För att minska framtida problem med läckor på våra ledningsnät är det viktigt att man förnyar dessa. Planeringen av denna förnyelse kallas för förnyelseplanering. En metod i förnyelseplaneringen är så kallad ?riskbaserad förnyelseplanering?. Denna metod syftar till att hitta de ledningar som innebär störst risk.

To conduct telephone advice is a complicated task to perform and put specific demands of the nurse?s communication skills.The purpose of this study was to critically review the impact of telephone counseling focused on context of implementation, perspective, design and clinical relevance by a sample of studies within the field.The critical review focused on inconsistencies in the material. Strengths and weaknesses of the studies were explored, with emphasis on detecting areas of skill gaps.Twelve of thirteen studies were made in the context of telenursing.

The main strategy of gender equality policies has since the 1990s been gender mainstreaming. Many government inquiries show how much the Swedish government, provincial governments and municipalities are working with gender mainstreaming. The purpose of this paper is to investigative how the municipalities within the county of Stockholm handle gender mainstreaming demands in relation to other demands that the municipalities face. This is in order to closer investigate the hidden factors that create barriers to gender mainstreaming efforts. Given the study's purpose and the formulation of research question, qualitative method is the most suitable method to fulfill the purpose.

This paper discusses animal welfare, and Sweden, as an EU member state, has a responsibility toensure that official animal welfare inspections are carried out in accordance with communityregulations. The first of January 2009, the welfare moved from the municipalities in to the 21county administrative boards. This restructuring was made due to the deficiencies that the auditconducted by the EU of the FVO (Food and Veterinary Office) 2003 found in the Swedishsystem. Sweden failed in coordination and inspection to ensure animal welfare.The aim of this examination paper is to shed light on animal welfare work operated in the countyof Halland and in Sweden in general. This Master of Science thesis was a part of Pharmadule Emtungas project to construct a mobile automated cell for welding of carbon steel pipe (Heating, Ventilation and Sanitation). Pharmadule Emtunga is using a modular building concept for building pharmaceutical factories. The modules contain these pipes. The goal of the thesis was to present concepts for technical solutions regarding welding methods and fixtures for the cell. Conceptual models for the cell were made with aid of CAD software.

Denna rapport redovisar möjligheterna till en förbättrad installationssamordning genom att utveckla en beskedstidplan. Rapporten behandlar problem inom installationssamordning i projekteringsskedet av ett byggnadsprojekt. Arbetet är utfört på uppdrag av teknikkonsultföretaget ÅF.Det har sedan länge funnits stora problem inom installationssamordningen. Utmaningar som finns i branschen är bland annat bristande kommunikation, vilket kan leda till kollisioner, förseningar och i slutändan extra kostnader. Den bristande kommunikationen handlar delvis om avsaknad av besked från beställare eller andra projektörer om beslut som måste tas.

Då allt fler patienter vårdas i hemmen krävs att samordningen mellan olika vårdaktörer fungerar för att patienterna ska kunna erbjudas en god och säker omvårdnad. Syftet med studien var att beskriva distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att samordna vården för patienter som vårdades i hemmet. En kvalitativ metod användes och som datainsamlingsmetod valdes intervjuer. Sex distriktssköterskor intervjuades i en kommun i Väst Sverige. Studien resulterade i fem teman: skiftande och komplexa vårdbehov som ska samordnas, att samordna utifrån patientens situation och behov, svårigheter att samordna vården när helhetssynen brister, samordningen av patientens medicinska situation kräver närhet till läkare att rådgöra med och tillfredställelse och nöjdhet för både patienter och distriktssköterskor när samordningen fungerar.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en djupare insikt om hur en frikoppling mellan redovisning och beskattning skulle kunna se ut. Genom att undersöka hur revisionsbolagen ställer sig till SamRoBs förslag om en frikoppling, SOU 2008:80, och vilka konsekvenser ett avskaffande av det materiella sambandet kan medföra för K2-företagen vill vi skapa en djupare förståelse i diskussionen om en total frikoppling av det materiella sambandet för K2-företagen.Uppsatsens undersökning utgår från en kvalitativ forskningsmetod och har en analytisk ansats. Data består av primär- och sekundärdata som kritiskt granskas för att bedöma undersökningens giltighet och tillförlitlighet.För att skapa förståelse kring sambandet mellan redovisning och beskattning presenteras relevanta begrepp och teorier. Vidare redogörs för innehållet i utredningen SOU 2008:80.Empirin presenterar respondenternas åsikter och synpunkter om utredningens, SOU 2008:80, förslag om en frikoppling mellan redovisning och beskattning. Respondenterna avser tre anställda från tre av de största revisionsbolagen i Sverige.För K2 företag innebär en frikoppling i praktiken en samordning.

The purpose of this project is to study Partab's material distribution process, furthermore identify critical problem areas within the company. Further the aim is to provide suggestions to new work procedures regarding material distribution and related processes. Appropriate literature has been used as a support in this process. The main goal of a commercial company is to generate cash flow, and maximize the return on investment. Streamlining material supply and the use of material is a part of this process. Virum and Persson define logistics as: "Logistics is the approach and principles founding the process of planning, development, coordination, organisation, management, and control of material distribution from supplier to user".

This study has an integration policy direction as it focuses on the qualification for the new arrivals to quickly establish themselves in the labor market, and how the government's interventions, which in this case is the establishment reform, have affected municipalities and what its role is in this context. The purpose of the establishment reform is to faster the new arrivals integration in to the labor market. The aim of this study is to analyze the interaction factors that is affecting the integration of new arrivals into the labor market by study the professionals opinions on the interplay between involved organizations in two municipalities before and after the establishment reform. Studies have shown that the establishment reform has not achieved its goal and the purpose is to analyze the aspects behind this problem. The results of the study were analyzed with help of the interaction theory and the new institutional theory which is a part of the organization theory. An important aspect in the results of our study is the deficiency with the interaction between the participating organizations that obstruct the new arrivals path to becoming self-contained. In order to identify the problem, the study focuses on the co-operation among two communities in Sweden with the new arrivals way into the labor market.

Background: The standard of living should be the same for everyone, whether the apartment is placed in an old or new building. The residential properties that were built from 1965 until 1974 is now beginning to become old and in need of restoration. The financial crisis during the nineties contributed to the lack of maintenance on the buildings in Sweden. As the public buildings gets older more and more defects occurs. The coordination and maintenance will therefore have a more significant role in the housing company ?s work.The increasing interest about how old a building can be, attract much attention.

Detta genom att undersöka vilka mottyper till den normativa manligheten som förekommer i pjäsen, i vilken grad männen i pjäserna har behov av en homosocial arena för att få sin manlighet bekräftad och om kvinnan har någon roll att spela i maskulinitetsskapandet.I The Iceman Cometh är den tydligaste mottypen alkoholisten. Denne är en man som gett upp i kampen om att uppnå statusen av en ?self-made man?. Exempel på en konkurrerande manlighetsbild finns i de karaktärer som har ett förflutet inom den amerikanska anarkiströrelsen.
