För att överleva på den globala och konkurrenshårda marknaden måste företag vara flexibla, innovativa och optimera sina resurser. Genom att hyra in konsulter kan företag med snabb och effektiv verkan påverka sitt kunskapskapital. Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda huruvida utvärdering av projekt kan öka konsultens kompetensutveckling och kvalitetssäkring till framtida projekt. Uppsatsen undersöker om det finns något samband mellan konsulters kompetens och erfarenhetsåterkoppling, den omfattas av en litteraturstudie och en empirisk undersökning. Det empiriska underlaget består av intervjuer med fem konsulter som representerar fyra konsultbolag i Sverige.

This report investigates what attitude private forest owners in the County of Stockholm, Sweden have towards biodiversity landconservation. Private landowners were asked to answer a questionnaire containing questions about there property and there attitude towards biodiversity. The results show that private landowners attitude towards biodiversity is affected by, amongst other things, the size of their property; a larger property have a more negative owner than a smaller property. A landowner that lives on his property has a more negative attitude towards biodiversity than a landowner that?s not living on his property.

The purpose with this study is to examine how the twelve-step program is described by the author J Keith Miller (2004) in his book Steg in i livet and by the author Olle Carlsson (2012) in his book 12steg för hopplösa. The aim for the study is to highlight the twelve steps usage on people without addiction problems. In the study, the two author?s thoughts and experience of the twelve-step program is analysed and interpreted by Pargaments (1997) theory of religious coping. The research questions in this study are: 1.

The release of green house gases and the environmental impacts humans have on the environment are huge and might cause irreversible changes to our earth. Meat is considered to have large impacts on the environment, especially beef meat and therefore there have lately been considerable discussions on the sustainable level of meat consumption and production. The main goal with this thesis is to study sustainable meat production and meat consumption in the county of Dalarna in Sweden. Indicators for sustainable meat production and meat consumption were developed and applied on three cases. Interviews were carried out with a municipality in the region that represents the consumer and three beef farmers that represents the producers.

This study is a quantitative study designed to examine whether training in health issues may have contributed to the increase in head managers' psychological capital (PsyCap). Construction consists of the following components: self confidence, hope, optimism and resilience. A high PsyCap considered beneficial in organizational change and steer towards the positive development and helps individuals in stressful situations. The results show an increase of characteristics such as hope and optimism among managers (N = 15) who have undergone training in health issues compared with managers who have not undergone training. However, the tests show no significant difference in head managers' attitudes to health breaks, not the severity of granting health breaks in the groups as a result of training.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka och skapa större förståelse för arbetsledares upplevelse av stress och stressorers påverkan på deras ledarskap och arbete. Artiklar, litteratur och elektroniska dokument med fokus på pedagogik, ledarskap, stress och socialt stöd har studerats för att få fram fakta på hur stress och stressorer påverkar individen i arbetsmiljön. En kvalitativ metod med intervjuer, med utgångspunkt i en fenomenografisk forskningsansats, användes för att ta reda på hur arbetsledare upplevde att stress och stressorer påverkade deras ledarskap och arbete. Den teoretiska referensramen bestod av Karasek & Theorells krav-kontroll-stöd modellen, Siegrists ansträngnings/belöningsmodellen och Antonovskys KASAM modellen. Resultatet av undersökningen visade att det fanns ett tydligt samband mellan arbetsrelaterad stress och ett bristande pedagogiskt ledarskap.

