Denna uppsats behandlar offentlighetsprincipen, allmänna handlingar och elektroniska medier i allmänna handlingar. Offentligheten i Sverige är väldigt stark och offentlighetsprincipen skyddas i grundlagarna. För att veta hur elektroniska medier ses i allmänna handlingar måste det först ges en överblick vad offentlighetsprincipen är och vad som anses vara allmänna handlingar. Jag har även belyst lagrum som är av vikt för att förstå sammanhanget mellan dessa och lagstiftningen. Offentlighetsprincipen är en grundsten i det svenska samhället och den ger svenska medborgare rätt att ta del av information och få insyn i offentliga verksamheter.

Organisationer i dagens samhälle kan genom motiverade medarbetare effektivisera sin verksamhet utan att öka kostnaderna. Studiens syfte var att undersöka huruvida det finns köns- ålders- och utbildningsnivårelaterade skillnader med utgångspunkt från Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori. Vi utförde en kvantitativ enkätundersökning (n=93) på två organisationer med hjälp av bekvämlighetsurval. Reliabilitetstestet Cronbachs alfa utfördes på enkätverktyget och visade till viss del på låg reliabilitet. Vi använde oss av One Way ANOVA och Bonferroni Post Hoc test för att analysera resultatet, vilket visade att det finns signifikanta könsrelaterade och åldersrelaterade skillnader med utgångspunkt från Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori, men ingen signifikant utbildningsrelaterad skillnad..

This report describes the development of a web site for co-workers on leave of absence at Volvo Cars Engine AB and graduated students at Volvo Upper Secondary School in Skövde. The aim of the web site is to be a complement to existing communication channels in the promotion of the contact between the target group and the company. The work was divided into two parts; the first consisting of a preliminary study used to identify the information which the target group finds absent in their absence from their place of work/school, and the second part consisting of the development of a proposition of content layout and web site design. The finished proposition was presented along with a couple of alternatives for the technical implementation. The information department at Volvo Cars Engine AB in consultation with Volvo Cars IT will carry on the implementation, administration and further development of the proposed solutions..

SammanfattningI have looked into the possibilities for culture workers to integrate music in the schools traditional teaching. Through litterateur and interviews it appears that it is a lot of possibilities, but also obstacles. The greatest obstacle seems to be the lack of money, time and research. The possibilities come with an increased understanding between the occupational groups and a good function of coordination. The creative process and its possibilities in the school surroundings, is something that also is under discussion.Jag har undersökt möjligheterna för kulturarbetare att integrera musiken i skolans traditionella undervisning.

This study focuses on a reconstruction proposal of a small part of a rural churchyard that has lost a big part of its history, in form of its conformation and plant material. The chosen part of the cemetery was established in 1938, and this proposal is an interpretation of the architect?s original plan, the workers wishes and my own observations and experiences of the place. In this proposal I have tried to balance the plants composition to create an environment that can benefit the biological diversity, that fits the locations habitat and today?s maintenance.

Time has passed since the new standards regarding goodwill were introduced. Duringthe period that occurred pre the financial crisis several companies managed to creategreat goodwill assets on their balance sheet. These assets were highlighted during thefinancial crisis and the aim of this study is to evaluate analysts contemporaryconsideration of these assets. The study will be of interest due to the fact that we nowfind ourselves in-between periods, post financial crisis and pre euro crisis. Ourempirical study has been carried out by interviewing analysts covering IT-companiestraded on the Swedish stock exchange.Our analysts were chosen with consideration to the fact that they were coveringcompanies where acquisitions are common.

Syftet med detta arbete är att göra en enklare variant av en marknadsundersökning. Marknadsundersökningen är ett uppdrag från en egen företagare som gör smyckesförvaringar. Ett annat syfte med arbetet är analysera uppdragsgivarens innovationsprocess. Arbetet har två syften. För att göra en marknadsundersökning gjordes det en internetbaserad undersökning av en kvantitativ karaktär med 140 personer som deltog och 40 st blev bortfall.

