The purpose of this essay is to understand how children and adolescent regard participating infamily therapy sessions, and the children´s views on their own contribution to the therapy.Another focus is weather family therapy can strengthen children´s identity and sence ofcoherence, and thus help them being more able to coping with dificulties in the future.Important questions for this work is to investigate how the attitudes and abilities of familytherapists can help the children become participating subjects, and how the collaborativeapproach contribute to bringing new perspectives and opportunities in the family's relationalcontext and life situation. By using Antonovsky´s salutogenic theory and narrative theory, theaim of this paper is to bring forth ways to approach children as family therapist that helpsstrengthen the childrens identity, self-esteem and sence of coherence.By analyzing family therapists known for being child-focused, such as Jim Wilson, MichaelWhite, David Epston and Haldor Övreeide, and compare the approach as therapist to theconclusions of the recent studies, this paper wants to emphasize how to approach children,adolescents and parents in a way that helps children contribute to solving the problem and thatbrings forth new narratives about the childs identity and relational context..

Följande undersökning är genomförd genom en kvantitativ metod med enkäter som forskningsverktyg. Studien är gjord bland tio skolor och 188 deltagare (n= 188) i en mellanstor kommun i södra Sverige. Arbetet undersöker svenska elevers uppfattningar och attityder till hållbar utveckling. Dessa attityder och uppfattningar jämförs och diskuteras sedan utifrån ett genusperspektiv. Resultaten påvisar statistiskt signifikanta skillnader i förhållningssätt till hållbar utveckling mellan flickor och pojkar.

En miljon människor i Sverige dricker för mycket alkohol vilket kan leda till försämrad hälsa, sjukdom och skador. Sjuksköterskor möter patienter i olika omvårdnadssituationer inom hälso- och sjukvården. Syftet med denna studie var att belysa vad som underlättar och vad som hindrar sjuksköterskor att ställa frågor om alkoholkonsumtion i möten med patienten. Litteraturstudien baserades på 10 artiklar funna via de två databaserna Cinahl och PubMed. Artiklarna har granskats och analyserats och i resultatet framkom tre kategorier vilka har huvudtema och undertema.

Climate change is a major political challenge, and the public opinion can play a big role in addressing it. It?s therefore relevant to examine which factors influence individuals? support towards environmental policy. Previous research indicates that this can be understood from political orientation (Jagers m.fl 2018, s. 86-7).

The aim of this thesis is to contribute to increased knowledge concerning students? information seeking in an electronic environment. Using a qualitative approach; focus groups interviews, a total of nine nursing students were interviewed in two groups. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed with an analysis tool based upon Lucy Kuntz?s, Gary Marchionini?s and Carol C Kuhlthau?s models of the information seeking process.

This master thesis is based on the sociocultural perspective. A qualitative research study was conducted to investigate children's attitudes towards reading, texts and libraries.The theoretical background is constituted by ideas from the new sociology of childhood, literacy-studies and reader-response theory.The study was conducted with 23 children, 13 girls and 10 boys, participating in focus groups.The results of the study reveal that children's literacy-activities in school are strongly influenced and limited by adults. Children's interest in pictures and non-fiction-reading do not correspond to the school institution that favors traditional media and fiction. The study also reveals a gender division between children's literacy-activities that tends to grow with age. All the children in the study regard libraries as book-houses and wished for libraries that combine activity and serenity.The thesis shows the importance of being aware of, and engage in, children's reading-interests and reading-practices if the reading stimulating activities in schools and libraries are to be successful.

The aim of this Master?s thesis was to investigate if one can identify a pattern in a family?s reading habits. Our empirical data was gathered in a survey distributed to a family in three generations, between the ages 15 to 82. The family was interviewed in a life time perspective, in a so called life story character. The questions addressed in this thesis concerned how the reading habits and the general attitude toward literature differ between generations in one family.

