Decapitated Vs. Stomach buried ? A study of decapitated people and stomach placed people in Iron Age in Sweden and Denmark. This essay is about decapitated persons in graves and those buried on their stomach in the Iron Age in Sweden and Denmark. The analysis is to compare these graves by six perspectives; location of the grave, construction of the grave, grave goods, sex, age and interpretations of the grave.

With this study we aim to learn more about the relationship between digitalization and the swedish church. We have interviewed two priests and two other persons ? one who got married about five years ago, and one who, at the time of writing, is getting married in a few weeks. In addition to the interviews we found some earlier research that were relevant to us, which we read and compared to the empirics we got from the interviews. In our study we have taken qualitative research into practice since we want our interviewees to really share their points of view on the organisation?s usage of digital media.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka ifall det fanns ett samband mellan föräldrars bristande omsorgsförmåga och ungdomars droganvändning samt kriminalitet. Kan en persons uppväxt påverka huruvida den börjar använda droger eller har ett kriminellt beteende? En hypotes formulerades som löd: Det finns ett samband mellan föräldrars bristande omsorgsförmåga och droger samt kriminalitet. För att kunna styrka hypotesen användes kvantitativ metod genom statistikprogrammet SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Datan som behandlades inhämtades via UngDok-formulär som rörde ungdomar mellan 12 till 24 år på öppenvårdsmottagningar i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö.

The purpose of this study has been to examine the unit manager?s perspective on making Lex Sarah-notifications. The study has been carries out by six semi structured interviews with persons in leading positions of the elderly from three different municipalities. They were asked about different circumstances that affects the problems with Lex Sarah. The results indicates that the unit manager?s act on elder abuse from the complex mechanisms that exist within the organization.

This study was made to see too what extent Swedes uses consumptive resources such as berries and mushrooms, game meat and meat from fish in their household on a yearly basis. I have also looked into the difference between rural and urban areas in Sweden. Further aim was to determine what factors that correlates with the participation in berry and mushroom picking and the use of game and fish meat within the household. The study was conducted in form of a mail survey that was sent to randomly chosen persons in every municipality in the six northern most counties in Sweden and in the county of Stockholm. In addition a sample was sent to randomly chosen persons on a national level.The results showed there is a difference in use between rural and urban areas in Sweden in all 4 investigated consumptive resources.

Personer med flerfunktionshinder har stora kommunikativa svårigheter och är direkt beroende av sin närmaste omgivning för att kunna tillfredsställa sina kommunikativa behov. Kunskap om kommunikation och alternativ och kompletterande kommunikation (AKK) hos personliga assistenter är därför mycket viktig. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att utvärdera en kommunikationsutbildning enligt åttastegsmodellen riktad till personliga assistenter till en vuxen med flerfunktionshinder. Fem personliga assistenter som gick utbildningen deltog i studien. Genom att filma deltagarna före, efter och tre månader efter utbildningen samlades material in som analyserades både kvalitativt med samtalsanalys och kvantitativt med analysverktyget KOMMUNIKATIV för att se om deras kommunikativa beteende förändrats efter utbildningen.

Our thesis is a single-case study in which we try to answer the question: Why didn?t the lobbygroup Eurogroup for Animals get enough support for their demands in the latest regulation regarding transport of animals? As an example of their cooperation with their memberorganisations, we have chosen the Swedish organisation Djurens Rätt. Through interviews with key-persons involved in the process and with the use of Jeremy Richardson's theory regarding lobbying in the EU, we found that there were many different factors that effected Eurogroup for Animals chances to get an animal friendly legislation. For example by setting too ambitious demands Eurogroup for Animals wasn?t considered to be a serious actor during the legislation process.

