The rapid change within digital medias has increased the possibilities to make information accessible through network. Therefore the European Union EU considers a harmonization within the Union, in order to strengthen the rights of the originator. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate how the EUs directive 2001/29/EG regarding copyright is to be implemented into Swedish legislation and assess the common opinion in the public libraries on this matter. The basic methodology of this thesis is a democratic perspective, concerning the public libraries democratic role and the right of the citizens to have access to information. The thesis first part is a study of documents.

The terms?inclusion? and? a school for all? are closely connected. The question schools can ask themselves is how they choose to create inclusion and a school for all and also in what perspective. The purpose with this study was to find out how the headmasters and the teachers at ?Blommans skola? reasoned about the definition ?inclusion?.

This study has the purpose of looking at the current and future position of record labels from a context involving the technological developments, while the opportunities for the artists are changing. As the actors inside them music industry find themselves in an ever changing climate where traditional supply chains are threatened by new technology, the record labels need to change the way they work in order to maintain their existence in the music industry. The study has been conducted by interviewing a number of people involved in the music industry, by using a qualitative method approach. The conclusion of the study shows that the traditional way of doing business by treating music as a product that makes revenue is gone. Instead the labels have to take on new roles formerly run by third parties in order to survive and be profitable, especially since artists can now in control of activities that used to be controlled by the record label..

The Swedish government has set up the overall goal that no net emissions of greenhouse gases can occur after 2050. A sub-target has been developed for road transports which states that the use of fossil fuels must be reduced with 80% to 2030 in order to be completely abolished to 2050. A public inquiry mapping how this can be achieved was handed in to the government late in 2013. The use of alternative fuels for road transport, both biofuels and electricity, is expected to give the biggest contribution to the reduction of the use of fossil fuels. The inquiry sets up a number of goals for how much the use of alternative fuels must increase to 2030 in order to reach the overall goal and which instruments that are needed in order to do so.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate how these goals can be reached and what the most likely obstacles that may hinder the reaching of these goals may be.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera sektorn obetalt arbete. En stress kan  bildas av att det obetalda arbetet tar tid från andra åtaganden i livet. Lösningar som presenteras för att komma runt denna stress är ofta inriktade på individer. Då det hushållsnära obetalda arbetet oftast utförs av kvinnor och tar tid från det som annars skulle kunnat användas till förvärvsarbete skulle man kunna hävda att det råder en strukturell obalans i samhället. Här granskas om de individinriktade lösningarna för att skapa balans är med och bidrar till den strukturella obalansen.Teorin om work life balance granskas och även de förslag som teorin ger för att skapa en mer balanserad vardag.

Hur kan Uganda, ett fattigt och konfliktfyllt land, ha vänt sin HIV/AIDS-kurva medan HIV/AIDS i Botswana, ett resursrikt och stabilt land, formligen har exploderat? För närvarande finns inga säkra svar om vilken åtgärd som var avgörande för minskningen. Vi framlägger i vår studie tesen att det civila samhället har betydelse vid HIV/AIDS-bekämpning och bör inkluderas i HIV/AIDS-arbetet. Vi framlägger även att för en lyckad HIV/AIDS-bekämpning krävs interaktion och samarbete mellan det civila samhället och staten samt det internationella givarsamfundet. Detta då det civila samhällets funktioner är beroende av staten och det internationella givarsamfundet.Vår metod är separata fallstudier av ländernas HIV/AIDS-policys.

SharePoint is a web based platform designed to provide internal communications and file sharing for businesses and organizations.In this project, we created a system consisting of multiple applications to be used together with SharePoint. These applications are meant to simplify the workflow for internal orders of products. The system is targeted towards companies that do not have a flexible approach to digital orders or companies that want to integrate this functionality into their SharePoint platform. The project includes, in addition to the creation of the system, installation of the software and the servers needed to run a SharePoint environment and their configurations.The system consists of four applications where one of these, the store application, is required for the system to be used at all. The other applications are an order management application, a purchase application and an incoming delivery application. Of these four, we have implemented the store application and the order management application. Our hope is that users will find the system easy to use and graphically appealing..

