Enligt information från Vägverket har upphandlingar av anläggningsentreprenader ofta få anbudsgivare, samtidigt som det ofta förekommer stora spridningar i anbudspriser. Vägverket ser även en ökad koncentration till de stora bygg- och anläggningsföretagen. För Vägverket som är en stor beställare inom anläggningsbranschen är det önskvärt att konkurrensen stimuleras, och att ett omvandlingstryck främjas på marknaden där mindre företag har möjligheten att växa, och där nya företag har möjligheten att etablera sig och konkurrera med de befintliga företagen inom branschen. Det finns därmed ett behov av en ökad förståelse för vilka faktorer som driver på den grundläggande strukturen inom anläggningsbranschen, och vilka faktorer som eventuellt påverkar anbudskonkurrensen i Vägverkets upphandlingar av entreprenader. Syftet med denna studie är därför att med en lämplig metod utföra en konkurrensanalys inom anläggningsbranschen.

Det övergripande syftet med detta examensarbete är att få kunskap om vad några skolbarn anser motiverar eller driver dem till att göra sitt bästa i skolan och på fritiden. Arbetet består av en litteraturgenomgång samt en empirisk kvalitativ studie i form av intervju med sju elever i år 6, där jag söker svaren på mina frågeställningar. Resultatet visar att barn drivs av inre faktorer såsom att bestämma sig, eget val och känna frihet. Dessutom drivs de av yttre faktorer såsom mål, få hjälp/sakna hjälp och miljö. Barnen upplever att de har större valmöjligheter på fritiden än i skolan.

Uppsatsen är en kvantitativ studie som undersöker vilka faktorer som har kunnat förklara den svenska swapspreaden under tidsperioden 2001-12-31 till 2008-10-31. Resultatet är en linjär regressions modell som påvisar att swapspreaden är kointegrerad med svenska statens upplåningsbehov samt räntespreaden för europeiska kommersiella obligationer. På kort sikt förklaras swapspreaden av bland annat att den är mean reverting kring ett långsiktigt samband med tidigare nämnda variablerna, basis risken, den historiska volatiliteten på aktiemarknaden, bankaktiers utveckling i förhållande till övriga aktiemarknaden samt lutningen på Money Market kurvan..

The use of a bit in the mouth of a horse is being increasingly questioned with respect to its actual function, and is sometimes judged an obsolete instrument of control with potential to injure the horse. The objective of the research presented herein was twofold; firstly, to investigate the actual pressure load in the mouth of the horse with regard to oral health issues, and, secondly, to investigate whether this could be a viable method to objectively measure strength exerted by a rider/driver to the mouth of the horse especially with regard to training regimes. From the results, it is evident that these newly developed sensors have a future in equine research, although they are still under development. They can be useful both as a pedagogic teaching instrument, providing instructor and pupil with instantaneous, objective feedback on the contact between hand and mouth, as well as an aid in measuring pressure loads from our common bits. .

In this report focus is put on the combustion process at a cement plant. Combustion is the heart of the cement making process and absolutely crucial to have under full control and well optimized. The fuel is put into the process through a burner pipe and this burner pipe is modified to reach a more efficient combustion. The primary target is to enable burning of heterogeneous alternative fuels and increase the production level. Other positive effects from this type of optimization is lowered specific fuel consumption and lowered CO2 emissions. A redundant burner is chosen for the project and overall the project steps are the following: 1. Installing a Jet air nozzle ring in a way so it can move both axially and radially due to temperature changes. 2.

Abstract (in English)The purpose of this work is to find out what the driving instructor who currently works as a transport teachers feel about today´s driving education to transport high school to how it works at driving school. I describe in the study on how to become a transport teachers and on their everyday work. Even what others have written on this topic on driver training. I also interviewed four driving instructor who currently works as a transport teacher, about what they had for opinions on this issue. The method I have used myself of where unstructured questions to get so descriptive answers to questions as possible.

