Inlastningen till ljusbågsugnen sker genom att flera skrotsorter blandas i en korg efter specifika recept för varje charge. Skrotsorterna innehåller många olika typer av skrot med liknande sammansättningar och även oxidiska ämnen. Till varje charge räknar en modell ut mängder av kisel, kalk, dolomit och kol som ska tillsättas för att smältan ska ha rätt sammansättning när den går vidare till AOD-konvertern (Argon Oxygen Decarburization). Under nedsmältningen i ljusbågsugnen blåses även kol och syrgas in för att skapa en skummande slagg som skyddar ugnsväggarna. Variationerna i processen är stora och det är svårt att förutsäga hur smältan kommer att bli.

The purpose of this essay is to analyse and evaluate human relations within organisations in purpose to achieve higher productivity. Both research objects gained interest in this essay due to how their own result should be effected and their own values but the writers also detected a little curiosity on how the competition handled these questions. The aim of our study is to examine stepparents´experiences of their role in the new family, we also want to examine if the role as stepparent is affected to the role as a biological parent. Our study is based on six semi-structured interviews, with three stepmothers and three stepfathers.By using role theory and symbolic interactionism our results indicate the requirement of constant negotiation as well as acknowledging the need to consider the other familymembers, those you may not have chosen to live with.We can see that the division of responsibility is governed by what is best for the family - to make life as easy as possible. It is clear that many stepparent lack guidance in what is expected of them in their new role; howeverr, they have been able to grow into it.  .

We performed our thesis at SCA Hygiene Products in Falkenberg. Our task has been to present a suggestion for a solution of the packing of giveaways that the company uses.In the current situation the work is performed manually, and the company wants to automate the process. In the following report, we present the different solutions that we have developed in our definite model. It includes a picking solution, a shaking table and trays. The product choices we have made are based on existing solutions.To help, we have used Fredy Olsson's books in principle and primary structure.

Background:Life-cycle costing (LCC) is an investment calculation that takes intoaccount operating costs throughout the investee lifecycle. LCC calculations are mainly usedto evaluate investments that have no revenue side. Attempts to apply the LCC calculations forbuilding-related investments have occurred since the 1980s. Despite the advantages ofusing LCC calculations, use has not passed through in full. The main obstacles have beenidentified as a lack of relevant input data, and insufficient experience of workingwith LCC calculations.

This Master?s thesis provides insights into adult women?s fictional reading within the conceptual phrase ?a good book?. Eight qualitative and semi-structured interviews were performed in order to examine the nature of response and perceived benefits. The collected data were analyzed by Louise M. Rosenblatt?s reception-oriented transactional theory of reading and the cognitive psychology-based model of reading developed within the joint Nordic project SKRIN.

Today?s wind power plants are only compensated for their reactive power consumption at no-load. As the wind power plants grow bigger the amount of reactive power they need also increases. This is no longer a problem that can be ignored, especially as the net owners are beginning to charge the reactive power they transport.In this thesis a couple of different methods of compensation and their prices will be discussed and evaluated. Problems, such as self-excitation, that can occur if one fully compensates the wind power plant will also be brought to surface.

I got a request from Eleiko Sport AB regarding them needing help with trying to improve one of their products. The following examination project includes the principal- and primary construction reports within trying to make some improvements and optimizations on a stand for Kettle bells. I have in this project both made my own proposals to the stands legs, proposals on how to strengthen the shelf and also made an optimization of the original Kettle bell-stand. In this report, the project goes from idea to being built and analyzed in Catia, including the creation of drawings and material definition..

Through, empirical data identify the impact from the credit provider?s perspective and small business perspective and then make an overall assessment.Method:The authors are to achieve the purpose for this thesis through the use of both primary and secondary data. Primary data gathered through interviews and secondary data in the form of earlier thesis as well as articles.Result and conclusion: Banks have not prepared for the change in connection with the abolition of the audit requirement. Lenders look at repayment ability as the most important aspect of giving credit.

