Inledning: Information och undervisning är en stor del av omvårdnadsarbetet vid vård av patienter med kronisk sjukdom. Diabetes är en sjukdom där det är tydligt att en lyckad information och utbildning till patienten kan vara skillnaden mellan svåra komplikationer och en fungerande vardag. Bakgrund: I bakgrunden har tre huvudbegrepp presenterats. Empowerment är ett begrepp som har växt sig starkt inom omvårdnadsämnet under de senare decennierna och innebär att patienten sätts i fokus. Vid litteraturgenomgång beskrevs begreppet som det ideala sättet att bedriva patientundervisning.

Syftet med denna studie är att belysa psykoterapeuters erfarenheter av psykoterapi med äldre patienter. Kvalitativa intervjuer har gjorts med fem äldre legitimerade psykoterapeuter. I intervjuerna låg fokus på följande frågeställningar, förekommer specifika drag hos en äldre patient, hur ser den  psykoterapeutiska processen ut med äldre patienter och har psykoterapeutens egen ålder och livserfarenhet betydelse för psykoterapi med äldre patienter. Resultatet visar att åldras är ett nytt livsskede i en människas liv, som innebär förluster, sorger men också utveckling och fördjupad självkännedom. En tid av försoning och integritet.

Background: The need for structured practice has in recent years appeared in connection with the request for a more evidence-based nursing. In psychiatric care with its complex disabilities, it is important to have methods to identify these. Research has demonstrated the importance of patient participation in nursing that has been shown to affect their mental health. It is essential to get to know how patients with mental illness are capable of involvement in their life situation. This dissertation is about children in a district in Malmö, Sweden that is called Rosengård. This district is known for its high amount of immigrants and foreigners and all the children interviewed for the study are foreigners.We wanted to bring out their story, how they experience the cultures they are in touch with, the Swedish culture that they live in and their foreign culture that they experience at home with their parents. How do these children socialize into the Swedish culture while living in a district that is hardly exposed to it? We have been working from a different perspective, this due to the fact that we have both grown up in Rosengård and are still currently living here. Therefore our perspective is more from the inside, we can relate to the children?s stories and we can tell about it in a way that seems more natural.These children are not more different than other children, they have the same interests and hobbies as is considered to be ?fashionable? in youth culture today.

In school, pupils learn to critically relate to sources of various texts. In the course of time they also learn how to make references and cite properly. Yet, alarming reports show increasing cheating and plagiarism in colleges and universities. Plagiarism prevention services are used today in Swedish high schools. We are questioning how this relates to the sociocultural perspective and curriculum view of imitation as a natural part of the learning process, communication and language.Material from depth interviews, with four teachers in the school subject Swedish about their theoretical and practical approach to students' writing process and writing development are used to deal with the issues of this thesis.

IT is often seen as a solution to many problems concerning effectiveness in organizations. Information systems within the healthcare sector is often viewed as medical devices rather than just systems or services. These medical devices are thoroughly regulated by laws, standards and certifications. In this study I participated in an innovative project that aimed to bring new life and use to the old fashioned patient journal by giving it a visual representation through the use of an avatar. I aimed to study the effects of regulators connected with the patient journal as a source of information for the innovative project.

Bakgrund:Hjärtinfarkt är den vanligaste orsaken till dödsfall i Sverige. Att drabbas av akut sjukdom är en kritisk upplevelse för både patient och närstående vilket leder till ett behov av stöd för hela familjen. Syfte: Att belysa den mentala hälsan hos personer som har drabbats av en hjärtinfarkt samt återhämtningsprocessen. Metod: Litteraturöversikt där vetenskapliga artiklar via databaserna Pubmed, Psykinfo och Cinahl granskats. Utifrån artikelgranskningen uppkom tre kategorier; Den mentala hälsan och reaktioner hos patienter som drabbats av hjärtinfarkt, Återhämtningsprocessen efter en hjärtinfarkt samt Sjukvårdens roll i återhämtningsprocessen.

