This paper analyses what effect an application of a specific poststructural feminist theory has on the Swedish classification system SAB. The purpose is to study if it is possible to open up the current representation of gender towards a more multiple one. The study is both theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part include a short presentation of both classification theory and feminist theory. The study also presents the critic that poststructual feminists submit.

Dust that arises during the construction process is called ?construction dust?.People who are exposed for construction dust for a long period of time are atrisk to develop several forms of lung problems, allergies and cancer. Todayconstruction dust is a huge problem during the production in Skanska´srenovation projects. Every day workers are exposed of the unhealthyconstruction dust and it can cause lung problems and diseases after 10-30years. This is a problem that must be taken into account to obtain a betterworking environment on Skanska´s building sites.Skanska Sweden AB has given two students the task to investigate possibleproblems about the spreading of construction dust.

The aim of this study is to examine the legal regulation regarding the psychosocial work environment for temporary agency workers. Furthermore, the aim of the study is to examine how temporary agency workers perceive their psychosocial work environment, and possible consequences of such perception. The methodology of the study consists of practical legal method and qualitative method in the form of interviews.The results show that the psychosocial work environment for temporary agency workers is regulated at both the EU legal level by Directive as well as at national level in Arbetsmiljölagen and regulations issued by Arbetsmiljöverket. The study finds that health and safety responsibility for temporary agency workers is shared between the agency and the client company. The result of the study indicates that there are shortcomings in the introduction and training of temporary agency workers, which can contribute to an unsatisfactory work environment.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) has been claimed to be the most critical factor in determining a person's success in life, both personal and professional. EQ highly affects academic and job performance, leadership, stress, and well-being but is still not widely accounted for in recruitment processes. During the last 20 years a large number of researchers have shown interest in the concept of emotional intelligence, but few have studied its practical implications and how EQ-tests are used as a selection tool in recruitment processes. To create an understanding of the motivation for using the test, as well as its role in recruitment decisions, qualitative interviews have been conducted with recruiters at companies in Stockholm, Sweden. All interviewed companies use the self-assessment test EQ:i 2.0.

Enligt oss så är det största problemet med att processuellt generera en pseudo-oändlig spelvärld i realtid är att få genereringen att ske så sömlöst som möjligt samtidigt som världen upplevs som konsekvent. För att finna lösningar på detta problem så analyserar vi andra studier och spel som utnyttjar processuell generering. Vi använder sedan de metoder och tekniker vi funnit för skapandet av en egen applikation för att få en djupare förståelse för hur dessa fungerar i praktiken och hur mycket varje metod påverkar prestandan. I vår slutsats beskriver vi de problem vi fann, deras orsak och ger förslag på lösningar. På grund av studiens tekniska karaktär så riktar den sig främst till programmerare.

Från och med den första juli år 2007 skall köparen redovisa mervärdeskatt vid inköp avbyggtjänster från ett annat byggtjänstföretag. Regeländringen syftar till att minskaskatteundandragande och svartarbete som är ett problem inom byggbranschen.Införandet har dock medfört en del problem för berörda parter.Uppsatsens syfte är att beskriva hur den omvända momsen bokförs i svenskabyggtjänstföretag samt de ekonomiska konsekvenserna detta leder till hos säljande ochköpande byggtjänstföretag. Vidare syftar uppsatsen till att beskriva hur det nyaregelverket uppfattas av företag, Skatteverket och revisorer, samt att föreslå hur denomvända momsen bör bokföras i byggtjänstföretag. För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte harintervjuer genomförts med utvalda byggtjänstföretag, revisorer samt Skatteverket.Uppsatsen ger en beskrivande bild av den rådande mervärdeskatteredovisningen inombyggbranschen. Uppsatsen belyser även de problem som finns med att tillämparegelverket och hur de berörda parterna förhåller sig till dessa problem.

In this essay I follow the traditions of the continental didactics and use phenomenology and hermeneutics to examine how I, as a Special Educational Needs teacher, can develop my skills in making teachers adopt a more inclusive approach. The teachers and I have often got different agendas; I seek to change the teaching in order to fit the students, whereas the teachers wish for me to help the students manage the prevailing teaching practice. Traditionally this has been a task for the remedial teachers. In Sweden there is a difference, however a lack of clarity formally as well as practically, in the definition of these two professions, which indeed makes my assignment ever so challenging. One of the tools I have often applied is to plan and teach together with the teachers, to function as a role model.

