Dock omgärdas intäktsredovisningen av flera svårigheter gällande bedömningar av när och till vilket belopp intäkter ska redovisas. Detta är speciellt ett problem vid redovisning av uppdrag som löper över flera redovisningsperioder, vilket är vanligt i byggbranschen. IASB har haft ett förslag till en ny standard för intäktsredovisning ute på remiss och IASB:s främsta syfte är att redovisningen ska vara användbar för användare av finansiella rapporter. Införandet av en ny standard kommer att innebära förändringar i byggbolagens redovisning och därmed även användbarheten i redovisningsinformationen.

I snart 40 a?r har kommunerna i Norra Norrlands inland spelat en viktig roll i bil- och komponenttestindustrin. Hit har fordon sedan bo?rjan av 1970-talet kommit fo?r att testas till sin gra?ns i vinterklimat. Vinter- testning av fordon a?r en mycket viktig del av fordonsutvecklingen.

De flesta av oss har någon typ av relation till skolgården som plats, en plats där många barn och lärare tillbringar mycket av sin tid. En plats som kan användas på varierande vis, för många olika aktiviteter och syften. Ett av dessa syften kan vara utomhuspedagogik, ett omdiskuterat begrepp som forskare vid bland annat Linköpings universitet har intresserat sig för de senaste åren. Skolgården kan även vara en plats som berör elever och lärare inne i klassrummen då skolgården ofta blir den vy med blickpunkter som elever och lärare blickar ut över när de befinner sig inne i skolans lokaler. Detta arbete behandlar ämnet utomhuspedagogik och miljöpsykologi i relation till planering och design av skolgårdsmiljöer. Genom ett uppdrag av Peab har jag fått möjlighet att designa och planera två till ytan små innergårdar på en mellanstadieskola i Lambohov, Linköping. Syftet med arbetet har varit att gestalta de två innergårdarna utifrån litteratur inom utomhuspedagogik och miljöpsykologi.

Studiens syfte var att genom litteraturstudier underso?ka mo?rningsprocessen i no?tko?tt samt studera hur vakuummo?rning, ha?ngmo?rning samt mo?rning i Tublin mo?rningspa?se pa?verkar no?tko?ttets a?tkvalite?. Studien innefattar ocksa? intervjuer da?r syftet med dessa var att kartla?gga vilka mo?rningsmetoder som idag tilla?mpas hos svenska sma?skaliga slakterier/ styckningsanla?ggningar. Av det no?tko?tt som idag produceras i Sverige a?r variationen i kvalite? stor. Konsumenten kan da?rfo?r inte garanteras ett no?tko?tt med liknande egenskaper vid varje inko?pstillfa?lle, trots att ko?ttet kommer fra?n samma typ av styckningsdetalj.

De klimatiska förutsättningarna har stor betydelse i val av användning av utemiljön, därför är det viktigt att man studerar vidare de framtida klimatiska förändringarna för att ge bättre möjlighet till användning av utemiljön och förberedda nya stadsdelar med bättre villkor. Värme och sol är faktorer som är efterlängtade i Norden i motsättning till de sydliga länderna där skuggan är mer önskvärd speciellt under de varma månaderna. Det nordiska klimatet kräver andra inställningar för planering av utemiljön än vad man gör i ett sant sydligt klimat. Vi i Norden längtar till sydliga städer på grund av olika kvaliteter t.ex. värme, havet, semesterkänsla, historia m.m.

En byggarbetsplats är en osäker arbetsmiljö där tillbud och olyckor avlöservarandra trots att arbetsmiljöarbetet styrs av lagstiftning för att förebygga en dåligarbetsmiljö. Ordnings- och skyddsregler är ett viktigt medel i kampen till att nå enacceptabel nivå där olyckor och tillbud inte förekommer ofta.Syftet med examensrapporten är att undersöka byggföretaget Peabsefterlevnadsgrad i stort gällande ordnings- och skyddsregler på byggarbetsplatsenför att minska olycksfall och tillbud. Genom att bryta ner syftet till ett nåbart målskapades tre frågeställningar och de berör efterlevnaden av ordnings- ochskyddsregler, användandet av hjälpmedel och fysisk tränings samtförbättringsmöjligheter för att öka efterlevnaden av ordnings- och skyddsregler.Metoderna som har använts är litteraturstudie, fallstudie, enkätundersökning ochintervjuer. Den största delen i rapporten är enkätundersökningen och de andrametoderna kompletterar undersökningen.Rapporten visar att en dålig efterlevnadsgrad av ordnings- och skyddsregler tillstor del beror på en bristfällig kommunikation mellan arbetsledning ochhantverkare men även att attityder samt chefs- och ledarskap påverkarefterlevnaden. Både hantverkare och arbetsledning har delgett att de inte alltidefterlever de regler som finns på arbetsplatsen.
