Syfte: Vårt syfte är dels att redogöra för innebörden av begreppen ?hållbarhetsredovisning? och ?kvalitetssäkrad hållbarhetsredovisning? samt att redogöra för sju intressenters uppfattning om kvalitetssäkrad hållbarhetsredovisning. Vi skall dessutom diskutera effekterna av kvalitetssäkrad hållbarhetsredovisning. Metod: Vi har i examensarbetet använt oss av ett induktivt tillvägagångssätt där vi genomkvalitativa intervjuer undersöker vår problemställning. Teoretiska perspektiv: Då det inte finns någon teori som behandlar vårt område har vi skapat en egen modell utifrån befintliga teorier.

I början av 2014 infördes ett nytt regelverk för hur företag och ekonomiska föreningar ska avsluta sina räkenskapsår. Inte förrän media började rapportera om problemet tidigare i år har diskussionen satts igång och flera organisationer har gjort uttalande och förenklingar. De har visat sig vara svåra att tolka och implementera och för en del bostadsrättsföreningar kan tillämpningen vara ödesdiger. Valet står mellan två regelverk i det så kallade K-projektet.Syftet med studien är att utifrån bostadsrättsföreningarnas perspektiv utforska vilka faktorer som påverkar och hur de påverkas beroende av redovisningsvalet styrelsen gör. Detta kommer utföras genom att studera ekonomiska förvaltare som förser föreningarna med rekommendationer och information.

There is an irregularity in the interregional migration in Sweden. An increasing proportion ofthe population is drawn to the metropolitan areas, which creates problems for the smallermunicipalities and towns when their population declines. At the same time, our whole societyis faced with a great challenge: we need to redirect towards a sustainable development, wherethe environmental issues are discussed and dealt with to secure that all present and futuregenerations are given equal opportunities to live a good life.The aim of this study is to, focusing mainly on the environmental dimension of thesustainability concept, examine the attractivity of housing with sustainability claims. Toanswer this, three research questions were used:? Was the migration motive to reduce their environmental impact a part of the decision tomove, among migrants who had moved to housing with sustainability claims?? If the motive was a part of the decision, how much impact did it have compared to othermigration motives?? Which factors in housing aiming at sustainability are considered important by peopleliving in housing with sustainability claims?The research questions have been answered using quantitative data, gained in the form of selfadministeredquestionnaires which were distributed in four different residential areas withsustainability claims in the county of Västra Götaland, Sweden.

The artic fox is under threat of extermination in Europe. The population decreased strongly at the beginning of the twentieth century because of intensive hunting. The artic fox was placed under protection by law 1928 in Sweden but despite this the population has had difficultly to recover. This can depend on several reasons, but the main threats are shortage of food and competition from the red fox. Along with Norway and Finland, Sweden has carried out a project called SEFALO (Saving the Endangered Fennoscandian Alopex lagopus), whose objectives were to prevent continued decreased populationnumbers and through, for example supplementary feeding, help the population to recover.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att studera vilka faktorer som motiverar fastighetsmäklaren i sitt arbete. Vi vill också undersöka om det finns skillnader mellan städerna Stockholm, Gävle och Tierp vad det gäller motivationsfaktorer och stressnivå..

This study has been executed at the Public Employment Office, an institution that has beensubject for much debate during the last couple of years. The government has instructed theLabour Market Board to change the Public Employment Office toward a more effectiveorganization. This study examines one of the Public Employment Offices that are included in apilot project that aims to improve and develop work methods with the objective to become amore service minded organization. From this starting point we have investigated which effect thisorganizational change has had on the employee within this organization and within the pilotproject. In addition we investigate whether attitudes of the unemployed has an effect on thestaff´s work situation.

Denna uppsats behandlar de intressekonflikter som uppstår vid MBO-transaktioner, dvs. företagsförvärv där företagsledningen köper ut hela eller delar av det företag i vilket de verkar. I samband med en sådan transaktion uppstår ofta en intressekonflikt mellan aktieägarna (säljarna) och företagsledningen (köparna). Denna intressekonflikt förklaras med Principal-Agentteorin, enligt vilken ledningen är en syssloman (agent) i förhållande till aktieägarna (principalen). Härvid föreligger en risk för att ledningen handlar på ett opportunistiskt sätt, och använder sig av sin överlägsna kunskap om målföretaget för att köpa upp det.I uppsatsens empiriska del har vi samlat primärdata om hur lagstiftaren och marknaden har tacklat de risker som denna intressekonflikt kan ge upphov till.

I Sverige råder lagstadgad revisionsplikt för samtliga aktiebolag, oavsett storlek. The Swedish Code for Corporate Governance was introduced on July 1, 2005. All companies then listed at OM Stockholmsbörsen A-list and those on the O-list with a market value of more than three billion SKr must implement the rules in the Code. The Code includes rules for corporate governance as a complement to the legislation. The Code is based on the principle comply or explain. This means that the companies are aloud to diverge from the rules if they explain why.

In recent years, the possibility to deduct expenses for research and development (R&D) has been interpreted narrowly. As a response, the Income Tax Act chapter 16, section 9 (the R&D-rule) was amended to increase the possibility to deduct R&D of more general character. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the meaning of the R&D-rule to be able to decide if the amendment is an extension of the deductibility and whether this amendment can be considered adequate.According to the R&D-rule, the recipient of the grant needs to conduct R&D activity and there needs to be a sufficient connection between the R&D activity and the company to be allowed deduction. The difficulty in applying the R&D-rule is mainly when the research is conducted outside the company and the aim of the research is not to solve the company?s specific problem.The connection between the R&D-activity and the company needs to be reasonable. This means that only R&D-activity that falls completely outside the company?s activities should be excluded from deductibility.

 Syfte: Syftet med kandidatuppsatsen är att ta reda på ifall det svaga intresset för köpmäklare i Sverige beror på en bristande kännedom om köpmäklartjänstens existens eller om det saknas ett behov för tjänsten. En kortare utredning av hur lagen ser ut genomförs för att se om en köpmäklartjänst kan utövas enligt den idag rådande lagstiftningen.Forskningsfråga: Beror det svaga intresset för köpmäklare i Sverige på att svenska folket inte är medvetna om att tjänsten existerar eller beror det på att det inte finns ett behov av tjänsten?Metod: I uppsatsen har information samlats in genom två olika typer av undersökningsmetoder, kvantitativa enkäter och kvalitativa intervjuer. Informationen av dessa har sedan sammanställts och utgör resultatet i uppsatsen. Analysen i arbetet utgår ifrån resultatet vilket har bearbetats med den teoretiska delen som en grund.

In May 2008, the Swedish Government proclaimed several proposals in order to increase the status of the teaching profession. One of the proposals was that each teacher should be obligated to obtain a "teaching license" to be allowed to teach. The license/certification will guarantee that the teacher has the sufficient knowledge of pedagogy and subject obtained from University. The existing teachers who do not hold a proper certification today will be given a certain time period to attain one. The teachers that are certificated teachers but that are giving lessons in subjects not certificated in will be given a chance to obtain the proper knowledge of the subject.