Smärta är förenat med ett lidande, och sjuksköterskan har ett stort ansvar vid smärtbedömning och smärtbehandling av patienter. Trots dagens väl utvecklade metoder och preparat för smärtlindring behandlas inte patienters smärta på ett adekvat sätt, bland annat på grund av negativa attityder hos sjuksköterskan när det gäller narkotikaklassade läkemedel. För att åskådliggöra hinder hos sjuksköterskan att administrera opioider till patienter med smärta genomfördes en systematisk litteraturstudie baserad på 18 originalartiklar. Resultatet visade att opiofobi hos både patient och sjuksköterska kunde verka som en barriär. Bristande kunskaper angående smärtbedömning och opioid som preparat var ett hinder för tillräcklig smärtlindring Ett bra samarbete mellan sjuksköterska och läkare var av stor vikt för att uppnå goda resultat vid smärtbehandling.

The purpose of this study was to investigate registered nurses experiences about the current model for triage at the emergency department at Uppsala University Hospital. The study is descriptive with qualitative approach. The data collection was made in the form of semi structured interviews. The interviews took place at the emergency department. The sample consisted of eight registered nurses with varying work experience of emergency care.

Konsumenters attityder till livsmedel och olika aspekter av livsmedelssäkerhet undersöktes i en intervjustudie i Upplands län, i vilken olika frågor kring attityder till livsmedel med fokus på livsmedelssäkerhet ingick. Resultatet visade att det absolut viktigaste för konsumenter när de väljer varor är att livsmedlet smakar gott, då samtliga respondenter uppgav att detta var viktigt. Att konsumenter oroar sig mer för toxiska restsubstanser såsom läkemedelsrester och bekämpningsmedelsrester än för livsmedelsburen smitta framkom, liksom att få uppfattar sitt eget hem som en plats där man kan bli matförgiftad, trots att tidigare studier visat att en stor andel av matförgiftningsfall smittas i sitt hem. Oroande stora andelar av konsumenterna kunde tänka sig att äta olika livsmedel med förhöjd risk att drabbas av matförgiftning såsom otillräckligt upphettad kyckling, och ett flertal enkla men viktiga hygienåtgärder för att undvika korskontaminering uppfattas inte av konsumenterna som viktiga att utföra, vilket kan leda till onödigt många matförgiftningsfall. Djurvälfärd och livsmedelssäkerhet är beroende av varandra och aktuellt arbete visar att svenska konsumenter anser att djurvälfärd är viktigt..

In this study I have explored the profession sales people and how they use social media. I have also studied their needs for further education and how it can be addressed in social media, in order to learn how a B2B-company that educates in sales training can meet sales people in social media. It?s an empirical study based on individual interviews with a semi-structured interview template. Respondents were of mixed age, both men and women.

This study aims to research how digital media can be used for communication and information management between teachers at preschools and children?s homes. To get an understanding of this we have investigated which channels are being used and for what purposes. The interest has also been to explore preschool teachers and caregivers? attitudes towards digital communication in preschools.A qualitative case study of comparative nature has been conducted, where two preschools were selected because of their use and non-use of digital media for communication with caregivers.

The main purpose of this bachelor?s thesis is to examine how Swedish upper secondary school librarians and related staff relate to the online encyclopaedia Wikipedia. The research is placed in the all-embracing context of information literacy and source criticism on the Internet. The study was carried out in the form of qualitative interviews and based on two theoretical bases: firstly, the concept of cognitive authority stipulated by Patrick Wilson, and secondly the idea that Wikipedia has a draw towards late modern epistemological assumptions. The latter theory was also associated with the perceptions of knowledge among the library staff interviewed.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka och analysera pedagogers arbete med matematik på förskolans utegård. Studien genomfördes i form av intervjuer och observationer. Resultatet visar att pedagogers arbete med matematik på förkolans utegård främst sker genom att de benämner vad barnen gör med matematiska begrepp och utmanar dem genom att ställa frågor och på så sätt utveckla aktiviteterna. Vissa pedagoger nämner att de arbetar på ett undersökande sätt med problemlösning. Vissa pedagoger skapar även lärtillfällen inom matematik genom att förse barnen med material eller genom att arbeta med planerade aktiviteter på utegården som berör matematik.

A qualitative study with interviews was combined with a quantitative survey study. On the basis of the theories we could analyze the collected data and fulfill the papers purpose. Results: Important features and differences in services and products were identified and the importance of a strong brand identity before an extension.