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine nurses experiences of asking patients aboutintimate partner violence and what the nurses believed could be of help or hindrance whenasking the question.Method: The study design was qualitative. Nine nurses from four different divisions wasinterviewed. The participants worked at a Swedish university hospital with an action plan fortaking care of violated women. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews usingan interview guide. The results were analyzed using qualitative content analysis.Main result: The question about intimate partner violence raises a variety of feelings amongnurses, for example anger and empathy.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to identify differences and similarities, regarding security, in two goods terminals in an organisation in the transport and goods sector. In this thesis we use Cultural Theory as an analytical instrument to investigate organizational culture, as seen from a security perspective. Cultural Theory is a theory seen from two perspectives, the stable perspective and the mobile perspective. These two perspectives concentrate on different research areas.

1KOGNITIVA FUNKTIONER VID UTMATTNINGSSYNDROM?Utmattningssyndrom är ett tillstånd som orsakas av långvarig stress i arbete eller privatliv.Föreliggande studie har syftet att studera förändringar i kognitiv funktion med fokus på visuellt episodiskt minne, uppmärksamhet och responskontroll tio år efter sjukskrivning på grund av utmattningssyndrom. Kompletterande test och självskattningsformulär inkluderades vid uppföljningen för att närmare undersöka visuellt episodiskt minne, exekutiv funktion, psykisk hälsa samt subjektiva aspekter av utmattningssyndrom. Patient- och kontrollgrupp utgjordes av nio respektive tre kvinnor. Testresultat jämfördes mellan grupper och testtillfälle ett och två.Resultaten visade på frånvaro av skillnad mellan testtillfälle i de mått som följdes upp samt att patientgruppens problem med visuellt episodiskt minne vid uppföljningen framförallt gjorde sig gällande i komplexa uppgifter vilket möjligen kan förklaras av bristande exekutiv funktion.Eftersom deltagarantalet i både patient- och kontrollgrupp var lågt är resultaten att betrakta som pilotdata..

The purpose of this report is to analyze and evaluate non-profit organizations way of working with social media within the organization, from a marketing perspective. We have made observations of three organizations and completed a series of interviews with representatives within the organizations.In the report we came up with five factors that are necessary for non-profit organizations in order to receive long term donations with the use of social media; Trust, awareness, involvement, interaction and Word of mouth marketing.Our result shows that the organizations have realized the potential and benefits of using social media, but have not come very far in the process of using it properly. Our conclusion is that social media can give assumptions for long term donations, if the organizations use a customer perspective and give their customers added value..

ABSTRAKTBakgrund: Ett nytt organ är livräddande behandling för patienter med kroniska hjärt- eller leversjukdomar. För den som blir transplanterad innebär det en stor omställning i livet, från att ha varit kronisk sjuk till att leva med ett nytt organ. Efter en transplantation är målet att personen ska kunna återgå till ett normalt liv. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa den transplanterades perspektiv på att leva med ett nytt organ. Metod: I litteraturstudien har tio kvalitativa studier granskats och analyserats med inspiration av innehållsanalys.

The purpose of this paper is to juxtapose the theories of learning that are reflected in student?s perspectives of the learning log with that of the pedagogical intentions of the curriculum in order to examine the discrepancy between the experienced and the intentional learning objectives. The paper is divided into two sections. The first section is a literature survey on theories related to the learning log and the curriculum. The second part is constituted by three semi-structured group interviews concerning student´s views on the learning log.

This study aims to examine play as a phenomena from a phenomenological approach. This I do by discussing a dominant approach to play, an perspective which is reproduced in the context of pre-school and in where the play and learning is in single focus. Using alternative perspective on play, mainly by Gadamer and Bakthtins philosophical thoughts about the feast or the carnival, contents differ significantly from educational or developmental psychology perspectives. I open up for an understanding of what play as ontology can be understood as, and thereby enable second readings. I illustrate this thought by an empirical example from a pre-school context which where created alongside with the children in the study.