The students participating in my development work will work with a process book for handicraft studies. In the beginning of their studies, the students need practical knowledge about the development of the profession itself, but they also need to be challenged and learn how to solve problems on their own which will help them gain a deeper knowledge of the subject.    I focus on open questions to create a process with the students. This process is created when working with Solution-Focused-Education. Through ?assessment for learning? we can help the students to improve their self-assessment and understanding of the learning process.

I den här kandidatuppsatsen betraktar vi ett illa ställt Cauhy-problem för värmeekvationen i tunna väggar. Problemet kan matematiskt formuleras som: givet brusiga mätningar u x(L, t) och u(L, t) av ux(L, t) och u(L, t) längs linjen x = L bestäm lösningen för u(x, t) för 0 ? x, där u uppfyller värmeledningsekvationen ut = ((x)ux)x. Problemet dyker upp i många tillämpningar när man vill uppskatta en temperatur men att en direkt mätning inte låter sig göras. Man mäter en temperatur på ett annat ställe och beräknar temperaturen i den punkt man är intresserad av. Tyngdpunkten i uppsatsen ligger i att undersöka det inversa värmeproblemet i en vägg med flera lager.

AbstractThe aim for this study is to establish how teachers and supervisors at the Child and Recreation Programme interpret the concept ?vocational knowledge?. It is also about how they substantially can see that the pupils are developing vocational knowledge, during their work placement training. The aim of this thesis is to create a base for teachers to work with continuing development in teaching practice. The empirical part of this study is based on interviews. Interviews were analyzed in three categories: definition of vocational knowledge, substantially developing in vocational knowledge and success factors. The result shows that knowing how and knowing why is salient in vocational knowledge.

Aim: The aim of this qualitative interview study was to describe the nurse's professional role and the role as a patient during different time periods. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, where respondents had a link to the nursing profession, either as a student, now working nurse or retired nurse. Method: The data were analyzed using a content analysis. Result: The older nurses believe that nurses today has a high status and is seen as a well-read and well informed person. Most respondents believe that collaboration between nurses and doctors has improved since past.

Millesgården is a museum on the island of Lidingö outside Stockholm. It contains the buildings which were the home and studios of the artist Carl Milles and his artist wife Olga. It also contains the grounds that originated as the garden of their home. Carl Milles later developed the garden into a sculpture park where a great part of the sculptors works are on display. In this report only the sculpture park is treated.

This paper deals with the problems that can occur during the move of an entire collection. Thecollection discussed is located at the Gothenburg Maritime Museum and it has beenconsidered to move the collection to a storage where the other collections of the museum iskept. No decisions are taken but this is a suggestion of how it could be done. The collectionwhich is studied contains of different kinds of objects like for example paintings, work onpaper and photographs. The whole moving project is looked into and all the different parts areanalyzed.

It is said that concepts of organizational management can pave the way to success. This is not accurate and it is something that will be shown in the following study. Its most prominent conclusion is that the valuation governance to some extent has an impact on the formal structures, but that it had no further effects on the employee?s way of work. The purpose of this study was to investigate how the valuation governance is applied in Medley AB and the meaning of it.

Syftet med detta projekt är att närmare studera vilka generella tekniska problem som kan förekomma vid instudering av Dutilleux´s sonatine för flöjt och piano, samt hur dessa kan lösas. För att få reda på vilka generella tekniska problem som kan förekomma har jag valt att föra samtal med flöjtister på proffessionell nivå och observera mina repetioner/min egen övning. Resultatdelen tar upp olika aspekter av teknisk problematik. Några exempel på detta är: Att hitta ett flöde i först satsens rytmiskakonstruktion, ha en flexibel embouchure pga. sonatinens stora register omfång samt förslag på alternativgrepp om greppkombinationen är mer komplicerad, eller förslag på alternativgrepp för att lyckas åstadkomma en bättre intonation..
