This thesis aims to through certain parts of the brand equity investigate the trust of consumers for a brand that recently experienced a product-harm crisis. It also wants to investigate why this trust exist, if it does. Structured interviews were carried out at 60 respondents in Uppsala. The results show that the respondents have positive associations with ICA, they think that ICA maintains a high quality on their products and services and that 50% more often choose to do their grocery shopping at ICA. The conclusion of the study is that ICA has a strong brand equity resulting in brand trust from consumers, which is founded in the brand reliability and brand intentions of the company. .

Syftet med denna uppsats var att genom en operationalisering av David Beethams legitimitetsteori utreda om bemanningsavtalet har legitimitet. Efter operationalisering av legitimitetsteorin och presentation av bemanningsavtalet och dess aktörer, lagar och domar som alla påverkar legitimiteten så fann jag att det fanns legitimitet i avtalet, men att den kom med restriktioner. Då tjänstedirektivet och Lavaldomen påverkar den svenska lagstiftningen och användandet av svenska kollektivavtal som norm på den svenska arbetsmarknaden, så har kollektivavtalen i allmänhet tappat mark, speciellt med restriktioner på användandet av strejkrätten, och bemanningsavtalet som berör mycket av den internationella arbetskraften är inget undantag. Behållningen av legitimiteten i detta unga avtal är att trots låg facklig anslutning, så omfattar avtalet ändå alla LO:s medlemmar, vars medlemsantal är stort och bidrar till legitimiteten hos det branschöverskridande avtalet..

The usage time is an important part of the specification for products powered bybatteries. The usage time is affected by a number of different elements; technical,environmental and how the product is being used. The method to determine theusage time is intended to define how measurements and calculations are to berealized along with influencing factors to keep in mind. With support from thismethod the intention is to gain control on how well the established usage time canbe expected to cohere with the real value and what affects the value.The study is done specifically for hearing protectors with battery powered built inelectronically functions. The functions can be level dependent function forambient hearing, 2-way radio communication, Bluetooth or FM-radio.The first chapter of the report describes the literature study performed in theproject.

This report consists of  an anlysis of the imapct of a dam failure at Tjärnviksdalen in Ragunda, Sweden. The analysis is conducted using the EU model for environmental impact assessments, as well as a group interview. The presentation of the results in the form of a map  where the water level has been raised to the level that the County Board  of Jämtland considers to be possible in case of a dam failure.The result of this work is a detailed analysis of the consequenses that a dam failure would cause, the result consider everything from the direct consequences of the water column to an analysis of the chemical changes that the water would undergo.Parts of the analysis have shown that the purification centre and the old deposits will have the biggest impact on Hammarstrand. Both the purification centre and the deposits will realise chemicals to its nearest environment and because of the flooded purification centre the city will not have the ability to clean the water. .

The purpose of this study was to gain understanding of orthodox Christianity in Swedish educational material. The aim was to compare the presentation of orthodox Christianity towards pupils before the new curriculum and after. With the help of an analytical approach by Bergström and Boreu ?s and the interpretation strategy by Quentin Skinner, I have studied material used in school for the subject religion. I have limited my educational material in one way.

Målet med detta examensarbete var att utvärdera produktutvecklingsmetoden Needfinding genom att studera tillgänglig litteratur och genom att implementera denna metod i ett praktiskt fall. Sättet detta genomfördes på var att påbörja arbetet utan någon given problemställning. Detta innebar att första delen av arbetet användes för att klarlägga och konkretisera ett sådant. Sedan kunde utvecklingsarbetet påbörjas för att hitta lösningar till de belysta problemen. Fokus lades slutligen på varuhanteringen inom dagligvaruhandeln där både ergonomiska och miljömässiga förbättringar skulle kunna genomföras..

I studien undersöks hur barns läsvanor och läsintresse ser ut på fritiden och desseventuella samband med barns fritidsintressen, samt om man kan se ett sambandmed de sjunkande läsutvecklingsresultat som framgår i aktuella studier ochundersökningar. En enkätundersökning har genomförts i årskurs 6 med sammanlagt64 informanter. Studien bygger på frågeställningar kring barns läsning och hur desjälva ser på sin läsning på fritiden, samt var de får sin inspiration till läsning ifrån.Studiens resultat visar ett mönster, att barn vill läsa om det som intresserar dem.Resultatet visar också att de två största kategorier av texter barn helst använder sigav vid läsning på fritiden är av pappersbaserad text, skönlitteratur och faktaböcker.Resultatet visar vidare att barn inspireras till läsning av sina vårdnadshavare följt avlärare.

This master of science thesis intends to examine how the established innovation theoriesinteracts with the social and cultural phenomena arising from the reduction in communicationcosts as a result of the development of the internet.The aim is to present a knowledge inventory of attitudes to and experiences of an openapproach, with emphasis on collaborative innovation, in product and service developmentdriven companies in different fields. The studied theories and the empirical results forms thebasis for an analysis of how companies can benefit from the diversified knowledge that existsoutside their borders as well as an exploration of the potential for this kind of knowledgeexchange to act as a catalyst for innovation.The theoretical part of the study is based essentially on two tracks: (1) innovation theories witha focus onopen innovation and user innovation, and (2) a broad review of how theories ofdiversified knowledgeand collective intelligence has become possible to apply in an innovationcontext. The empirical part of the study is based on material obtained from semi-structuredinterviews with respondents from six companies.The results show that companies have implemented unstructured innovation initiatives withoutany formal links to the structured product development processes, which are part of thecompanies core activities. The main conclusions include the following insights: There is a needfor structured links between the unstructured initiatives and the core activities, which makes itpossible to take promising ideas to market. The companies also have to lose some control of theunstructured initiatives; consequently it is impossible to pinpoint what the outcome will be.

Form and design retains and the manufacturing occurs at Muovikilpi Oy. The project contains the new construction and manufacturing of the lamp and also a proposition for a set with floor and wall lamp.  The paper gives an outline of acrylic as material and how it reacts with light.

Tillsammans med en muntlig presentation ingår den här rapporten som examination i kursen Examensarbete i ADB, 20p vid Högskolan i Skövde. Kursen är det sista momentet på det dataekonomiska programmet.Syftet med undersökningen, som genomfördes i samarbete med företaget Arthur Andersen i Stockholm, var att utvärdera om Change Management kan användas som stöd vid införandet av informationssäkerhet i olika organisationer. Dessutom skulle undersökningen visa lämpliga mått för att kunna mäta resultatet av införandeprocessen.Med hjälp av besöksintervjuer av personer med erfarenhet av arbete med informationssäkerhet, gjordes en kartläggning över hur införandet av informationssäkerhet går till idag. Kartläggningen låg sedan till grund för en jämförelse med metodstegen i Change Management. Resultatet av arbetet blev en utvärdering av om Change Management är lämpligt som stöd vid införandet av informationssäkerhet..

In many earlier investigations a recall advantage of auditory lists spoken in a single voice has been found over recall of lists spoken in two alternating voices. One explanation proposed is an organization strategy which makes recall of alternating-voice lists so difficult. The strategy implies sorting same-voice words into same-voice groups at encoding. Based on this proposition, it was assumed that voice-by-voice recall would be better than recall in order of presentation, as then the recall instruction and the organization of items in memory would be in concordance. The present experiment tested and was unable to support this hypothesis.
