De privata skogsägarna har en hög medelålder och generationsskiften kommer även där att eskalera (Nordlund & Westin 2011). Ca 4000 överlåtelser sker årligen, men det väntas öka till minst 5000 (LRF konsults fastighetsrapport 2012). Familjeföretagsforskningen kring generationsskiften lyfter gärna fram att skiftet föregås av en process som är svår, konfliktfylld och som ger en osäker framtid för företaget (Haag, 2012).

Background: Today small business firms represent a considerable part of swedish economy, and the number of small firms has steadily increased the last ten years in relation to the total employment. The fact that there are firms willing to grow, it ought to be interesting observing their motives of growth, and what kind of strategies that can be identifiable in these firms. Purpose: To examine the motives of growth in small business firms, and to study which growth strategies the firms use when expanding their business. Realization: The study is accomplished through telephone interviews with six small business firms in the province of Jönköping. The firms contain between 10-49 employees.

Magnus Johansson: Komposition och improvisation. En studie i Wayne Shorters musik. Uppsala; Musikvetenskap 60 p., 2000Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur saxofonisten Wayne Shorter förhåller sig till sina egna kompositioner när han improviserar över dem.Som jämförelseobjekt har jag använt trumpetaren Freddie Hubbards solon på samma inspelningar. Jag har transkriberat tre kompositioner från Wayne Shorters skiva Speak No Evil. samt tenorsaxofon- och trumpetsolon.

Produktionen av prydnadsväxter i Sverige sjunker och antalet företag likaså (Daraghmeh & Johansson 2013 s. 7-13). Dessutom menar dagligvaruhandeln och grossisterna att de svenska producenterna får allt svårare att konkurrera med utländska, och då främst holländska, prydnadsväxtproducenter vad gäller lock- och bulkvaror (Abrahamsson & Tjärnemo 2014 s. 17). Men inom ett område kan de svenska producenterna ha ett försprång.

Denna uppsats är en litteraturstudie som behandlar hur man kan jobba med att främja elevers medvetande om det egna lärandet. Syftet med arbetet är att förbättra kunskapen om att arbeta med metakognition hos blivande lärare samt redan verksamma lärare. Materialet för analysen har bestått av litteratur skriven av fyra författare inom området, nämligen Howard Gardner, Peter Gärdenfors, Ference Marton et al. samt Roger Säljö. Metoden jag har använt mig av är en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultatet har delats in i tre metodkategorier; variation, struktur- och mönsterskapande samt dialog.

Netting is a cash management technique, where receivables and liabilities are netted. This technique can be used to release capital and increase the company?s cash flow by reducing the number of transactions in the internal payment system.

This paper presents an approach in contemporary, abstract art for a new way of experiencing modernist abstraction. This has not been possible until now, about 40 years after the postmodern turn against modernism in art, and the closely connected formalism. This new approach is represented in this paper by the Swedish contemporary artists Ann Edholm and Jacob Dahlgren. Modernist artists such as Kasimir Malevich and Piet Mondrian receives a new relevance to contemporary abstract art. This opens up for a new, more complex and more dialectical understanding and re-evaluation of modernism and its abstract art.This is shown by a historical and chronological investigation which highlights modernist abstract art, formalism, and the critical and post-modern Neo-geometric ?abstraction? of the eighties.