The music distribution in Sweden and the world is rapidly changing. The music industry, however, has been reluctant to change the way they distribute music. The consequence has been that illegal music files have been available for downloading to anyone with an Internet connection. Because of the illegal downloading a new law have been implemented in an attempt to stop this behaviour. Our theory is that in implementing the IPRED-law, the sites that were hosting most of the illegal material will experience a severe decrease in traffic.

Today?s society is one where technological advances are made daily, which increases the need to stop and assess the risks against users? integrity when integrating new technology in contemporary systems all the greater. We have taken two technologies, Near Field Communication and Certified Wireless USB, whose envisioned area of use is to be integrated into mobile phones, and evaluated what security threats are revealed for the respective technologies. The threats against security have been identified through research of the standards and existing reports for each technology. Practical experiments have not been conducted on account of us not having access to any equipment to run such trials.

User experience, UX, är ett modernt begrepp inom utvecklingsbranschen lika väl som i forskningsområdet människa-datorinteraktion (HCI). Den här uppsatsen syftar till att reda ut vad UX som arbetssätt är i teori respektive praktik, om det finns en gemensam tolkning eller flera olika i olika verksamheter, samt att jämföra teorin och praktiken. För att ta reda på vad UX egentligen står för i teorin och praktiken, användes triangulering; en litteraturstudie samt en empiriskt grundad kvalitativ och delvis också kvantitativ undersökning genomfördes. Datainsamlingsmetoden som användes i empirin var dels en småskalig fallstudie hos företaget Cambio, som i kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer berättade om hela livscykeln för UX i deras projekt. Baserat på de kategorier och begrepp som kom upp i intervjuerna, fördjupades litteraturstudien i dessa områden, och en enkät om UX i praktiken konstruerades.

UN is a non-governmental organization which should promote gender equality within the organization. It is an organization which is based on human rights and claims that in order to solve the problem of poverty, famine and development we need to promote women?s status. In Sweden there is a strong tradition of gender balanced representation at the governmental level and this perspective raise the question if there is a spill-over effect to the civil society as in the case of a non-governmental organization. This makes it interesting to look at if a non-governmental organization which is not under state control work for gender equality within their own organization.

Människans konsumtionsbeteenden bidrar till växande negativ miljöpåverkan, och för att bryta utvecklingen krävs arbete på flera nivåer, däribland individnivån. Eventuellt kan massmedia bidra till sådant arbete. Denna studies syfte var att med fokus på konsumtionsbeteenden undersöka miljöbudskap i en nyhetstidnings webbpublicerade artiklar. Jag analyserade artiklarna med kvalitativ, teoretisk, tematisk analys, samt kvantitativt genom att kontrollera i hur många artiklar olika budskap identifierats. Analysens utgångspunkt var en lätt modifierad version av Sterns VBN-teori (Value Belief Norm theory), som fokuserar på attityder relevanta för miljövänligt beteende.

Stroke är en folksjukdom, som årligen drabbar ca 30 000 människor. Ett vanligt återstående problem efter stroke är hemipares som kan innebära svaghet i ena kroppshalvans arm och/eller ben, samt svårigheter att klara det vardagliga livet. För att ge patienten så bra förutsättningar som möjligt att uppnå en så hög grad av självständighet som möjligt är det viktigt med en intensiv rehabilitering. Flera studier har visat att spegelterapi kan vara ett lovande verktyg att använda inom strokerehabiliteringen. Syftet med studien var att sammanställa evidensen för behandlingsmetoder grundade inom spegelneurons-teorin som används inom stroke rehabiliteringen.

In todays high-technological society where the Internet plays a central role in our day-to-day life, many e-retailers are not able to attract customers to complete a transaction on their website. In order to succeed, many e-commerce sites must improve several safety aspects regarding online payment, in order to be perceived as a reliable and secured retailer. The purpose of this paper is to investigate if increment in various combinations and aspects in online payment will in fact improve the customer's perception of the e-retailer and result in completed transactions. In order to investigate this aspect, an experiment was conducted to be able to compare eight independent groups, that each had been exposed to a different security scenario on the online payment website of either a known or unknown retailer. Our results clearly prove that perceived security of the retailer's payment website increases willingness to purchase from the retailer.
