Uppsatsen granskar Kinas internationalisering utifrån ett specifikt företagsförvärv, med fokus på ?buy-your-way-in? strategin och diskuterar konkurrensfördelar för att visa på att bristen på vissa konkurrensmedel hos kinesiska företag driver dem till den här typen av förvärv. Uppsatsen undersöker även de effekter den kinesiska strategin kan tänkas få och hur företag kan bemöta fenomenet. I uppsatsen har en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod använts för att på så sätt få ett djup i empirin och därmed analysen. Eftersom vi har arbetat utifrån teori och empiri valdes den abduktiva ansatsen i uppsatsen.

Båtar och båtliv har alltid legat varmt om hjärtat som en framtida sysselsättning. Detta projektuppkom utav en ren slump av en före detta lärare vars barndomsvän driver en tillverkare avsnabbgående aluminiumbåtar i Örnsköldsvik. Efter ett kort samtal var bollen i rullning somsedan efter över 10 veckor, omkring 400 timmar senare skulle komma att resultera i en färdigdesign vid namn Anytec 747 SPD baserad på ett befintligt skrov från Anytec. Denna rapport ärresultatet av denna process av en marknadsanalys av några av Anytecs konkurrenter,intervjuer med aktiva användare med regelbunden kontakt med arbetsgivare under helaprocessen från början till slut. Målsättningen har från början av projektet varit att ta fram enprodukt med hänsyn till Anytecs kärnvärden och tillverkningsmetod som sedan skulle kunnasättas i produktion.

Sverige har varit medlemmar i EU sedan 1995. Sedan dess har stora förändringar skettbåde i EU:s gemensamma jordbrukspolitik (GJP) och inom Sveriges jordbruk. Tidigarestudier har undersökt de ekologiska och ekonomiska effekterna av GJP med kvantitativametoder och modellering. Denna studie undersöker hur GJP har påverkat lantbrukaresbeslut i deras jordbruksverksamhet samt hur detta påverkar landskapet i samhälletBettna, Södermanlands län. Empirin som ligger till grund för uppsatsen har samlats ingenom semistrukturerade intervjuer med boende i Bettna som är involverade ijordbruket som heltids- eller deltidslantbrukare.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på vad för roll Kissie har på tre stycken åttondeklasser. Vi vill ta reda på hur de uppfattar Kissies.se och personen som driver bloggen.Teori: Dramaturgiska perspektivteorin, socialisationsteorin, hermeneutiken.Metod: Kvalitativa fokusgruppsintervjuer och kvantitativa enkäter.Huvudresultat: Det som framgick genom undersökningarna när det gäller syftet är att Kissies.se ofta fungerar som en inspirationskälla när det gäller vissa köpval på en del av deltagarna. De berättade själva att de blir påverkade i den mån att om Kissie tipsar om olika kläder, smink, musiklåtar, maträtter kan de ta efter. Därför kom vi fram till att bloggen även fungerar som en annonssida när det gäller materiella saker. Men enligt deltagarna tar man inte åt sig av de skönhetsingrepp och ideal Kissie skriver om.

Genom att leva i konsumtionssamhället förväntas vi underställa oss dess normer och värderingar. Dock finns individer som väljer att försöka begränsa sin konsumtion och vara självförsörjande. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att klarlägga de faktorer, med bakgrund mot hur det moderna konsumtionssamhället ger oss identitet genom konsumtion, möjliggör ett individuellt identitetsskapande utan medverkan i ovan nämnda konsumtion. Frågeställningen lyder då Hur är det möjligt att hantera identitetsproblem utan att underordna sig konsumtionssamhällets dominerande normer och värderingar?Tillvägagångssättet var att genom intervjuer med fem informanter få inblick i deras specifika tillvaro.

I have investigated how municipalities support children with ADHD. I have interviewed persons responsible in five different municipalities. The persons have had the authority to decide how the support funds are to be shared in the municipality. Mostly I was interested to know if the support was the same in all these municipalities and if the children with ADHD really got the help and support they were entitled to. I discovered that the support varied; in some the children were correctly diagnosed but in others municipalities I was not convince.

Investor Relations is a function used by companies to compete for capital by creating relations with investors. It is a young function, earlier practiced by the same people who had responsible for exercising the Public Relations.Investor Relations has evolved a great deal lately but there are still no concrete theories behind the function. The aim though is clear and there are literature explaining how to practice the different parts. The most research within Investor Relations uses the theory of Relationship Marketing. Lately the two authors Hägg and Preiholt have started to examine what they call Financial Marketing since Investor Relations is about relations between actors on financial markets primarily.In this paper, we examine the aspect of information in Investor Relations.

