Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda den föreslagna kriminaliseringens effekt på Sveriges nuvarande eftergiftsprogram samt undersöka dess effektivitet trots avsaknad av ett kronvittnesförfarande. Vidare avser uppsatsen att undersöka om kriminaliseringens effekter kan påverkas. För att utröna kriminaliseringens effekter har VD: n få en central roll i uppsatsens modell, då det endast är han som berörs av ett individuellt straffansvar och ej företaget i sig. För att utreda syftet har författarna nyttjat spelteori samt studerat det inträdesbeslut VD:n står inför. Resultatet påvisade att det är ej möjligt att införa ett kriminaliseringsförfarande, som förvisso ökar den avskräckande effekten, utan att samtidigt delvis äventyra eftergiftsprogrammets angivareffekt.

The purpose of this essay is to look at how the depiction of cats is performed in childrens? picture books. I will analyze eight pictures from four different books, two from each. The books are from two different decades: from the 1960s and from the 2000s.My ambition is to see if there are any artistic or cultural differences when comparing the two decades? depictions of cats to each other.

The purpose of the thesis Masculinities ? Gender and its Impact on the Social conditions of individuals is to perform a critical study of how gendered norms influence the social conditions of individuals. This has been done by a problematization and the attempt to answer the question of how the hegemonical masculinity can be analyzed as a discourse, and how the structural aspects of this discourse inflict on the social conditions of masculinities.The question was divided into the analytical themes: the boarders of the discourse, the institutionalization of the discourse, the actuation of the discourse and the agents of the discourse. The theoretical frame is constituted by the theory of discourse by Michel Foucault, the theory of the hegemonical masculinity by R.W. Connell and a subversive identity theory by Judith Butler.

The purpose of our essay is to find out if there are any strategies for profit transactions in a group. To realise our purpose we conducted two case studies with interviews. But we can not draw any general conclusions.To conduct the research we had to build a theory. In this theory we found motives to do profit transactions and how to do it. We also thought that there had to be some conflicts between the motives and the manager´s interests.In our analysis we found that financing the dividend was a strong reason to make profit transactions between companies in the group.

I och med att Apple 2007 introducerade sin iPhone exploderade marknaden för så kallade Nomadic Devices. En telefon som mer är tänkt att fungera som någon form av handdator. Dessa telefoners utformning och funktioner möjliggör för utvecklare att ta fram mer avancerade program än man tidigare sett för mobiltelefoner.

Career counselors in schools have for a long time reported a feeling that their work is not as important as teachers work. According to the Swedish Curriculum for the compulsory schools, all staff is responsible for viable counseling for pupils. Therefore, this study focuses on teachers, headmasters and a school executive director view of school career counseling, how they experience the fulfillment of curriculum goals and how it interferes/interacts with their work. To analyze the empirical material we collected from interviews, we used theoretical terms of organizational theory with focus on social structures, differentiation and integration. AbstractThe aim of this essay is to bring understanding to one of the problems theinternationally adopted in Sweden might face, the identity dilemma. In order to do so, a theory of identity construction, Constructionism, is used. This theory says that the construction of identities is a constantly continuing process, influenced, not only by our own perception of ourselves, but also by how we are viewed and treated by otherpeople.Given this theoretic starting point, an examination of the adoptees? everydayencounters in the Swedish society is made, using an autobiography, a biography, a collection of interviews, and newspaper articles. The result shows that the internationally adopted, although they are Swedish both by mind and by law, experience that they have been, and sometimes still are, confronted with strong attitudes such as racism, prejudice and stereotypes.Furthermore, those who experience the identity dilemma often refer to how they are perceived by ?the others?, or to what the encounters with ? the real? Swedes have been like.

Syftet med denna studie är att kartlägga gymnasieelevers användning av datorer i skolarbetet med olika ämnen på ett yrkesprogram och två högskoleförberedande program. Kontext för studien är en centralt belägen kommunal gymnasieskola, i en mindre kranskommun gränsande till en storstadsregion i Mellansverige. Datainsamlingen består av en kvantitativ fallstudie med enkät som datainsamlingsmetod. Det empiriska underlaget omfattar 50 enkäter och respondenterna är elever i gymnasiets årskurs tre, från några av den undersökta skolans olika gymnasieprogram. Studien avser jämföra vad elever på ett fordonsprogram, ett samhällsvetenskapligt program och ett tekniskt program använder datorer till i olika skolämnen, däribland svenska, engelska och matematik.

The aim of this study has been to investigate children and adolescent development in ?The turning point? children´s and adolescent program in Kristianstad. We also wanted to find out the support group leaders experiences concerning the children´s and the adolescents development in programs and how they apprehended their role as a support group leader. This Master's Thesis describes the design of a new system where a digital signal processor has been added to an existing imaging system consisting of field programmable gate arrays. The new system will offer a higher degree of flexibility by considerably shortening the design time and make it possible to implement more complex algorithms than the existing ones. The choice of system architecture and a test implementation are discussed. The test implementation consists of a program for the digital signal processor and VHDL code for one of the field programmable gate arrays. The code for the digital signal processor was designed for testing on an evaluation board from Texas Instruments.

Denna studie handlar om hur mottagandet av nyanlända elever går till i Södertäljekommun.Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur staten genom kommunalnivå tänkersig att nyanlända elever ska tas emot i den svenska skolan och hur skolledning ochövrig personal förväntas arbeta med detta.Genom en kvalitativ metod har vi studeratkommunala dokument i kombination med intervjuer, hur mottagande av nyanländaelever kan gå till väga i praktiken.Det som kommit fram ur analysen visar på att detär av stor vikt att skolpersonalen och hela kommunen arbetar efter samma mål och attett gemensamt tänk genomsyrar organisationerna för att ett rättvist och gottmottagande ska kunna ges.Analysen visar att största ansvaret ligger på skolan ochden enskilda läraren. Slutsatsen är att samhället och skola behöver integreras mer ochregeringen behöver tillgodose skolornas behov av verktyg och resurser för att kunnage de nyanlända den bästa skolintroduktionen..

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om arbetsgivaren ser någon kompetensskillnad på om en nyexaminerad styrman har gått det treåriga programmet där det krävs en tidigare matrosbehörighet eller det fyraåriga programmet där ingen tidigare erfarenhet krävs. De stora skillnaderna på dessa program är att på det treåriga programmet har styrmännen arbetat till sjöss innan de började studera, medan de flesta från det fyraåriga programmet går till sjöss för första gången under deras praktik. För att få reda på detta så har en kvalitativ intervjustudie utförts med hjälp av fem svenska rederirepresentanter samt två norska rederirepresentanter. De norska rederierna är invalda i undersökningen eftersom det är ett intressant ämne då många svenska befäl idag är anställda inom den norska offshoreindustrin. Slutsatsen blev att arbetsgivarna inte ser någon skillnad på kompetens efter vilket sjökaptensprogram den nyexaminerade styrmannen har gått.

During twelve weeks of practice experience at the company Sydved AB, I received the mission to develop a structure for the company?s internal communication. A part of this mission was to find out what the company?s employees thought of Sydveds internal communication and the most important; Sydveds intranet called ?Outlook?. Due to Sydveds plans of developing the intranet I designed and accomplished an inquiry-study to find out about the employee?s opinions on the company´s internal communication and in particular their intranet.The answers I want from this study are if I shaped the inquiry-study correctly the first time.
