Medarbetarna befinner sig i olika dimensioner och processer, som kan upplevas positiva eller negativa efter en omorganisation. I studien låg fokus på hur kommunikation fungerar efter en omorganisation och hur den upplevs av medarbetarna. Påverkas formell/informell samt verbal/icke verbal kommunikation efter en omorganisation? Studien är kvalitativ med en fenomenologisk utgångspunkt samt EPP-modellen för dataanalys.

This Master's Thesis studies the attitude that library employees have regarding a sex and gender-neutral treatmentof their clients. The analysis is based upon replies to a questionnaire which was submitted though channels directedat library employees, like BIBLIST and BiblFeed. The respondent?s replies contained a number of welldevelopedcomments making the resultant analysis both quantitative and qualitative in nature.In performing the analysis a theoretical framework combining Hirdman?s gender system with symbolic interactionismhas been used together with literature about gender roles.The questionnaire showed that gender neutrality is a complex concept that can be interpreted in many differentways and is therefore easily misunderstood. It is obvious that sex is an important category when respondents aredealing with their clients, but also that sex and gender are problematic concepts which respondents find difficultto know exactly how to relate to.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka vilka möjligheter respektive hinder som finns när det gäller grundsärskoleelevers integrering i grundskolan samt belysa vikten av ett bra samarbete mellan de båda skolformerna som grund för en lyckad integrering. Arbetet ger en översikt av tidigare forskning kring de här frågeställningarna samt visar läsaren på vikten av de båda skolformerna ska närma sig varandra. Med hjälp av intervjuer ville vi undersöka vilka möjligheter och hinder som styr grundsärskoleelevers integrering i grundskolan. Intervjuerna genomfördes i två skilda kommuner på fyra olika skolor för att upptäcka eventuella likheter och skillnader.

Vilka normer och värderingar kan bli dominerande från personalens sida när oenighet uppstår mellan personal och den enskilde om vad som ska bestämmas för henom?Det viktigaste resultatet från denna studie är att personalen upplever en svårighet i att den enskilde ska bestämma själv och samtidigt få stöd och hjälp..

The aim of this study was to examine how Tanzanian HIV-positive women experience their socioeconomic situation. Semistructured interviews were carried out and the number of interviewees was 15. Collected data was analysed according to a qualitative content analysis and resulted in an overarching theme; Struggle for survival and tolerable life. Important in the lives of the informants was the access to economic and social resources. The informants described access to economic resources as important because of the possibilty to support oneself and the possibility of a lower level of physical strain.

Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka och beskriva hur personer med narkolepsi upplever att livssituationen har förändras efter insjuknandet och de strategier personerna har för att hantera sin vardag. Som teoretisk tolkningsram har copingperspektiv, Gullacksen (1998) och Wright (1983) använts. Empirin består av kvalitativa intervjuer med sex informanter med olika kön och åldrar som haft sjukdomen olika lång tid.

This thesis has been done in collaboration with Peab Stockholm Building 3, which is a region within the Peab Sverige AB. The report is based on a survey and studies of Peab business management systems and production literature. For general information gathering has literature from well-known sources collected in libraries and through the Internet. It shows through the work that Peab has routines for experience feedback in the construction process, but that these procedures work in a small scale and the practical work experience feedback does not work at all. This is also something the construction industry in general also perceived as problematic. The questions in the report are of a wide scale and concerns construction errors cost, how the employees perceive that the company takes advantage of the skills and the mental stress in production line. Ever since the birth of the film medium, stories about drugs and addiction have been produced. There is a fascination with the lifestyle, the effects of drugs and the ways in which it can be portrayed on the screen. The thesis starts off by giving an historical context, ranging from the late 19th Century and up until today, describing how the society and the public have treated the subject and how the narrative mirrors these attitudes. The purpose of the thesis is to take a closer look at this recurrent theme. Eleven fictional films produced between the 1980?s and 2000?s have been chosen and psychoanalytical film theory is used to analyze the ways in which the addict is represented; how filmic disgust and the abject makes the characters tread over physical and social boundaries and how the effect of the drug have the character tread over mental boundaries through dreams and hallucinations..

A study was performed to evaluate whether established methods of analysis of protein content in barley (Kjeldahl, Dumas, or NIT (short for Near Infrared Transmittance)) gives different results for wet and dried barley. This was carried out because there are concerns regarding the well-worn NIT prediction model giving different results for these conditions and that such an error causes significant price fluctuations on the market. By performing analyses of samples, both before and after drying, of the three different barley varieties Tipple, Prestige, and Quench, with all the techniques, data was obtained that could be analyzed statistically. The study showed that the NIT prediction model gives results for wet barley that is about 0.29 percentage points higher compared to dried barley. This difference was also statistically significant when a t-test was performed.

After the storm Gudrun in 2005, the Swedish Transport Administration started clear-cutting of railroad corridors to reduce the risk of trees falling down on the tracks. Simultaneously, train accidents with moose and roe deer have become more frequent and the costs for consequent delays and repairs of engines are of growing concern. There is reason to assume that tree-clearance of railroad corridors may have contributed to an increase in number of accidents with moose and roe deer because the cleared areas provide attractive forage and thus may attract wildlife. The objective of my study was to investigate how clearing of trees affected the number of accidents with moose and roe deer. I compared deer-train collision frequencies before and after clearance of the selected railroads and compared these with uncleared control railroads in a BACI (before-after control-impact) approach.