The objective of this project is to study how two asperger units, one at a junior school and one at a senior-level school are carrying at their work. I have interviewed one pedagouge at each unit to find out how they organize the education at the units and how they work to develop the students' social skills based on the students' functional handicap. The interviews showed that the following factors are providing the foundation for the pedagouges' work with the students: knowledge of the Asperger syndrome and the symptoms shown by each individual, the pedagouges being explicit and well structured as a professional and as adult combined with him/her being humble and showing respect towards the students and self reflection.Keywords: Asperger syndrome, functional handicap, social interaction, attitude..

This Master's thesis concerns the professional knowledge of the librarian. The image of this knowledge is regarded as constructed in a social context, which is why the discourse analytic approach is selected as method. The empirical material consists of two texts concerning the education of librarians. A theory of knowledge, emanating from Aristotle, is applied to the results to find examples of the forms of knowledge that are excluded from the discourse. A number of themes, or ways, in which it is possible to discuss the phenomenon of the librarian's knowledge, are identified in the texts.

Dagens moderna organisationer driver vanligtvis en kostsam IT-baserad infrastruktur. De besitter högpresterande funktionalitet och säkerhet för att garantera att de dagliga operationerna fortskrider. Mjukvarubaserade lagringsplattformar är ett alternativ som kan användas för att reducera dessa kostnader. Genom att efterlikna avancerad teknik som redan existerar i traditionella lagringsplattformar kan detta implementeras som mjukvara på commodity hardware i syfte att uppnå samma funktionalitet. Ceph är ett alternativ som numera implementeras och ämnar erbjuda detta val.

The purpose of the thesis is to investigate whether a higher income make individuals more likely to exceed the speed limit. In addition to income the variables age, sex, perception of the speed of the average driver and offense history for the last three years are taken into account.The method used is based on a survey performed at the mandatory annual motor-vehicle inspection (Bilprovningen). 177 individuals were asked to participate, of these, 124 completed the survey which in turn left us with 117 usable observations.The analysis is based on two forms of regression, a linear regression and an ordered logit regression to confirm the results for the ordinal data.The final model indicates a result where income and age are statistically significant. Sex is considered insignificant for our data material and is excluded from the model. Age has a negative effect on the propensity to exceed the speed limit while income has a positive effect.

A business is always dependent on its customers. It is therefore important to ensurethat customers are satisfied with the product and the warranty included.The study was conducted in cooperation with the building contacting companySkanska Sweden. The aim is to use interviews to collect and process experiences in order to answer the question: How should the recovery process in the construction industry be performed to ensure a professional handling of warranty? The results have shaped my conclusions and I have turned them into a proposal that companies in the industry can benefit from. The study indicates that the industry is not geared for a five year warranty, which was introduced in 2004 and 2006.

SammanfattningI ett samhälle där konsumtionen ökar i takt med att befolkningen ökar, ökar även uppkomsten av avfall. Eftersom jordens resurser är ändliga förvandlas avfallet till en viktig resurs, en resurs som måste tillvaratas för att säkra en hållbar framtid. Genom återvinning kan uppkommet avfall omhändertas på ett ansvarsfullt sätt och användas som råmaterial igen eller förbrännas för att utvinna energi. Återvunnet material bidrar inte bara till förbättrad miljö genom att bespara jordens resurser. Eftersom återvunnet material är mindre energikrävande att framställa, jämfört med jungfruligt material, bidrar det till minskad energiförbrukning och mindre utsläpp av växthusgaser.

This paper is a study of documentary film production with focus on the filmmakers choice and usage of sound equipment. Using professional articles and literature have first of all helped us determine a standard for the conventional use of sound equipment in documentary film. Afterwards, by analyzing our own interviews we?ve received answers on how filmmakers relate to the conventional usage and why they select equipment as they do. Thereafter, we describe a technical method which helps a filmmaker to be able to record sound for documentary film on his/her own, using simple measures without reducing quality.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the characteristics of film cataloguing, and to compare general as in library use and specific as in archival use cataloguing rules. Most rules, both in archives and libraries, use the book as a point of reference. This is somewhat unfortunate on account of the great difference between books and films. The method used is studies of literature and qualitative interviews with three persons whose professional duties include cataloguing of films. The sets of rules which are studied are Katalogiseringsregler för svenska bibliotek KRS and The FIAF Cataloguing Rules for Film Archives.
