The aim of the study was to examine plaqueindex, gingivalindex and oral hygiene measure among patients between 20-26 years of age, who were treated at the Dental Hygienist Programme at the University of Kristianstad. The study was performed as a dental record. All 126 subjects with records in this age were including in the study. Sixteen records (13 %) were excluded because the criteria were not fulfilled. Plauqeindex, gingivalindex and oral hygiene measures were registered from 110 records.

They perform this work in collaboration with the police and upper secondary schools in Örebro.The purpose of this essay is to investigate and describe this collaboration. More specifically, the purpose is to study the contents of documents of the municipality of Örebro concerning drug prevention aimed at youths through collaboration and compare with the actual work that is carried out by the Youth- and family team through collaboration. Further issues dealt with are possible improvements and if the parties concerned feel a need for a documented structure concerning their way of working.I have used a qualitative method and I have interviewed members of parties concerned.

Vi har undersökt rektorns ansvar för framtagning, uppföljning och utvärdering av handlingsprogram mot krän-kande behandling samt variationen i handlingsProgrammens innehåll och struktur. Vi har genomfört en telefon-intervjuenkät med rektorer från Sveriges län och en dokumentanalys av sex handlingsprogram. I vår undersök-ning har vi observerat att majoriteten av rektorerna är engagerade i att arbeta fram skolans handlingsprogram men att de i uppföljningen och utvärderingsarbetet inte är lika delaktiga. Utifrån litteratur samt våra undersök-ningar har vi även uppmärksammat en problematik kring hur skolorna tolkar begreppen kränkande behandling och mobbning, samt hur de rubricerar handlingsProgrammen. Vi ser dock inget samband mellan rubriksättning-en och innehållet i handlingsProgrammet.

The Third International Assessment of Educational Progress (TIMMS) and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) during the last decades regarding the results of mathematics teaching shows that China have a better performance than Sweden?s.Swedish teacher-guidelines focus on developing student?s individual interest and confidence for mathematics. In the Chinese teaching-guidelines for Mathematics Curriculum Standards, Ordninary Senior Secondary, the focus is given on: Elevate their mathematics literacy necessary for future citizenship and Development of citizen´s qualities (s.3).Teachers are the primary factors that impact teaching and learning of mathematics. Two teachers from Sweden and two from China were interviewed and their methods were compared in my study. The aim of my study was to understand mathematics teaching in China and Sweden.

Undersökningen syftar till att jämföra två olika urvalssystem för officersProgrammet. För detta syfte ställs det gamla respektive det nya urvalssystemet mot kadetternas studieresultat. Urvalskriterierna till dessa urvalssystem korreleras mot studieresultatet i en korrelationsmatris. Därefter undersöks de uppmätta sambanden medelst semi-partiala korrelationsmått och konfidensintervall. Detta skapar belägg för att det föregående urvalssystemet var effektivare än den nya för att välja ut kadetter med förmåga att tillgodogöra sig utbildningen.

AbstractThe aim of my study has been to investigate which expectations students at The Hotel and Restaurant Programme have for their futue working life and labour market. I want to investigate if these expectations are important factors that female dominance is large within the meal service sector. I have chosen to do qualitative interviews to discover these expectations.Some explanations that the respondent give for the gender differences within the restaurant and meal service sectors are the old tradition of male and female work. Furthermore the possibility of becoming well known within the market and the possibility for personal development in this market are described as important factors.The answers to my questions show that all respondents are positive to future work markets; also they all want to work within the restaurant sector and not in the meal service sector. The reasons for their choice cannot give a complete explanation to why female dominance is so big within the meal service sector.Keywords: Gender, status and celebrity-hood..

Media spelar stor roll i vårt samhälle. TV är det massmedium vi använder i störst utsträckning. 90 procent av barnen som är mellan nio och fjorton år ser på TV dagligen. Det är inom denna åldersgrupp (närmare bestämt 11-12-åringar) vi valt att göra vår undersökning. Undersökningen berör frågor som vilka TV-program barnen ser på och om barnen kommer i kontakt med dokusåpor? Vi kommer även att se närmare på vem barn tittar på TV med och om det finns någon skillnad mellan pojkars och flickors TV-tittande.

The purpose of this report is to analyze the advantages of using Programme software to monitor masshauling instead of using the conventional method. A comparsion between different programs will also be conducted in an attempt to determine the most affordable. This report is written for NCC Construction AB to help them choose a software most fitting for future projects.The report is based upon literature such as information taken from the developers website, existing reports with similar context, interviews with sellers of the software and interviews with people working in the building sector.The result of this report shows that there are several advantages with investing in a software that helps the management of a project and that it is something that should be taken under consideration instead of the existing method. Topcon is a clear favorite following the inquiries comparisons as done, when they deliver a complete system and not only a supplement to the current approach. Scanlaser are just in the beginning of its development, and is so far only out with an early version of the software, while Topcon has been brought further in development and therefore has more features in the program.

In year 2000 the Swedish Public Service television started a new series of Programmes named Mediemagasinet. The purpose was to expose the work of journalism through the eyes of a journalist. The Programme showed different types of tasks and problems that have to do with journalistic reporting. The form of Mediemagasinet wasn?t anything new but the content was presented as the very first of its kind.

Orsaken till mitt ämnesval för detta examensarbete uppkom på grund av att den teoretiska delen i byggutbildningen på den skola där jag arbetar ofta uppfattas som tråkig och meningslös. Detta arbete är ett försök att skapa ett nytt teorimaterial för byggProgrammet som eleverna skall kunna använda för att ta till sig den teoretiska kunskapen på ett effektivt och pedagogiskt sätt. I denna kurs så ingår det att eleverna skall kunna utföra enklare praktiska byggövningar, få kännedom om lite olika byggmaterial, olika byggtekniker samt ekologiskt byggande. Detta arbete tar också upp vad man skall tänka på när en pedagogisk facktext skall skrivas. Teorimaterialet i detta arbete är en handledning i hur man kan bygga en lekstuga.

This thesis studies the subject on how disabilities are written about in Swedish politics, the programs of the seven parties in the parliament are studied. The thesis is divided into two parts; where the first part is a content analysis to see how often disability are mention in each Programme. It differs between one (the Left Party) and 33 times (the Christian Democrates). This first part also works as a backround to the second part of the study. This part of the thesis is built upon a discourse analysis.

This thesis engages the topic of test methods for wood adhesives. Two test methods were evaluated, EN 302-1, a European standard, and ASTM D905, an American standard. The total amount of specimens manufactured and tested was more than 500. The adhesive bonds were tested in shear with an increasing load on the specimen until failure.The adhesives used were epoxy-resin, phenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde and a 2-K polyurethane. The test Programme included five different types of intentional errors per method, in order to investigate the sensitivity of the test methods.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka det pedagogiska mötet ur ett elevperspektiv. Vilka olika typer av möten upplever en elev och hur påverkas hon/han av dessa? Sju intervjuer genomfördes med elever som gick sista året på OmvårdnadsProgrammet. Undersökningen gjordes genom en öppen riktad intervju. Studien var kvalitativ och fem olika teman kunde urskiljas, det var mötet med kompisar, mötet med lärare, mötet med handledare, mötet med patienter och mötet med självet.