I många kommuner väljer man idag att organisera äldreomsorgen på olika sätt. En typ av entreprenad är de som driver detta i kooperativ form. Denna organisation skiljer sig från den kommunala organisationen. Vi har valt att studera om det finns skillnader i hur personalen upplever sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö beroende på hur verksamheten är organiserad. De verksamheter som jämförs i denna studie är ett kommunalt äldreboende respektive ett kooperativt servicehus för gamla.

The authors have chosen to write aboutIAS 40 where the accounting treatment for investment property and related disclosurerequirements are regulated.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate potential effects of valuation of investmentproperty at fair market value for real estate companies at times when market price decreasesand to investigate what an acceptable difference for the valuation could be.To fulfil this purpose the authors have chosen a qualitative method interviewing accountants,property analysts and a credit analyst to obtain a deeper understanding of the problem. Basedata for the thesis have been collected during meetings, telephone interviews and e-mails.Additional data was collected from public available sources such as the internet, relevantprofessional magazines and professional newsletters. The authors have designed a modelshowing how Income and Balance Sheet statements are influenced by changed valuation ofinvestment property.

Bakgrund och problemdiskussion: Det har inom ekonomistyrningen sedan länge varit ett stort fokus mot ett företags kostnader och vad som driver kostnader inom ett företag. Under senare år har det dock propagerats för att kunden ska en starkare inverkan på ett företags ekonomistyrning. Det hävdas även att ekonomistyrning med ett tydligt kostnadsfokus har kommit skuggan av ett företags förmåga att skapa värde för kunden. Under årens lopp har det utvecklats modeller såsom ABC-kalkylering och aktivitetsbaserad styrning vilka syftar till att skapa värde för kunden. Dessa modeller betonar dock kostnader framför intäkter och förklarar inte till fullo vad som skapar och driver såväl intäkter som vinst inom företag.

The aim of this study was to explore whether the patients? expectations of physiotherapy correspond with the physiotherapists? view of their own professional role. Two separate questionnaires were used, one to the patients and one to the physiotherapists, which questions were able to compare. Totally 41 patients and 6 physiotherapists answered the questionnaires. The low number of answers from the physiotherapists made it impossible to fulfil the purpose.

The use of chainsaws in both private forestry and commercial companies is highly associated with personal injuries and accidents with deadly outcome. As a result to this, a driver?s license for chainsaws was presented in the year 2005. To get the license you have to attend a course given by the Swedish Forest Agency or one of several private educators. This study is an evaluation of one course given by the Swedish Forest Agency in Uppsala.

The purpose of our study was to establish whether the knowledge about vegetarian diet was enough among nurses in order to practise professional nursing. We made an empirical study based on a questionnaire. Twenty-one registered nurses answered the questionnaire that consisted of mostly open questions. The result showed that almost everyone experienced that they gave dietcounselling and many nurses mentioned that dietcounselling was important. The majority of the nurses thought that they had enough knowledge to be able in order to deliver a fundamental dietcounselling but nobody considered that they knew much about vegetarian diet..

Syfte Syftet medlitteraturstudien var att belysa närståendes behov ochvårdpersonals uppfattningar om närståendes behov i sambandmed en oväntad död. Metod Metoden var en litteraturstudie därdet ingick både kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar.

This piece of work gives a guidance of what a Veterinary nurse at a clinic should have in mind while given treatments, complications and normal physiology with the bitch and her neonatal puppies in order to be able to perform a professional cooperation with the veterinary surgeon at emergency teatmentcases and to make the animal owners satisfied with enough knowledge to answer their questions about the subject..

Empati är att kunna uppleva och förstå andra människors känslor. Tre studier gjordes för att undersöka socialsekreterares empati för sina klienter och hur de upplever sin professionella och genuina empati. Två studier var kvantitativa och en var en mixed design. Deltagarna var 26 socialsekreterare och 57 socionomstudenter. Studie 1 och 2 visade att socialsekreterare och studenter på socionomprogrammet hade mer empati för en sympatisk person än för en osympatisk.
