella könsskillnader mellan studenters skattade arbetsvärden och om dessa samverkar med grad av self-efficacy, utfördes en explorativ studie med hjälp av en enkät. Vid ett universitet i Sverige deltog 109 st ekonomistudenter, med en svarsfrekvens på 98 % och jämn könsfördelning. I formuläret fick deltagarna fylla i demografiska data, sin individuella self-efficacy kopplat till sin förmåga i skolan, samt hur de värderade olika preferenser inför framtida karriärplan ur en lista med olika arbetsvärden. Resultaten visade att kvinnor (framför män) föredrog inre arbetsvärden, män (framför kvinnor) föredrog fritid. Det fanns även signifikanta positiva samband mellan self-efficacy och inflytande och mellan ska studera och yttre.

Syftet med denna studie var att studera sambandet mellan depression, ångest och dissociation. Studien grundar sig i både den psykoanalytiska teorin och den kognitiva teorin. Som deltagare valdes 90 studenter vid en högskola i södra Sverige och som materiel användes tre frågeformulär: ett dissociationsformulär, ett depressionsformulär och ett ångestformulär. Resultaten i denna studie visar på att det inte är någon skillnad i förekomsten av depression mellan män och kvinnor. Depression och ångest har en stark bindning till varandra.

Repetition of Non- word (make- up word that has not some semantic content) has been proposed as a reliable index of phonological memory in children with language impairment (LI). The aim of this study was to find out the possible similarities and differences concerning phonotactic non-words and working memory in 18 bilingual Swedish-Arabic children with and without LI ages 4-6 years. The investigation was undertaken by conducting three tests including NEPSY, WPPSI-III and a Word repetition test. The results showed that there are not significant differences between the two groups regarding various parts of NEPSY. On the other hand the results showed two significant differences in WPPSI-III regarding Picture categories and Word repetition tests for Swedish Non-word.
