Enligt ångerrätten i distans- och hemförsäljningslagen 2:12, har en konsument rätt att frånträda ett distansavtal gällande köp av en vara (eller tjänst) förutsatt att varan återsänds till näringsidkaren i väsentligen oförändrat skick. Ångerrätten har sitt ursprung i både EU-rättsliga direktiv och svensk köprättslig tradition. Vad som i praktiken med avses med i väsentligen oförändrat skick preciseras inte i lag eller förarbeten. Av lagen och lagens förarbeten framgår dock att motivet med bestämmelsen är att konsumenten ska ha rätt att vidta de åtgärder som krävs för att kunna undersöka varan utan att ångerrätten förverkas. Tolkningen av rekvisitet vållar särskilda problem gällande ångerrätt avseende användarinteraktiva hemelektronikprodukter, exempelvis datorer.Enligt rådande svensk rättsordning är Allmänna reklamationsnämnden den instans där tvister rörande tolkningen av rekvisitet i väsentligen oförändrat skick mellan näringsidkare och konsumenter avgörs.

Den svenska biståndspolitiken utformades på 1960-talet genom proposition 1962:100. Sedan dess har åtskilliga nya propositioner antagits som riktlinjer för biståndspolitiken. Den här studien utgör en policy-analys av ett urval av dessa propositioner och syftar till att se om den svenska biståndspolitiken har förändrats. Detta arbete redogör dessutom för de historiska sammanhang och teoretiska grunder som biståndspolitiken bygger på. En slutsats jag har dragit är att flera av de grundläggande perspektiven som antogs genom proposition 1962:100 återfinns i dagens biståndspolitik..

Lymphoma is a group of malignant tumour diseases developing in the secondary lymphatic system. These diseases can develop in all organs as lymphocytes are ubiquitously in the body. In connection to mucus membranes we find mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, MALT, in which lymphoma can spontaneously but slowly develop, mostly at chronic inflammation or at autoimmune diseases. Today these diseases are incureable with the exception of some cases caused by Helicobacter pylori-infection. Antibiotic treatment of these cases can induce remissions.MALT-lymphomas have characteristic histological and molecular properties.

This is a final thesis on the landscape architecture program at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. It is the end of five years of studies and comprises 30 ECTS. This thesis is about the camp area Sjöröd, located by Gyllebosjön (the Gyllebo Lake) on Österlen in Skåne, southern Sweden. The thesis results in plan for how the area could be used in the future. It also raises the questions; what scouting of today is, how it is to be developed for the future, what a camp is and which aims the scout movement has set up for itself and its activities. The thesis also treats what is typical for Skåne, for Österlen and for the area around Sjöröd as a starting point.

Studien har haft sin utgångpunkt fra?n Carol Bacchis analysmetod ? What?t the problem represented to be? Denna metod utgår från hur problemet framställs genom att studera vilken lösning som presenteras.

Nu när begreppet ?nationellt intresse? verkar ha fått en ny och viktig roll i svensksäkerhetspolitik så är det angeläget att undersöka mer systematiskt på vilket sätt det förhåller sig.Det är med denna bakomliggande tanke som ämnet för uppsatsen är valt, dvs. att undersöka vilkenroll den klassiska termen ?nationella intressen? spelar i nutida svensk försvars ochsäkerhetspolitik.Som grund för undersökningen har jag har analyserat officiella tal, artiklar och uttalanden utlagdapå regeringens hemsida från januari 2008 till november 2008 av Sveriges statsminister,utrikesminister och försvarsminister.

The purpose of this study was to discuss young immigrant's experiences of the meeting between their original culture and swedish culture. In this discussion certain emphasis is laid on the formation of identity. In a more specific manner the aim was to find out which underlying circumstances contributed to the individuals choice in considering him- or herself as swedish or not and what these circumstances depended on.The empirical material of this study consists of five lifestories based on the methodological study of narrative. I have analyzed the material with help from Anthony Giddens' theory of structuration with starting point in the conception of ontological safety. I identified four different themes that frequently recured in each lifestory: identity in migration- and integrationsprocesses, the open doors of globalization, "swedish" identity and belonging in two cultures.

