Encephalitozoon cuniculi är en obligat intracellulär parasit som orsakar sjukdomen encephalitozoonos hos kaniner. Infektion kan även ses hos människor och parasiten är därmed zoonotisk. E.cuniculi-infektion sker via intag eller inhalation av sporer, överföring in utero eller okulär överföring. Predilektionsställen för parasiten är centrala nervsystemet, njurar eller linsen. E.cuniculi är en vanlig parasit hos kaniner men den exakta förekomsten i Sverige är okänd. Att diagnostisera E.cuniculi-infektion hos kaniner är viktigt för korrekt prognos och behandling samt på grund av parasitens zoonotiska potential.

This study compare if there is any differences between Fairtrade certified and uncertified coffee producers in Aceh Tengah, Indonesia. The aim was to compare the way the two groups of farmers produces their coffee and see if there were any differences between them, income, post harvest, production etc. During a visit in the district of Aceh Tengah, producers from both groups were given a questionnaire with questions about their farm and their production. The results of the questionnaires showed that the certified producers felt they had benefits being a part of a certified cooperative. Even with the experienced benefits the certified cooperatives gave the connected producers, like agronomy consultation and workshops the uncertified producers had a higher income from the coffee per hectare. This study also indicated that introduction and presence of Fairtrade and the connection to the world market Fairtrade brings with it, has gained the entire area, for example with more stabile coffee prices..

Vi har i detta examensarbete samarbetat med den nordiska koncernen COOP Norden, enheten för Hälsa och Miljö.I rapporten utreder vi Coop's möjligheter att med hjälp av modern information's- och kommunikationsteknik förverkliga sina målsättningar angående transparen's och hållbarhet. Att göra det osynliga synligt är ärendet i aktuella undersökningar som diskutera's i rapporten. När konsumenter köper varor i affären vet de sällan hur dessa genom sin livscykel påverkat(eller kommer påverka) människor, djur och miljö. Är det möjligt att ge lättillgänglig varuinformation av denna typ till konsumenterna, i möjlig förlängning av den hjälp som befintliga ekologi-, etik- och miljömärken ger?.

Warehouses are a key aspect of modern supply chains and play a vital role in the success or failure of businesses today. Figures from the USA indicate that the capital- and operating costs of warehouses represent about 22 % of a company?s logistics costs while figures from Europe indicate 25 % (Baker & Canessa, 2009). Because warehousing is such an important function within a company, the authors chose to focus on this in their thesis. The purpose of this thesis has been to examine the significance of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and item identification with attention to logistic efficiency.

I am looking at this resource from a gender point of view. I want to see if ELT has thought of this perspective. Are there as many websites for girls as there are for boys? I want to see if the text is separated between gender.

The purpose of this study is to examine and compare librarian profession with different professional theories. The intention is to describe how the librarian profession meets the different professional criteria and to what extent the librarian profession can be said to be professional in expertise, service and autonomy. Nolin?s modern theory provides an opportunity to analyze occupational groups based on professionalized basic concepts. The analysis of relevant material showed that the librarian is a service profession with high skills, but does not hold a high degree of autonomy.

This essay is a study of  textbooks in religious education for middle school. Textbooks are for many, the first contact with religion and they contain a shorter description of different religions. Utökade e-postsystem är en populär typ av grupprogram som ger användarna fler möjligheter än att bara hantera e-post, utökade e-postsystem ger bl a användarna möjligheten att föra kalender, schemalägga möten och delegera uppgifter. Denna undersökning utgår ifrån kända icke-tekniska utmaningar med att nå användaracceptans av grupprogram, genom en fallstudie i en statlig organisation studeras vilken inverkan dessa utmaningar har på utökade e-postsystem. Syftet med denna uppsats är att den ska ge insikter åt organisationer som har infört utökade e-postsystem men som har svårigheter med att nå användaracceptans av den funktionalitet som sådana system tillhandahåller. Viktiga slutsatser som har kunnat dras är att de studerade icke-tekniska utmaningarna med att nå användaracceptans i högsta grad har en inverkan på acceptansen av många av de funktioner som utökade e-postsystem tillhandahåller. Speciellt verkar tekniska begräsningar i systemet göra att många av dessa utmaningar blir kända..

Uppgiften var att utveckla en utrustning för mätning av lågfrekventa vibrationer i terränggående fordon. Utrustningen ska kunna samla in vibrationsdata, utföra frekvensanalys samt lagra resultatet på någon form av lagringsmedia. Till skillnad från nuvarande system ska denna utrustning kunna hanteras av maskinföraren, utan hjälp av mättekniker. Detta tillsammans med en stor lagringskapacitet medför att mätningar kan utföras under en längre tidsram än tidigare. Analys av mätningen underlättas genom att datat redan är färdigbehandlat vid mottagandet.

The Afghan war post 9/11 has become the source of multiple case studies. Recent studies suggest that variations in domestic support for deployment of troops in Afghanistan can be explained by means of the strategic narratives provided by the policymakers of the contributing state; a strong consistent narrative increases public support. Scholars recognize a Swedish catch-all narrative, which suggests weakens the narrative, thus raising the uncertainty among the public. This thesis investigates the projection of Swedish strategic narrative through elite Swedish newspapers. The content analysis reveals an inconsistency between the policymaker?s formation of the strategic narrative and the narrative projected by individual newspapers.

Goodwill har under senare år blivit en allt viktigare post i företags balansräkning. Rapporteringen av goodwill har fått större fokus sedan implementeringen av IAS 36 år 2005, då den nya regleringen medfört att viss subjektivitet kan tillämpas vid värdering av goodwill och dess nedskrivningsbehov. Denna studie syftar därför till att undersöka hur aktiepriser påverkas av annonseringar om goodwillnedskrivningar, genom att undersöka svenska aktiemarknadens goodwillnedskrivningar från år 2005 till 2014. Genomförandet av undersökningen sker med hjälp av en eventstudie där 59 företag ingår i materialet. Studien söker finna mönster i hur företag påverkas av annonseringar om goodwillnedskrivningar.

The concentration of acute phase proteins in serum is altered as a response to inflammation, infection or trauma. this makes these proteins potential biomarkers of unspecific pathological processes. In cattle, haptoglobin and serum amyloid A are the two acute phase proteins that show the largest increase in serum concentration as a result of inflammatory processes. The haptoglobin concentration has been shown to correlate to clinical signs as well as inflammatory processes found at post mortem examination. This feature could be useful prognosis of the individual as well as for monitoring the health status of a herd or identifying carcasses that shold be examined closer at the slaughter-house.

I?ve been applying the discourse theory on the study and the founder of that theory is Chantal Mouffe and Ernesto Laclau, the discoursetheory is a refinement of Foucaults thoughts about discourse.

This thesis aim to advance the Liberal Integrovernmentalism (LIG) developed byAndrew Moravcsik in order to order to explain how the European Court of Justice (ECJ) can make de facto EU policies diverge from what was originally intended by the Member States. More specifically it describes how the Posting of Workers Directive, Directive 96/71/EC, originally was created to shield certain Member States and their respective systems of regulating the labour market from pressure arising from the posting of workers form low-wage countries inside the EU. However, through a series of cases in the ECJ the de facto policy of the directive has changed and it is now in itself a potential threat against these systems. The Member States now find themselves caught in a ?Joint-Decision Trap?, unable to rectify the situation even though their original agreement has been turned on its head.
