The transformation among armed forces in Europe is a consequence due to shifted security perspective and the growth of international security actors, such as NATO and the EU. Sweden has played an active role in EU to ensure its influence in forming the security policy for the organisation. So- called ?Network Based Defense? (NBD) was introduced in Sweden in connection with the transformation of the Swedish Armed Forces in 1999. This bachelor thesis in European studies examines the perceived effects ofEuropeanization among officers, soldiers and seamen in the Swedish Armed Forces(SAF) through the use of semi-structured respondent interviews. The study focuses onchange in rules, values, identity and organizational changes.The study shows the most important parts of what is believed to be the biggestfactors behind the major change in the SAF during the last 20 years. The biggestfactors are shown to be the fall of the Warsaw pact and the increasing influence ofNATO in Europe. Interviews show that staff within the SAF has difficultiesseparating change coming from the EU and the above-mentioned factors, partially dueto the fact that most members of the European union are also part of NATO. INGEN LAG ? STRAFF? ABSTRACTThe thesis deals with a gap in the Swedish legislation concerning the criminal responsibility under which military personnel act in international peace operations. According to international treaties called Status of Forces Agreements, military personnel operating abroad within the territory of other states are exempted from the criminal law of the host states. In return, their home states apply its national criminal law upon the personnel instead. Thus, Swedish criminal law is applied in relation to actions taken by Swedish military forces in international operations.

I denna kandidatuppsats genomförs en studie på två småföretag som verkar inom den svenska modebranschen. Syftet med denna undersökning är att genom två fallstudier undersöka vilka konkurrensstrategier som är avgörande för att småföretag ska lyckas etablera sig inom den svenska modemarknaden. Syftet med undersökningen är även att ta reda på om de företagen som undersöks i studien använder sig av de strategier som beskrivs i teorin.Intresset för modet i Sverige är stort och ökar då bevakningen från media tilltar. Det allra flesta företag som verkar inom den svenska modeindustrin är små med endast ett fåtal anställda. Trots det stigande intresset för mode har småföretagen svårt att etablera sig och möter många hinder och en accelererande konkurrens.För att besvara syftet har en fallstudie genomförts på företagen Papagaio AB och Gram.

SammanfattningStudien visar hur medarbetare och ledare på organisationen SEB i Örebro ser på ämnet motivation. Syftet med undersökningen är att öka förståelsen och kunskapen om fenomenet motivation. Dessutom undersöks det om studieföretaget ytterligare kan förbättra motivationen hos sina medarbetare, i så fall hur. Vi strävar i studien att bidra med ny kunskap som SEB kan ha nytta av. Kunskapen som studien bidrar med kan förhoppningsvis också andra organisationer och människor som är intresserade av motivation ha användning av.
