The purpose of this project was to develop an interactive toy concept. A toy capable of reacting and expressing emotions like happiness, sadness, anger or love. And capable of developing its character with use.The initial questions was, how do I create interest, understanding and affection between a digital product and its user? How should the interaction be made?During the course of the project the search has mainly been for something that does not base its shape and interaction on likeness. Forexample likeness to humans or pets.I have created a toy concept called iio.

Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på hur man arbetar med TIL- programmet i kommunens olika skolor och här även göra en jämförande studie. Med denna metod vill man på ett tidigt stadium upptäcka och påbörja arbete med de elever som behöver extra hjälp med läsinlärning. Jag har inlett mitt arbete med en presentation av olika metoder inom läsinlärning i den svenska skolan. Här presenteras även TIL- programmet. Som metod har jag använt kvalitativa intervjuer med sex pedagoger, specialläraren på varje skola inom kommunen på grundskolans tidigare år.

I detta kandidaterbete studeras Gauss hypergeometriska differentialekvation, samt hur den hypergeometriska funktionen kan anv?ndas f?r att l?sa kopplingsproblemet (jfr. eng. connection problem). Den hypergeometriska funktionen ger uttryck f?r de lokala l?sningarna kring differentialekvationens tre singulariteter.

Information about the risks involved shall be distributed to the people living in the area nearby to potentially dangerous installation. Swedish law stipulates strict requirements on what information should be supplied, but the law itself does not give any guidance on presentation. The main purpose of the study is to give recommendations on how to improve the information brochures. Within the study, eight people working with risk information have been interviewed and seven different risk information brochures have been studied. Also, a theoretical analysis and a practical experiment were performed using brochures from two municipalities.

Detta examensarbete omfattar produktutvecklingen av en komponent till en mätutrustning som ska mäta flytbarheten hos smält metall. Arbetet har utförts hos Bryne AB och har lett fram till koncept-, material- och tillverkningsförslag för komponenten. Arbetet har även utvärderat ett för gjuteribranschen nytt formmaterial som alternativ till dagens gjutsand. In many earlier investigations a recall advantage of auditory lists spoken in a single voice has been found over recall of lists spoken in two alternating voices. One explanation proposed is an organization strategy which makes recall of alternating-voice lists so difficult. The strategy implies sorting same-voice words into same-voice groups at encoding. Based on this proposition, it was assumed that voice-by-voice recall would be better than recall in order of presentation, as then the recall instruction and the organization of items in memory would be in concordance. The present experiment tested and was unable to support this hypothesis.

This study is based on the development of a new software, which is used as a recommendationtool for selecting the best product. Detta examensarbete på masternivå i Fysisk Planering är en kvalitativ studie som genom innehållsanalys och tematisering undersöker blandstaden som planeringsideal utifrån de anspråk som görs gällande problemlösning. Studien innefattar en presentation av praktikdiskurs, teori och empiri i form av kommunala översiktsplaner vilket studeras utifrån institutionalisering genom tankefigurer, spårbundenhet och kognitiv dissonans. Studien visar att blandstaden är en institutionaliserad, spårbunden tankefigur som i stort delar ideologisk grund med planeringsidealet modernism. Kvalitetskraven är särskilt höga för säkerhetskritiska system t.ex. styr- och reglersystem i fordon. I det här examensarbetet används två analysmetoder (Fault Mode and Effects Analysis och Fault Tree Analysis) för att ta fram ett nytt säkerhetstest för ett broms- och växlingssystem som Scania tillverkar. Det studeras även hur formella metoder kan användas för att ytterligare öka kvalitet ochh tillförlitlighet.

För att dra ner på kostnaderna och få en bättre enhetlighet vill Abilia att ytterförpackningarna ska standardiseras samt att ett flexibelt inrede som ska kunna anpassas till många av företagets produkter utvecklas.En förstudie lade grunden för projektet där många olika områden och metoder undersöktes. De existerade förpackningarna utvärderades, deras och produkternas livscykel kartlades varpå det framgick vilka som var projektets huvudanvändare. This thesis is about how to criticize the large number of non-fiction for children which is published nowadays. I have noticed that both librarians and teachers do not know what perspective to apply with regard to this category of books. There are some good ones, but also a lot of bad ones and some really bad ones. The purpose of this essay is to search by means of criteria from history of art, history of literature ? principally history of children's literature ? and pedagogy, for prevalent attitudes towards non-fiction for children.

This thesis is about how the library can help immigrants integrate into theswedish society. By studying leading documents of the libraries in Malmö,Stockholm and Umeå in search for how the relate to work consideringimmigrants and integration I have studied the library as a bridge betweenbeing included and excluded in the society. The thought is that the libraryopens the door to new worlds both for immigrants and born swedes toobtain knowledge about a culture different from their own.In my thesis I reached the conclusion that library on a day to day basisworks with the integrationprocess for immigrants. Although the leadingdocuments should evolve since they show gaps and seem somewhatmisguiding in their presentation of the libraries function. The librariesshould work more with analysis of the environment that they are active in sothat they are more individualized for the people around it.
