Introduction: The current research shows that cannabis use is increasing, while alcohol use is decreasing in many countries. The reason for the increase is considered to be the increased availability and that adolescents attitudes towards cannabis has become more liberal. Aim: This qualitative study aimed to examine adolescents attitudes and knowledge about cannabis. Methods: Data has been collected from focus group interviews with adolescents aged 15-18 years, in a west Swedish municipality. Participants were recruited through visits to secondary and upper secondary schools.

Efter ett suicidförsök där patienten söker sjukvård blir det initiala mötet med hälso- och sjukvårdspersonalen en viktig del i processen att återgå till en meningsfull tillvaro. Patient och närstående står inför att tackla det stigma som ett suicidförsök innebär. Många känner skam, rädsla och känsla av misslyckande och behöver ofta professionellt stöd. Hälso- och sjukvårdspersonalens bemötande är i dessa fall betydande för hur de drabbade hanterar situationen och kan gå vidare. SyfteAtt beskriva hälso- och sjukvårdspersonalens attityd vid arbete med suicidnära patienter. MetodFör att besvara syftet utfördes en litteraturstudie.

When the independent upper secondary schools were started in 1992, it meant a change in the competitive relationship for the local upper secondary schools. A reduced number of students during some years ahead, while the number of independent upper secondary schools increase will probably result in tougher competition between upper secondary schools.The purpose of this study is to review and compare financial and performance management between a public and an independent upper secondary school. The dissertation will focus on the now existing competitive relationship between the two types of upper secondary schools.The theory underlying the study is Porter's model - five competitive forces. The model is applied to the local upper secondary school and used to identify competitive factors affecting upper secondary schools. The study is using a qualitative approach with five interviews at two upper secondary schools, one independent and one public, located in the same town.The comparison of financial and operational management of upper secondary schools indicate that the differences are not as great as we first imagined, but that there still are some differences.

Detta är en utvärdering av hur väl Open Access mottagits av forskare vid humanistisk fakultet vidUmeå universitet. Empirin är samlad med hjälp av kvalitativ intervjumetod, intervjuerna hölls med ettantal forskare vid humanistiska fakulteten. Genom en sammanfattning av hur vetenskapligapublikationer har sett ut och förändrats genom historien går det att se att utvecklingen rör sig mot OpenAccess. Eftersom att det i dagsläget (2012) utformas nationell policy kring Open Access samt attforskningsfinansiärer börjar ställa krav på att forskare ska publicera sina forskningsresultat i OpenAccess ? är det intressant att se hur väl Open Access mottagits av forskare eftersom det är de som stårför själva produktionen av materialet.

The degree of automation of tasks within production has been a growing trend but the measurement of quality has not followed the same trend. To do this, a comprehensive question how does the government and the involved interest groups work together in policy networks? has been broken down to three more specific questions: (1) Can the cooperation between the government and the interest groups be placed within the frame of a issue network or a policy community? (2) Has the cooperation between the government and the interest groups contributed to new tools for the government to prevent the gas pipeline? Managing credit risk might be the single most important business area for any commercial bank. The assessment of "good" and "bad" corporate clients is a important task for a creditor. A bad debtor is a corporate client with hardships in meeting the continous claims (interest payments) that a creditor requires. One way of evaluating or separating a "bad" client from a "good" client is to assess the propensity for the client to file for bankruptcy. This thesis examines 226 firms in the Swedsh market in the quest of predicting corporate bankruptcy.

In this thesis we have examined Västra Götalandsregionens ways to lobby and network in the European Union. Our aim was to examine which kind of methods the region uses to lobby in a successful way in Brussels. We found that the region uses both formal and informal methods of lobbying to gain advantages in Brussels. We also wanted to locate various networks which the region is involved in to more easily have their interests satisfied. We found that they had a lot of different alliances and that it is necessary to be involved in different networks to have a chance to lobby the EU institutions.

This master of science thesis is focusing on how the fault handling on hardware connected toa control unit on a Scania vehicle is working. To the hardware counts buttons levers, sensorsand CAN. The work has been concentrated upon how the fault handling is working and if it ispossible to find any new fault modes.The control unit that has been studied is called the Coordinator and is the core in Scanias threenetworks of control units. The Coordinators work is to transmit messages between the threenetworks and to process signals from buttons, levers and sensors. The values is then usedinternally or is sent to other control units on the CAN networks.