Studien är en kvalitativ intervjuundersökning av fem förskolepedagogers uppfattningar av möjligheter och svårigheter att genomföra pedagogisk kartläggning kring barn med funktionsnedsättningar i förskolan. Barnen i barngrupperna är mellan ett och fem år. Ett eller flera barn har någon funktionsnedsättning. Två kommuner från södra Sverige är representerade. Viktigt för studien har varit att studera arbetet med kartläggningen i ett helhetsperspektiv. Studiens teoretiska, utvecklingsekologiska, perspektiv ger möjlighet att uppfatta faktorer i barnets närmiljö men också i andra miljöstrukturer på samhällsnivå. Resultatet presenteras i temana; observation, reflektion, samverkan och fortbildning.

This essay discusses people's perception of what is important for their well-being where they live. The main aim has been to find out what factors in the outdoor environments of the city are appreciated and why they are valued positively. A comparison has been made between Uppsala in Sweden and Tarapoto in Peru to see if, and in that case what, differences can be found in the values of people. I chose to carry out a survey study that got a response rate of 57 persons in Tarapoto and 63 in Uppsala. The results show that there are some common basic values, but on the whole the outdoor environments are valued differently in the two cities. In short, the Peruvians value functionality, cleanliness, small distances to family and service, while the Swedes value a central location and short distances to friends apart from functionality and good service opportunities. Conceivable reasons for this might be for example different cultural prerequisits, material standard and climate. .

We examined why file sharing is such a widespread phenomenon and what drives the persons that using file sharing, and what consequences it has on their consuming and ownership. We reached our goal by interviewing ten people who download files, using a qualitative method. We present the internet community where sharing files, copyright and the IPRED law are important ingredients for how the new generation consumer?s patterns look like. Today you can travel all over the world with a push on a button in just a few seconds.

Uppsatsen handlar om tryckfrihets- och yttrandefrihetsbrott och då speciellt brotten mot enskild person, såsom förtal, förtal av avliden person och förolämpningar. I dagens massmedia verkar det som gränserna för etik tänjs till det yttersta. Frågan är om media inte har tagit sin informationsskyldighet för långt och om det finns grund för publiciteten av människors privatliv. Är verkligen allt som publiceras till allmänhetens nytta eller är det bara för att tillfredsställa människors nyfikenhet. Visserligen skall sådant som efterfrågas tas upp, men hur långt skall media gå in i någons privatliv.

Denna studie syftar till att öka förståelsen för hur boendestödjarna beskriver sitt vardagsarbete med brukarnas återhämtning på två boenden med särskild service inom Socialpsykiatriska utförarenheten i Skärholmens Stadsdelsförvaltning. Vi har intervjuat åtta boendestödjare. Valet av respondenter har gjorts utifrån ett kvoturval, fyra boendestödjare från Frösätra samt fyra från Solholmen. Vi har gjort semi-strukturerade intervjuer med samtliga boendestödjarna och utformat en intervjuguide. Intervjuguiden berör fenomen hur personalen på boendena beskriver begreppet återhämtning, hur de arbetar med återhämtning, hur återhämtning nås samt hur personal beskriver sin roll.

Abstract:The aim of this study is to critically analyse the discourse of linkworkers, a integration project in a ?multicultural? school in Malmö. In the project, four persons with different ethnic / cultural background where employed to work as a link between the school and the parents, and between the Swedish culture and the children's and the parent's ?original? culture. My material consists of evaluations of the project and interviews with school staff.

The aim of the study is to explore the meaning of living with urinary incontinence caused by Spina Bifida, self-esteem, psychological well-beeing and expectations on treatment of urinary incontinence in 10 children and adolescents, 9-20 years old, as well as their parents perspective. The study was conducted through semi-structured interviewes as well as self-reports about self-esteem ("I think I am"; Ouvinen-Birgerstam, 1999) and psychological well-beeing (Beck Ungdomsskalor; Beck, Beck & Jolly, 2004). To examine the parents insight in their childrens situation and well-beeing parents proxy-reports was compared to their childrens self-reports. The results showed that psychological well-beeing and self-esteem of the children and adolescents in this study was comparable to normgroups, but that there was big individual differences. The parents proxy-reports are comparable to their childrens self-reports, but vary depending on the domain beeing estimated.
