Following the wake of the AIDS-catastrophe in the beginning of the eighties, homosexual men or 'men who have sex with men' (MSM) have been barred from donating blood throughout the planet. In this thesis I look into the different discourses at play in the context of creating the legal framework for blood donation in Sweden. Genealogically tracing the emergence of the category of MSM and mapping how the category is brought to use in contemporary negotiations on blood safety, I scrutinize how scientific truth is established within blood transfusion practice. I argue that the rationality of risk group exclusion is contingent on economical grounds, and that the foucauldian concept of biopolitics could productively be used to understand this rationality. In particular, the concept of the 'biopolitics of blood' can be employed in order to understand the reluctance from the involved actors to acknowledge the heteronormative consequences of the legal framework of contemporary blood donation..

The purpose with this thesis is to investigate how to design a urban space so that it is experienced safe and how to implement this at an actual site. Knowledge on the subject has been gathered through litterature studies and interviews with experts. Through an analysis of the site with surroundings and studies of projects with similar problems, practical actions have been observed. Part taking in the municipalities planning process has given insight in the projekt as an whole and the interests of different parties. This essay is about personal assistance for persons with considerable intellectual disabilities.The purpose with the study is: to examine personal assistance for individuals, who can`t speakfor themselves, to examine how the individuals can determine and get influence into theirassistance and how they can get help with it, to examine the role of an representative inrelation to the serviceuser´s assistance and examine if there are factors of gender in theinterviews.The chosen method is qualitative interviews.The interviews has been analysed through earlier research about personal assistance andtheoretical perspectives like: influence, integration and citizenship and discussed throughperspectives of social psychology.The main conclusions are: the influence the serviceusers can have is through persons whoknow them very well, the role of the representatives are indistinct, the serviceusers can´tdetermine their assistance themselves and need help with it from relatives, representatives,personal assistants and managers, the persons who know the serviceuser intimately are best totransform the needs to assistance. The factors of gender, are that there are more men aspersonal assistants than in the care of elderly, and the representatives are mostly men. Thepersonal assistants appreciates the time they have for the serviceuser, the work can be lonelyand demanding..

Syftet med denna explorativa studie var att utforska säkerhetsklimat, psykosociala förhållanden och organisationsklimat i Transportflygorganisationen i Försvarsmakten och i företaget Golden Air. Författarna har studerat och jämfört de två flygorganisationerna, som skiljer sig åt i struktur, ledning, resurser, visioner, uppgifter och mål. En enkätundersökning genomfördes med hjälp av instrumenten QPSNordic och Safety Culture. Av sammanlagt 125 utsända enkäter inkom totalt 74 svar (59 % svarsfrekvens), 53 ifrån Förvarsmakten och 21 ifrån Golden Air. Safety Culture visade att piloterna i Golden Air bedömde sin Arbetssituation signifikant mer positivt än flygförarna i Försvarsmakten.

The time span of the papers stretches from 1823 to 1982.The main problems I?ve been confronted with during this work have to do with respecting provenance and original order.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva och analysera hur introduktion av nyanställd personal genomförs på två förvaltningar inom en kommun. Undersökningen syftar även till att ta del av de nyanställdas upplevelser av sin introduktion. För att uppnå syftet har undersökningens utgångspunkt varit att besvara frågeställningarna: Hur ser förvaltningarnas introduktion av nyanställd personal ut? samt hur har de nyanställda på förvaltningarna upplevt sin introduktion? Genom kvalitativ metod har material samlats in med hjälp av intervjuer, observation och dokumentanalys. Intervjupersonerna bestod av en introduktionsansvarig samt tre nyanställda på vardera förvaltning och sammanlagt har åtta intervjuer genomförts.

The concept of personal branding has become more widespread and is today an important factor for individuals who want to communicate their personality on the Internet.The purpose of this study is to examine the role of personal branding in today?s society and to find similarities in how established bloggers use communication tools to increase their visibility. This has been done through qualitative interviews with individuals who write and shape their blogs depending on how they want to be seen on the Internet.By analysing our findings we came to the conclusion that personal branding is becoming more important in a world that is becoming more and more digitalized.

En enkätundersökning genomfördes på 306 gymnasieelever. Syftet var att undersöka samband mellan empati/personal distress och bassjälvkänsla/förvärvad självkänsla. Studien visade att respondenter med hög förvärvad självkänsla har hög empati och personal distress. De med hög bassjälvkänsla känner mycket empati om den förvärvade självkänslan är hög. Respondenter med hög bassjälvkänsla och låg förvärvad känner dessutom lägre empati än de som har lågt i båda självkänslotyperna.

The approach is that the participants in the interview will be enhanced to discussing about a wise certain number of images. These images are then to be ranked accordingly with a specific theme and terms.If a child has difficult to speak, you can take help of  the interest the child has, the child can tell you and the other children what he or she know about the interest.
