Statliga regleringar drabbar oftast små företag hårdare än större företag. Regleringarna införs för att skapa en välfungerande ekonomi och är en nödvändighet för att ett samhälle ska fungera. I detta arbete studeras informations- och kommunikationsgapet som kan uppstå mellan små företag och myndigheter. Studien har sin utgångspunkt från lagen om kassregister som infördes 2010 för att skapa rättvisare konkurrens på marknaden. Skatteverket är de som skickar ut information och följer upp hur lagen efterföljs och därför är det Skatteverket som representerar en statlig myndighet i studien.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how salesperson control can be exercised in a retail store environment. A case study has been performed on a Swedish fashion company emphasizing the relationship between the company?s upper level management and their retail store operations in order to describe, analyze and classify the prevailing management control mechanisms. The paper presents an agency theoretical approach to the relationship applying behavior- and outcome based control theory, performance measurement theory and incentives theory in order to give a comprehensive image of the control system. The main finding is that the company?s management control system as applied to the sales force in its retail stores can be categorized as mainly behavior-based despite several explicit outcome-based features..

The labor regulations within the international conventions exist in order to make sure that these rights are looked after, but the ratification of the conventions is just the beginning. In order to receive the results which are set by the conventions, it is crucial that the implementation is successful. The politics of the country have to change and improve in order to achieve compatible laws, but also the population has to be given the opportunity to obtain education and knowledge about their human rights. Children who are forced to work at a young age, often under inhuman conditions, are not only deprived of their childhood but also of the chance to develop into an independent individual at the same time as this interferes with their education.

The following study is dedicated to investigate what kind of problems an organisation might stumble upon in the process of implementing a policy related to information security. Alongside investigating the eventual problems occurring in the implementation process of an organisation, the study also sets out to analyse how an organisation can motivate staff in order to follow the guidelines of a policy. The collection of empirical data was done using interviews. In order to seek answers to our research questions a theoretical background is presented that illustrate the need for information security after which motivational theories are applied to our collected data.To summarise the results of the study we find a gap of knowledge between the employees of the organisation. The organisational level of an employee together with the degree of participation in working with a policy seems connected to both the employee?s knowledge of a policy as well as how well the employee are motivated to learn about and follow the guidelines provided from a policy..

Today there is a keen competition between regions in the world for companies and inhabitants in order to improve regional development and economic growth. In many regions there is an active effort to create a good home base for companies and inhabitants. Since 2003 municipalities in nine counties in Sweden have come together in co-operative agencies in order to work towards more efficient regional development.This essay focuses on the relation between the state and the co-operative agencies in the regional development policy and which possibilities the state gives the co-operative agencies to pursue an efficient regional development policy, both legally and financially. I have researched and analysed this through models and ideas on how the state governs the administration and through the translation theory. The result of my study is that the co-operative agencies have a relatively large amount of freedom to make there own priorities, but the ability to act efficiently within regional development is limited..

The initial provisions concerning CFC-legislation were introduced 1990 and has since been subject to several revisions and adaptations. The fundamental purpose of the CFC-legislation is to prohibit and prevent tax evasion undertaken by such companies that own other foreign companies where generated income is subject to low rates of taxation. The CFC-legislation aims to provide the Swedish government with an op-portunity to tax this income. This is important in order to prevent tax avoidance and preserve the integrity of the system of taxation within Sweden. In order for the CFC-legislation to be as effective as possible there must exist a clear way of defining which activity that is to be regulated within its scope.

This was done in order to examine how a transparent model of the human head can be constructed to generate accurate data from crash tests. In this project a LC-MS-method for the analysis of gamma-hydroxybutyrate, gamma-butyrolactone, 1,4-butanediol, amphetamine and methadone was developed.Initially, the efficiency of the ionisation of the analytes was evaluated with respect to the ionisation technique (ESI, APCI and APPI) and the composition of the mobile phase. In the next step a number of different columns was tested in order to find the one with the greatest potential for separation of the substances in question. Using the selected column, the separation was optimised by means of experimental design and the software The Unscrambler 7.8. The parameters studied were the flow rate, the column temperature and the mobile phase composition. The response variables were the resolution between the target compounds and the retention time of the last eluting compound.These experiments showed that, in order to obtain the best ionisation, the mobile phase should consist of 5 mM formic acid in water and acetonitrile.

Informationssäkerhet är något väldigt aktuellt i dagsläget då mer och mer information och arbetsuppgifter datoriseras. Det är därför viktigt att de som arbetar med datorer har en god informationssäkerhetsmedvetenhet. Denna studie är utförd på Skatteverkets kontor i Linköping genom främst ett antal intervjuer. Studien inriktar sig på personalens informations- säkerhetsmedvetenhet samt hur Skatteverkets åtgärder påverkar personalens informations- säkerhetsmedvetenhet.Den teoretiska referensramen byggs till största del upp av teori kring informationssäkerhet och informations- säkerhetsmedvetenhet, samt även till viss del av organisationsteori. Teorin har sedermera fått utgöra hur informationssäkerheten bör se ut, generellt sett, i en organisation.

Vissa internationella konflikter har pågått så länge att det är svårt att se något slut men trots detta är det vissa konflikter som, ibland något oväntat, når en lösning. Syftet med denna uppsats är förklara varför vissa konflikter når en lösning, i detta fall Nordirlandkonflikten, medan andra konflikter inte gör det, i detta fall Cypern- och Baskienkonflikten.            Detta gjordes i denna uppsats genom att jämföra hur väl dessa tre konflikter uppfyller fem kriterier för konfliktlösning som sätts upp i teorin om dynamiska konflikter. De fem kriterierna är utomstående parter, samtal mellan parterna, skriftliga överenskommelser, icke-våldsaktörer samt förtroendeskapande åtgärder.            Resultatet visar att Nordirlandkonflikten i högre grad uppfyller kriterierna om utomstående aktörer och skriftliga överenskommelser än de övriga två konflikterna och detta innebär att dessa två kriterier är de avgörande punkterna som förklarar varför Nordirland är en löst konflikt och inte Cypern och Baskien.Då resultatet som helhet visar att Nordirland uppfyller kriterierna i högre grad än Cypern och Baskien så kan vi även dra slutsatsen att denna uppsats styrker teorin om dynamisk konfliktlösning..

During the past twenty years, the Swedish school systems have slowly changed to becomemore and more performance-driven. Private schools have been growing in general and, likeindependent schools and schools managed by municipalities, they profile themselves. Schoolsare becoming more performance and result-oriented, which has changed the roles of teachersin a dramatic way and is in general, still changing.By profiling students based on theirindividual performance, schools are able to help students identify themselves and their owngoals. The process of profiling is a slow one in which some teachers adapt more quickly thanothers, and one that is critical for other teachers to learn in order to keep up with the demandsof society.Schools, like ordinary businesses, are in constant competition with each other to keep up withthe newest and greatest models of teaching and to rank among the best in high achievements.Perhaps the downside of this modern school structure is that it is often difficult to have aschool where both school management and teachers see eye to eye. School management must heavily focus on the school?s results as a whole.

All the involved operators in the construction project have access tothe model and can gather or share information about the project. There are several waysto apply BIM in the production stage.