Globalization is described as processes of economic, social and political character and a tendency in the field has been to study these aspects of the phenomenon separately. Another common feature of previous studies is to relate to the field at a high abstraction level and talk about the effects and changes in general terms. Such studies of quantitative and statistical nature in which people are constituted as homogeneous groups hides the fact that the relationship between social attributes and context creates unique positions where the effects of globalization are diverse (Sprague, 2005, pp. 16 - 18). The purpose of this bachelor thesis is therefore to break with this entrance to the field and instead focus on a micro level perspective.By conducting a qualitative interview study guided by the globalization theory of the Globalife research team, which shows how structures at the macro level can be understood to affect the micro level, the aim is to reveal potential knowledge gaps within the field.

Värdet på en valuta idag är kanske inte densamma imorgon vilket kan både gynna och missgynna företag verksamma inom handel. Världsekonomin utsattes för chocker och en av de värsta finansiella kriser upplevdes under 2009/2010. Eftereffekterna kan fortfarande ses av länder exempelvis lokaliserade i Euroområdet. Valutakurser påverkas av makrorelaterad information vilket kan orsaka stora volatila fluktuationer av kurser som kan leda till enorm ekonomisk skada eller stor ekonomisk vinst för företag.

The formation of sovereign states in regional blocks has become an essential feature in the world system. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to investigate which motives and driving forces that affect the creation of projects of regional integration outside Europe and the Western World. By choosing the Latin American project of integration ALBA (the Bolivarian Alliance of the Americas) as a case of regional integration outside Europe and the Western World, the study investigates the motives expressed by the most prominent actors of the project, Venezuela and Cuba. ALBA is chosen as a representative and a unique case and through the consumption of the gramscian and the realist approaches, the essay defines two motives that affect the creation of projects of regional integration. As a way of investigating the actors? motives, the paper studies political statements, especially those of the Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez, and official positions expressed in central documents and declarations.

The aim of this study is to investigate the components of religion and spirituality in the specific context of "Fryshuset" ? a multicultural and glocal arena. Against the backdrop of contemporary researchers such as Heelas and Woodhead and their hypothesis about the "spiritual revolution" and a "new spirituality", as well as the postmodern discussion about "the return of God", this study discusses how religious change can be understood in the context of Fryshuset.The theoretical point of departure is taken in a hermeneutical method where Fleck´s theory about "thought-collective" and Gidden´s theory about the "duality of structure" are used in order to understand and describe the dialectical relationship between individual and social structure.The method used in this study is qualitative. The interviews are made of six individuals representing different social projects at Fryshuset.By analyzing the material from the field study through theories on religious change, three areas are identified:"The subjective turn"Religion and spiritualityA Cosmopolitan interpretation of life The result of this study is that the religiosity among the interviewed can be described through Taylor?s understanding of the "subjective turn".

This thesis is basically an attempt to discuss the intrinsic intersubjective nature of the so-called ideal sciences, i.e. geometry or arithmetic. Based upon a thorough analysis of Husserls The Origin of Geometry and Derridas Edmund Husserl's Origin of Geometry: an Introduction this thesis takes geometry as an example of an ideal science. The main question of the thesis is how an ideal science or object is constituted. The thesis consist of two main chapters - ?Geometry and Historicity? and ?Language?- and a concluding discussion.

This paper investigates the automatic stabilizer and the underlying factors behind its function. The paper includes both a literature review and an empirical analysis. The literature review discusses the IS-LM and Mundell-Fleming models and different ways to quantify the automatic stabilizer. Based on the theory, the relationship between volatility in GDP and the size of the automatic stabilizers is then analyzed with the help of regressions. Our main result shows a negative relation between these two variables.

The intention of this thesis in political science is to understand how the European Union fights and prevents discrimination against the Roma minorities in Sweden and Romania, and how the implementation works in reality. The study consists of defining what it means to be objectively discriminated, what ethnicity really means and how the implementation process consist of a comparison and statement has been made by the national governments and comparing how two socioeconomically different member states handle EU directives and implement them in Sweden and Romania. The main findings of this study was that EU policies lack the capital and explicitness that is needed for great results to be accomplished and that the governments in both countries have different issues with implementing the protection of the human rights and Roma culture, and that EU needs to be more practical and develop in a faster pace. .

Insjuknandet i hjärtinfarkt kommer ofta plötsligt och utan förvarning. Många som drabbas är friska sedan tidigare och insjuknandet innebär en förändrad livssituation för de drabbade. För kvinnor som drabbas av hjärtin- farkt är symtombilden ofta mer diffus än männens. Det medför svårigheter för kvinnorna att inse att de är sjuka och i behov av vård, vilket bidrar till att de söker vård senare än männen. Den försenade vården och behandlingen kan medföra sämre prognos för kvinnornas hjärtsjukdom.