Denna forskning har två syften.Dels att undersöka grad på motivationsfaktorerien arbetsmiljö och eventuellakorrelationermellan motivationsfaktorerna.Enkäten baseradespå frågor från QPSNordic,Lockeoch Lathams (1990) frågeformuläroch occupational self-efficacy scale (OSES).Totalt hundra anställda (n = 100) deltog iundersökningen. Andra delen var att undersökachefers motivationsstrategier somanvänds för att motivera sinaanställda. I detta sammanhanghar anställdes uppfattning av destrategier somanvänds av cheferna också undersökts.Det skapades två struktureradefrågeformulär med öppnafrågor, en för cheferoch en för deanställda. Resultatenfrån enkätstudien visar attflesta motivations-faktorer låg på en medelgrad,utom motivationsfaktorn feedbackoch delfaktorn yttre belöningsom liggerpå en låg grad i denundersökta arbetsmiljön. The purpose of the study is to examine the multilingual student?s use of IT in school.The study also highlights the teacher?s view of development and how they use IT in their own teaching.A qualitative approach study was conducted to acquire a deeper understanding of students' language learning by using IT. In the study, it was assumed socio-cultural perspective in which learning takes place through interaction with others.The result shows that multilingual students have difficulty understanding information available on the internet and they are either waiting to meet a teacher to get a clearer picture of what to do or doing tasks even though in some cases misunderstand the task. Language teachers also confirm student?s impression and at the same time express the concern that students are reading less.This study shows that there may be correlation between students' learning motivation and an understanding of instructions online.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka om och hur man i grundskolans tidigare år arbetar med elevernas självbild under lektionerna i idrott och hälsa. För att få svar på detta använde vi oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervju med fem stycken lärare som alla undervisar i ämnet idrottt och hälsa i grundskolans tidigare år. Lärarna som blev intervjuade var alla utbildade lärare i idrott och hälsa och var från fyra stycken olika skolor från två olika kommuner.Resultatet visade att samtliga lärare tycker det är oerhört viktigt att jobba med elevernas självbild i idrott och hälsa men att de tyvärr känner att de har alldeles för lite tid till allt som ska hinnas med under lektionerna. Det framkom i undersökningen att alla lärarna ansåg att de ständigt jobbade med elevernas självbilder under lektionerna. Man jobbar med elevens självbild genom att försöka stärka eleven och lyfta fram den med positiv feedback.

In this thesis I set out to study how the reading of fictional literature is viewed, legitimatized and operationalized in two educational domains: the recently revised steering documents that all Swedish teachers must relate to, as well as a selection of teaching materials designed for education in the Swedish language for upper secondary school. The teaching material I have studied has been recently updated in order to correspond with the new steering documents. I relate my analysis to previous research about the use of fiction in education, and I also combine my analysis of the two educational domains to see whether the underlying intentions of the steering documents have influenced the revision of the teaching material. The outcome indicates that the steering documents? previous focus on culture has diminished although a certain insecurity as to how to use the concept and deal with the issue of whose culture should be taught can be identified.

The purpose of this bachelor?s thesis is to examine how public librarians and people engaged in sports associations think of the possibility of collaboration between their organizations regarding children and youth and furthermore how they think this collaboration and collaboration in general would or should be practiced. This is done in the light of the increasing necessity of collaboration in today?s information society as well as the view that reading and sports could make a good match. Focus is placed on the libraries? perspective and also on the respondents? perceptions and thoughts.

Medarbetarsamtal i grupp är ett relativt nytt och outforskat ämne. Den här uppsatsen undersöker fenomenet medarbetarsamtal i grupp, och bygger på en fallstudie gjord på Pilkington i Halmstad. Syftet var att med utgångspunkt i medarbetarnas upplevelser analysera vilka förutsättningar för individens utveckling som skapas i medarbetarsamtal i grupp. För att uppnå syftet genomfördes en kvalitativ undersökning med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex medarbetare som alla hade haft medarbetarsamtal i grupp.Resultaten pekar mot att de förutsättningar som ges för individens utveckling i medarbetarsamtal i grupp på Pilkington i många avseenden inte lever upp till förväntningarna. Det visade sig att feedback, reflektion, målsättning, attityder och uppriktighet på olika sätt bildar förutsättningar för individens utveckling i medarbetarsamtal i grupp.

Previous studies have pointed out the potential risks involved with targeting homosexual consumers by using ads with homosexual imagery in mainstream media. Many of these studies have indicated that there may be drawbacks with exposing heterosexuals to these kinds of advertisements. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether this is true for all groups of heterosexual consumers. An experimental study was carried out to examine the effects of explicit homosexual imagery on a heterosexual group with a generally positive attitude towards homosexuality. Empirical evidence suggests that homosexual imagery does not elicit any negative reactions among these heterosexual consumers.

The main purpose of this essay ?Mama & Papa usually do not have time? (Mamma och pappa har oftast inte tid), is to investigate what possibilities the pupils have when they need help with their homework. I also wanted to see what the actual conditions are when they do their homework. My second purpose is to see what their teachers think about homework and what they think are the positive and negative effects of homework. To be able to answer my main purpose I made a questionnaire with the pupils.
