Hur bör resebranschens förhållningssätt gentemot All-inclusiveturism gestaltas ur ett CSR-perspektiv?Syfte: Huvudsyftet är att beskriva hur resebranschen kan justera sitt förhållningssätt gentemot All-inclusiveturism för att bättre gagna en långsiktig hållbar samhällsutveckling i de länder där verksamhet bedrivs. Delsyftet bottnar i att undersöka och analysera hur den rådande All-inclusiveturismen påverkar samhället ur ett långsiktigt hållbart samhällsperspektiv.Metod: Studien är av kvalitativ karaktär och baseras på sekundärdata i form artiklar, rapporter och böcker för ämnet relevant litteratur samt primärdata i form av personliga intervjuer med profiler som förespråkar hållbar turism. En fallstudie av den svenska resebranschens förhållningssätt till en långsiktig hållbar samhällsutveckling genomfördes med en deduktiv ansats. Vidare tolkades referensramen och empirins insamlade material för att skapa en analys och slutsats.Slutsats: Givet att nedanstående förslag implementeras kan resebranschen justera sitt förhållningssätt gentemot All-inclusiveturism för att bättre gagna en långsiktig hållbar samhällsutveckling i de länder där verksamhet bedrivs.1.

It has in a broader extent become important for companies and other organizations with large organizations to have a properly functioning web platform where content management is an essential part. Polopoly is a web content management system developed in Sweden, used by several European corporations but foremost Scandinavian such working in different media related business areas.Our aim has been to analyze this tool and render a report which hopefully will assist the initiator of our thesis; a consulting enterprise called Qurius, in their negotiations with future customers, when to suggest Polopoly as a suitable content management solution.By using case studies at companies currently using Polopoly, our goal is to define which characteristic makes the product a competitive publishing tool. To put our analysis in perspective, we will compare the most important aspects of Polopoly with a similar product.According to the results of our investigation we consider Polopoly being a beneficial choice with regard to a number of important parameters. Finally we have summarized these properties in a list of examples explaining in which cases Polopoly is a preferable alternative as a web based content management platform..

Management consulting firms are dependent on attracting and recruiting new talents since the human capital has a vital role in these types of organizations. In the following years a new generation, Generation Y, will to a large extent enter the labour market. According to several studies this generation has different characteristics than older generations.This thesis examines management consulting firms? views of Generation Y and which strategies they use to attract and retain the generation. The fact that the subjects are unexplored led the authors to conduct a qualitative study of seven management consulting firms through in-depth interviews.

In Sweden today, the consumers have the opportunity to use the different sales channels; physical store, online store and brick and click, a combination of both. For the past decade, the use of ecommerce has spread tremendously and the fashion industry is one of the top three industries in this category. This, together with the growth of technology, have created new opportunities for consumers during their online shopping. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences between consumers who use physical store, online store or both. This study aims to look into consumers' shopping habits within these sales channels and factors that are affecting them.

The purpose of this essay is to examine how four Swedish retail companies describe their information management in connection to ethical trade. My purpose is also to examine how this information management relates to organizational learning. My questions at issue are ? ?Which activities related to information management in connection to ethical trade is described by the companies?? and ?How can these activities and statements be related to organizational learning?? My method of investigation is to perform qualitative interviews with representatives from the retail companies and relate the results to theories on information management and organizational learning, mainly theories of double-loop- and single-loop learning. The information management literature address issues such as information needs, information sources and information seeking.

We conducted 10 semi-structured interviews with first line managers in Swedish public healthcare organizations. A result is reached by a thematically constructed analysis were citations are presented and analyzed. Result & Conclusions: The study shows through the model that has been used that first line managers are highly affected by administrative tasks that can be linked to New Public Management. The participant managers see these related tasks as important for the organizations and natural in their profession. Contribution of the thesis: The study contributes with an increased understanding of the managing of first line managers and how it is affected by New Public Management related administration through a perspective that is lacking in previous research. Bakgrund och problem: För att öka stabiliteten i det finansiella systemet utvecklades ettinternationellt regelverk för kapitaltäckning, Basel I. Regelverket innebar att banker skullehålla ett visst minimikapital för att skydda sig mot risker. Det visade sig dock att regelverketinte gav ett fullständigt skydd mot risk, vilket ledde fram till ett reviderat regelverk, Basel 2.Operativa risker har blivit allt vanligare på senare år bland annat tillföljd av globaliseringen.Det nya regelverket innebär att operativ risk liksom kreditrisk och marknadsrisk har blivit enegen riskkategori. De metoder som används för att kvantifiera operativ risk är fortfarande iinledningsfasen. Detta ihop med att det är en svår gränsdragning av begreppet operativ risk tillandra risker, gör det till ett relevant område att studera.

Den information som företag lämnar i sina finansiella rapporter ger dess intressenter en möjlighet att analysera företagets verksamhet. Det är då av stor vikt att informationen är tillförlitlig, vilket i sin tur är beroende av egenskaperna hos det som mäts.År 2004 kom nya normer för hur redovisning av pensioner skulle ske. En stor förändring var att företagen, istället för Finansinspektionen, skulle ta fram många av de antaganden som behövs vid beräkningen av de förmånsbestämda pensionsplanerna. Dessa antaganden kan ha en stor påverkan på företagens finanservilket innebär en risk att de används i earnings management-syfte.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka huruvida ett företags finansiella situation påverkar dess val av aktuariella antaganden vid beräkningen av de förmånsbestämda pensionsplanerna.De kvantitativa data som undersökningen bygger på insamlades frånårsredovisningar från 75 koncerner av ett ursprungligt urval av 272. Det material som hämtades utgjordes av aktuariella antaganden samt andra finansiella variabler som rapporterades i årsredovisningarna för år 2004 och 2005.

Syftet var att beskriva förekomst av risk för eller undernäring samt vanligast insatta och typav förebyggande åtgärder bland personer i särskilt boende samt att undersöka om det fannsskillnader i förekomst av risk för eller undernäring hos personer med neuropsykologiskaproblem jämfört med personer utan sådana problem. Studien hade en beskrivande ochjämförande design med kvantitativ ansats. Datat inhämtades från kvalitetsregistret Senioralert. Deltagarna i studien utgjordes av 341 personer från en kommun i Mellansverige.Resultatet visade att 41,9 % hade risk för eller var undernärda enligt MNA-SF. BMI <22poäng hade 23,5 %.

Methodology: The thesis is based on abductive perspective where empirical and theoretical material has been mixed to create a foundation for the analysis. Theoretical perspectives: Theories concerning knowledge management and research and development have primarily been used. These have been complemented with material about team structures and incentive systems. Empirical foundation: The empirical material is based on semi structured, mostly qualitative interviews and strictly quantitative inquiries performed at Industrial Hose within the Trelleborg group.

The reports purpose is to look into how other public authorities carry out public purchase of consultants and entrepreneurs in the urban planning area. The goal is to come up with suggestions of how Eskilstuna municipality public administration for urban planning can improve its purchasing process in this field in order to minimize the risk where a consultant or entrepreneur files an appeal against the decision of awarding a contract to another rival. The appeal can be filed to the county administrative court.The public administration for urban planning can do its purchases through the model of "lowest price" or "economically most favorable" for them. When using "economically most favorable", the department can value a number of soft parameters by giving them points and the offer which gets most points can be rewarded the right to sign a contract.