Bröstcancer är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor i Sverige och övriga världen. Varje år drabbas cirka 7000 kvinnor i Sverige. Bakom varje bröstcancer drabbad kvinna finns det i allmänhet en man eller make som har en betydande roll i hela sjukdomsförloppet. Syftet med studien var att belysa männens svåra situationer som närstående när kvinnan drabbas av bröstcancer. Metoden som användes var en kvalitativ litteraturstudie som utgick från elva vetenskapliga artiklar.

This Masters thesis aims at presenting a picture of, and critically examining, the Swedish debate concerning the public library and the future by way of 21 articles in three library periodicals. The questions examined are: -What are the views concerning the future public library in Swedish library press? -What characterizes the debate and why? Theories on political institutions and information society are used and the method is hermeneutic, a type of idea-analysis. The first step in the analysis consists of a categorized presentation of the material. The themes concern the form and content of the library as well as competence and hopes/fears.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka lärares, särskollärares och specialpedagogers uppfattningar om inkluderande undervisning och vilka upplevelser de har av att inkludera elever i behov av särskilt stöd i den gemensamma undervisningen. Vi undersökte uppfattningar om inkluderande undervisning, uppfattningar om inkluderande strategier, uppfattningar om specialpedagogiska insatser i förhållande till inkludering, uppfattningar om lärares och specialpedagogers roller i arbetet för inkludering. Studien har utgått från en kvalitativ metod där vi använt oss av intervju som datainsamlingsmetod. Det var intervjupersonerna själva och deras uppfattningar som var studieobjekten i undersökningen. Resultatet analyserades kvalitativt utifrån ett fenomenografiskt perspektiv där vi belyste skillnader och likheter i intervjupersonernas uppfattningar kring inkludering som fenomen.

Det senaste decenniet har kantats av skandaler runtom i världen som bidragit till en diskussionom revisorns oberoendeställning vilket medfört negativ påverkan på intressenternasförtroende för revisorn. Oberoendeställningen kan påverkas av revisorns dubbla roller somgranskare och rådgivare då dessa inte är förenliga med varandra. Då innehavet av de dubblarollerna innebär att revisorn ställs inför kritiska situationer blir moralen en viktig aspekt.Syftet med studien är således att öka förståelsen för den personliga moralens påverkan pårevisorns oberoendeställning.I vår studie har vi ett hermeneutiskt synsätt då vi ämnar tolka hur respondenterna upplever sinverklighet. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie utifrån revisorns perspektiv för att få endjupare förståelse för hur respondenterna anser att den personliga moralen påverkaryrkesrollen. Genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med revisorer på mindre revisionsbyråer harvi fått fram vårt empiriska material.

Syftet med studien är att ur ett kritiskt diskursanalytiskt perspektiv analysera hur fenomenet mobbning, även kallat kränkningar, mellan lärare och elever konstrueras diskursivt på tre arenor. Dessa arenor är forskning om mobbning, läroplaner och skollagen samt fokusgruppssamtal mellan lärarvikarier. Studien utgår ifrån ett diskursanalytiskt perspektiv där man menar att språket konstruerar vår bild av världen och inte endast ?avbildar den som den är?. Så fort vi använder språket tolkar vi även vår omvärld.

ABSTRACTPurpose/aim: To clarify what information is communicated through the PR-firm JKL:s blog, how it is communicated, how it relates to and diverges from the communication theories in point, and what the strategies behind the blogging are. By doing this I hope to contribute to the knowledge on corporate blogging and how it can be used.Material/method: Qualitative textual analysis of ten blog posts published on the JKL Blog and process seeking interview with the person in charge of the same blog.Main results: JKLs? blogging coincides to the most part with business intelligence, with the exception that the information doesn?t relate directly to the company?s? main activities. This is mainly due to that they can?t publish information about their customers or competitors.
