Arbetets syfte är att undersöka hur bildtolkning fungerar som metod för att nå insikt i ungdomars tankar kring jämställdhet, feminism och genus. Jag är också intresserad av hur bilder kan användas i undervisning utanför bildämnet, hur bilder kan användas som en visuell presentation till ett perspektiv eller begrepp, här till det feministiska perspektivet och genusbegreppet. Tillfälle att undersöka detta dök upp genom samtal med en lärarstudent som genomförde sin ämnespraktik i psykologi men även undervisade två klasser i det ämne som kallas livskunskap och idag undervisas på vissa skolor. Kursens mål är bland annat att ta upp genusrelaterade frågor. 53 elever har genom en enkät med öppna svarsalternativ tolkat en bild med feministiska tolkningsmöjligheter.

Kommunala förskolan förutsättningarna har förändrats i och med införandet av nya styrformer som brukar sammanfattas under namnet New Public Management. Kraven på de anställda har ökat liksom stress och arbetsrelaterad psykisk ohälsa. Arbetspsykologiska stressmodeller förklarar stress utifrån olika antaganden om obalanser mellan t.ex. krav och resurser eller krav och kontroll. Den här studien syftade till att undersöka konkreta upplevelser av arbetsstress hos förskollärare i den kommunala förskolan.

This paper is an attempt to distinguish the specifics of the conflict resolution process and the negotiations during trade conflicts. First of all, this kind of conflict almost always contains some kind of protectionism which doesn?t make sense economically. Imposing trade-barriers decrease the overall welfare of your own nation and the only winner is the protected sector. These policies can be introduced since the political pressure from threatened industries is usually much stronger than the pressure from the consumers who will bear the burden of protectionism.

This thesis deals with the question of how and to what degree Swedish history books for schools changed between the early 20th century and the 1960s. The theoretical foundation for this study is a perspective which treats historical accounts as narratives, bringing meaning and orientation to the present. According to this perspective, historical accounts may be divided into four different types of narratives, traditional, exemplary, critical and genetical. The basis for this division is how the narratives use the past to make the present understandable.The following conclusions are reached:That Swedish history books for schools have changed less, and in a moore gradual way than those dealing with general history. There is a growing use of genetical narratives at the expense of mainly exemplary ones.

Modellen är ett kraftfullt redskap i designprocessen. Inte bara på grund av dess pedagogiska värde vid en presentation eller demonstration av något, den är även ett värdefullt verktyg i designprocessens tidiga stadier. Jag har byggt en modell och använt den som ett skissverktyg när jag utformat flera olika förslag på utformning av en trädgård i en norrsluttning. I metoden beskriver jag hur jag konstruerat modellen och hur jag gått till väga när jag använt den i min designprocess. I resultatet redovisas de olika förslagen och idéerna jag kommit fram till med modellen som redskap. Genom att inte bara kunna se utan även känna höjdskillnaderna och formerna i trädgården med mina händer så har modellbyggandet hjälpt mig att förstå platsen på ett bättre sätt och det har hjälpt mig att utforma och presentera sex olika förslag på utformning av trädgården som jag redovisar i det här arbetet..

Arbetet behandlar sättet att sjunga folkvisan från bondesamhället till modern tid. Mitt syfte är att ta reda på om sättet att sjunga folkvisan har förändrats genom åren, vidare vill jag undersöka hur folksången har förändrats och vad det beror på. Jag har intervjuat fem kvinnor som alla är verksamma folksångerskor, använt mig av litteraturstudium och lyssnat till arkivinspelningar. I mitt arbete har jag kommit fram till att folksången har förändrats under årens lopp. En skillnad som blev tydlig för mig är att sångarna förr generellt sjöng på ett mer osentimentalt sätt och att sångarna i dag ofta lägger större vikt vid att tolka texten och att de drillar mer idag.

This essay aims to create an understanding of how leadership can be arranged in a company that embraces new technology and telework, and how it can be experienced from the employees' perspective. In order to make it possible to investigate this purpose are three questions formed; ?How is the leadership perceived??, ?How does telework into motivation?? and ?How does telework into communication??. A presentation of previous research is given, focusing mainly within different types of leadership, distance, and telework. Based on this, three interviews was made in which respondents? experience of telework was in focus.

This essay consider ritual death during the ironage, and through a presentation of historical and archaeological sources. Considered ritual death I think we should study both historical and archaeological sources, to get a vider view and a new perspective. To make the essay easier to understand I have split up the early and the late Iron Age in the discussion. In order to study the ritual death I have shown archaeological examples like bogsacrifices in the early ironage, and decapitated victims in the Viking society. The victims have been considered as slaves by some archaeologist.

