Denna kvalitativa studie undersöker balansen mellan det balanserade styrkortets perspektiv i en hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisation verksam på en kvasimarknad. Studien har haft sin utgångspunkt i Uppsala läns landstings primärvård. Resultatet har visat att det finns både möjligheter och svårigheter att balansera styrkortets perspektiv. Kvasimarknaden möjliggör en koppling mellan nöjda kunder och ökade intäkter vilket skiljer denna studie från tidigare studier inom samma område. Denna koppling ger potential att se orsakssamband mellan styrkortets perspektiv vilket kan främja balansen.

The concentration of acute phase proteins in serum is altered as a response to inflammation, infection or trauma. this makes these proteins potential biomarkers of unspecific pathological processes. In cattle, haptoglobin and serum amyloid A are the two acute phase proteins that show the largest increase in serum concentration as a result of inflammatory processes. The haptoglobin concentration has been shown to correlate to clinical signs as well as inflammatory processes found at post mortem examination. This feature could be useful prognosis of the individual as well as for monitoring the health status of a herd or identifying carcasses that shold be examined closer at the slaughter-house.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att bidra till forskningen kring ekonomistyrningens innehåll och utformning och mer specifikt att bidra till en ökad förståelse kring ekonomistyrningen i ideella föreningar. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats med en undersökningsmetod i form av intervjuer.Vår studie baseras på empiriskt material från strukturerade intervjuer med representanter från fyra olika ideella föreningar. Det teoretiska och empiriska materialet har sammanställts i respektive kapitel och därefter analyserats i förhållande till frågeställningen. Slutsatser: Resultatet visar att även om ekonomistyrning används i ideella föreningar utnyttjar man inte styrningens fulla potential. Avsaknaden av tydliga mål, verksamhetsplanering och strategisk planering försvårar styrandet i föreningarna.

This thesis aim to advance the Liberal Integrovernmentalism (LIG) developed byAndrew Moravcsik in order to order to explain how the European Court of Justice (ECJ) can make de facto EU policies diverge from what was originally intended by the Member States. More specifically it describes how the Posting of Workers Directive, Directive 96/71/EC, originally was created to shield certain Member States and their respective systems of regulating the labour market from pressure arising from the posting of workers form low-wage countries inside the EU. However, through a series of cases in the ECJ the de facto policy of the directive has changed and it is now in itself a potential threat against these systems. The Member States now find themselves caught in a ?Joint-Decision Trap?, unable to rectify the situation even though their original agreement has been turned on its head.

In order to become even more competitive, a partnering with other niche players is essential in achieving a competitive advantage and it enables opportunities for reintermediation. From an intermediate perspective, there are great possibilities for those who become content coordinators to enter the market. By becoming a bundler of services and products, the content coordinators will become the actors that will capture the most profit in the value web. The value creating drivers that have been identified in the business landscape of intermediates concern owning the content or owning the customer relationship. We find the possibilities of an intermediate actor, such as a content coordinator to achieve competitive advantage through strategic fit is subject to the context and the ability of creating more innovative and co-creative distribution systems.

Skolan är den största institutionen i barn och ungdomars liv och därför har man som lärare en fantastisk möjlighet att påverka deras utveckling. För att möjliggöra denna potential krävs dock att utlärning och ledarskap anpassas till grupp och individ. Genom åren har undervisningen gått från monolog till dialog och när nu social samhällsintegration smyger sig längre ner i åldrarna bör detta beaktas av lärarna. Undersökningen gjordes med en kvalitativ metod via gruppintervjuer och enskilt skrivande där eleverna fick svara på frågor kring vilken/vilka ledare de vill möta i skolan. Utefter det emiriska materialet har en litteraturundersökning om vad tidigare forskning säger kring ledarskap gjorts.

Det här examensarbetet utforskar spel som redskap för stresshantering och avslappning. Jag undersöker vilka stressreducerande moment från verkligheten som skulle kunna passa i ett spel, hur de kan implementeras, och vilken effekt de kan tänkas ha i virtuell form. För att avgöra vilka moment som kunde vara lämpliga gjorde jag en litteraturstudie och en pilotundersökning. I mitt praktiska arbete utforskade jag hur dessa kan implementeras i en virtuell miljö. Jag skrev en spelidé och gjorde en samling skisser som jag skapade en interaktiv presentation av.

This study departs in a critique issued against the ethics of deconstruction that it does not provide good enough advice for how to turn its ehtics into "real life"-actions. Taking up the concept of moral practices as found in e.g. Alisdain MacIntyre, Stanley Hauerwas, James K.A. Smith, and Roland Spjuth, this study turns to medieval theologian Thomas Aquinas as a potential resource. Combining the teachings in Aquinas' Summa Thologica with a look into his life as a Domninican, a list of moral practices is put forth and analyzed in conjunction with Derrida's ethics.