The purpose of this study was to compare the body posture among a group of women who recently have given birth (subjects) and a group of women who never have been pregnant (controls). The comparison was done between the two groups using the Comprehensive Body Examination (CBE) according to Bunkan. In the study participated 24 women, 12 who recently have given birth and 12 who never have been pregnant. The results showed that the body posture differed between the two groups. The subjects differed more from satisfactory jointpositions than the controls.

The main focus has been on the link between attitude and knowledge. Attitude and knowledge has also been tested for any connection to age, gender, what kind of a teacher you are and for how long you have been a teacher.The collected data has been analyzed in a descriptive part, one part with correlations and in one part with t-tests. The terms samsyn (consensus) and attitude has been reviewed in its connection to the results.The study shows a significant correlation (0.222*) between knowledge and attitude.

Denna rapport sammanfattar ett examensarbete som utförts hos Kiruna kommun. Kommunen arbetar med framtagning av en ny IT-säkerhetspolicy och ville då göra en säkerhetsanalys av sin verksamhet. Denna säkerhetsanalys skulle göras utifrån Krisberedskapsmyndighetens standard Basnivå för IT-säkerhet (BITS). Informationsinsamlingen har skett via intervjuer av personal på IT-avdelningen samt platsinspektioner på skolor och serverhall. Dessutom har en enkät skickats ut till alla anställda inom kommunen.

The purpose of this master thesis is to, with the strategies of the organization and the preferences of the co-workers in mind, explore how reward systems can be designed in heterogeneous organizations. This is done by interviewing store managers and sales personnel in a heterogeneous organization. The frame of reference deals with theoretical approaches on reward systems and is divided in the following sections, individual or group based, differentiated or not differentiated rewards systems and goals, measurements and rewards. These sections are highlighted from the following aspects, equity, implementation possibilities and finally environment. The theoretical discussion ends in the conclusion that heterogeneous organizations should have several different reward systems, but not if a restructuring process is in progress or the system becomes too costly.

Social inequality, economic imbalances and greenhouse gas emissions are some of the greatest risks threatening society today. Society has become more aware of these risks and has started to demand firms to take more responsibility. During the last 30 years firms and mainly large firms has chosen to work with something called CSR. CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility which is the work firms engage with to take responsibility for environment and society as a whole. Scientists and business people has taken two sides towards CSR, one side argues that CSR cost more than it tastes and the other side argues that firms which engage with CSR will gain economic benefits.

During the last two decades, temporary staffing has been the fastest growing industry in Sweden. The latest development within this industry is the integration of third-party providers of temporary staffing. Client organizations outsource the process of recruiting temporary workers to intermediaries with procurement management expertise. The concept is called Vendor Management Services (VMS) and aims to standardize decision-making and lower costs through improved efficiency. However, studies have shown that VMS intermediary functions have negative impact on placement matching.

In the past decade there has been a considerable growth of contingent employment arrangements. In Sweden, the most common among these are the temporary-help service firms. The aim of this study is to investigate how the employees of temporary-help service firms experience their situation as employed by one company and working at another. We have used a qualitative approach to reach an increased understanding for the daily situation of the contingent worker. The essay is based on participant observations and semi-structured interviews with six contingent workers.

Det har beskrivits hur upplevelserna av anknytningen till barnet kan variera beroende på mammans levnadshistoria. Med hjälp av anknytningsteorin förklarades anknytningsmönstrets betydelse för hur det sociala samspelet med omgivningen ser ut. Syftet med studien var att beskriva mammans upplevelser av att ej kunna knyta an till sitt nyfödda barn och problemområdet belystes med hjälp av självbiografier i en kvalitativ litteraturstudie. Resultatet redovisades under följande fyra kategorier: anknytningen blev inte som förväntat, prestationsångest och osäkerhet i mammarollen, känsla av att inte vara en bra mamma och ville inte vara med barnet. Slutsatsen blev att mammans upplevelser behöver lyftas fram och tydliggöras så att sjuksköterskan kan hjälpa igång och stödja mamman för att den livsviktiga anknytningen skall kunna slå rot..