I detta examensarbete beskriver jag FMT-metoden, samt ger en kortare fördjupning i musikterapins historia. Arbetet innehåller också en kort presentation av nervsystemet och dess beslutsfattande delar. När tankar fastnar i samma spår, kan det hjälpa att försöka flytta fokus för att de ska finna nya vägar Jag belyser möjligheten att genom FMT ? Funktionsinriktad Musikterapi, komma åt, samt påverka en förändring av tankar och förhållningsätt, så att det utifrån dem blir möjligt att ta nya beslut om hur man vill hantera sin tillvaro. Genom fallbeskrivningar med två personer som jag arbetat med, visar jag på möjligheten att fokusera på den egna kroppen, för att på så vis komma åt tankar och känslor så att en mental förändring kan uppstå.

Abstract The 1st of January 2009 there will be a new discrimination law in Sweden. That means that the Parliament finally will interpret three EC-directives in there entirety. The new law means that the present discrimination laws will be merged to one law. The situation for disabled persons on the labour market has improved, since the discrimination law was founded in 1999. The Labour Court got some cases to judge and media has attracted attention to disabled persons rights.

Den här rapporten avhandlar arbetet med att ta fram ett förslag som förlänger Volvos kärnvärden - kvalitet, säkerhet och miljöhänsyn, ut i Utvecklingsverkstaden på Volvo Construction Equipment, Hauler Loader Business Line, i Eskilstuna. Förslaget är utformat som ett koncept, som ska kunna överföras till andra verkstadsmiljöer på Volvo, om så önskas. Idéförslaget har baserats på en studie av den befintliga Utvecklingsversktaden. En modell av verkstaden i skala 1:50 utformades som presentationsmedium.Vid examensarbetets slut har förslaget presenterats och utvärderats av målgruppen. Den primära målgruppen har varit de anställda på avdelningen.Slutsatserna av arbetet är att en informationsbärande interiör kan formges för att representera ett företags kärnvärden och visa på innovation och framtidstänk.

In this Bachelor thesis, we examine how the work of the librarian has changed over the past three decades. The research questions focus on the changes in librarians´ roles and working tasks regarding factors like technique, meetings between librarians and visitors and also how to give service to visitors.We have conducted interviews with librarians at university libraries as well as public libraries. In all, there were four interviews. We have also compared the two types of libraries.We have looked closely at these factors: the tasks of the librarians, the skills needed, how the library has been used as a democratic arena, and what kinds of meetings there are among librarians and users of the library. From these themes we have created interview questions, and our analysis is structured according to the themes.We have worked from a theory on different kinds of identities within the profession.

The outset of this thesis is to raise questions on how we design for the mobile context and the capabilities of smartphones. Not only the presentation but also the use of input and interaction between a service and a user.This work evolves around sign up forms and answers the question: How does the sign up process affect the holistic perspective of a digital service regarding usability and user experience? This thesis consists of a case studies, and design experiments conducted on Twitter, Instagram and Randos sign up processes to explore if and how the usability, and the user experience could be affected and im- proved.This concluded some important aspects to be considered when designing sign up forms for a digital service.The usability, and the user experience is not only affected by user interaction, and the choice of input method but it?s also affected by which data the service is requesting, and more important; if that data is motivated to request by the service..

The foundation for this thesis lies in whether or not, and how, the body representation in printed commercials, specific products directed to the body (shampoo, body lotion etc.), has changed during the last fifty years. Four years have been chosen because of the changes in society that we believe might have had an impact. The commercials that have been picked out are the ones that best represent the general view of the body. We have found that the changes when it comes to body presentation has followed the social development to a certain degree, but it is difficult to say how much the society has had an affect on the body ideal in advertising. Representations of the male body is something that has escalated since the early 70?s, fifteen years earlier few commercials was made with male models, and the few there were, never showed more than the face.

Syftet med det här arbetet var att undersöka i vilka genrer fiollärarna på kommunala musikskolan undervisar, och ifall de använder sig av improvisation. Mina metoder har varit litteraturstudier, sökningar på internet och en enkätundersökning. Utifrån detta har jag gjort en liten sammanställning av fiolens historia och de genrer där den har förekommit, och en presentation av den forskning som jag har hittat. Resultatdelen är en sammanställning av de enkätsvar som kommit in. Jag skickade 100 enkäter till musik- och kulturskolor i hela Sverige och fick 48 svar.