Arvidsjaur är en tätort med årlig tillväxt och är av denna anledning i behov av förtätning av bostadsbeståndet. Båthusviken är en attraktiv plats eftersom den ligger vid Arvidsjaursjön. Sjön med omgivning är ett välkänt område för bland annat sitt fiskevatten men också för den biltestanläggning som finns där. Idag finns det bebyggelse i Båthusviken som i folkmun kallas för ?Arvidsjaurs ghetto? eftersom fritidshusbebyggelsen är av varierande kvalité.

Stockholm växer och det kräver i sin tur nya bostäder. De fria ytorna i Stockholm city minskar och Stockholms stad försöker på nya sätt förtäta och förbättra staden konstant.Fastigheten Gulbetan är centralt belägen på Södermalm i anslutning till Ringvägen och Vitabergsparken. Idag används platsen till parkering och återvinning vilket gör att platsen är dyster och inte fyller sin fulla potential.Detta examensarbete leder till färdiga förslagshandlingar för fastigheten. Handlingar tas fram utefter en noggrann platsanalys som i sin tur resulterar i en byggnad med butik i hörnet av plan 0, trygghetsboende på plan 1-2 och bostäder på plan 3-7. Även ett gångstråk skapas mellan parkerna Vitabergsparken och Lilla Blecktornsparken.Tanken med arkitekturen under hela projektet har varit att skapa ett nytt avslut av Ringvägen, med en stilren byggnad som står sig i tiden..

Det har gått 20 år sedan katastrofen i Tjernobyl inträffade. Landskapet som förorenades vid katastrofen förlorade det mesta av sin brukbarhet för människan och kan komma att ligga i träda i kanske 1000 år framåt. Hur ska vi komma ihåg platsen och dess historia under så lång tid? Hur ska berättelsen gå från oss, till våra barn, barnbarn, barnbarnsbarn och vidare i kanske 30 generationer. Och vad händer med naturen under tiden? Inifrån zonen har landskapet inte förändrats.

When models are used to describe physical phenomenon during development or modification of a technical system, it is often possible to reduce both the time needed and the overall development cost. With the use of models it is also possible to investigate the potential of the selected solution, without the need for any expensive details and testrigs. In many cases it is also not possible to test all the aspects regarding the functionality that are desired from the system, without using the complete and final product.In this case a model based approach has been used to optimize the different parameters in the new snubbing mechanism for the Nose Landing Gear Retract Actuator on the JAS39 Gripen.During the simulations, upper and lower boundaries were calculated for the length of the spring and the diameter for the restrictor. The governing constraints were given by the requirements for the retraction time during cold conditions and that the amplitude of the alternating loads in the uplock mechanism were brought to an acceptable level.The most promising results from the simulations were then used in a limited number of trials in the hydraulic rig to verify that the configurations comply with the requirements.The final parameters for the snubbing mechanism were chosen to 35±1mm for the spring and 0.4-0.5 mm diameter for the restrictor..

The purpose of our study is to see how an organization, and also a administrative authority, communicates by using social media. The organization in this case is the Swedish Police, because of their paradoxical problem with confidentiality versus openness and transparency. The Police has over a hundred Facebook-accounts, where they try to have a open dialogue with their publics without breaking the law of secrecy. Our general purpose of the study is also to see what the pros and cons are of having a own media channel, instead of the traditional media and their often anticipation twists.The result of the study showed that the three different police precincts, which we investigated in our essay, are working in three different ways. The gap may affect their overall reputation and trust gained by their publics.

As artificial intelligence (AI) has gained more influence in recruitment, both recruitment processes and the role of the recruiter are changing. This study aims to describe and analyze how recruiters translate, use, and relate to AI in their work. Through a qualitative method based on semi-structured interviews and document analysis, the study explores recruiters? experiences, attitudes, as well as perceived obstacles and opportunities regarding the use of AI in recruitment. With a theoretical foundation in translation theory, fashion, and imitation, the study examines how AI is not only followed as a trend, but also shaped and adapted locally through translation, depending on organizational identity and needs.

The purpose of this paper is to examine motivation in studies and/or work among unaccompanied adolescents who received asylum in Sweden. We have examined how six unaccompanied refugee boys? ages 15-18 years describe their motivation, regarding both current studies and their potential future studies or work. We have attempted to capture the children?s stories about what the factors are that increase or decrease their motivation through qualitative research interviews.
