AimThe aim of this study has been to examine how health enhancement teachers in Montana, USA, view the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.In what way does the health enhancement teacher think the importance of physical activity from a lifelong perspective could be presented?What resources are available for teachers to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective?MethodThe issue has been answered through qualitative interviews consisting of six health enhancement teachers, four women and two men, in Montana, USA. One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. In addition to the budget, all the teachers had 12 hours of professional development every year where they could attend conferences or their own choice of professional development.ConclusionWith the help in forms of professional development offered by the school, conferences, meeting with other teachers, and their own choice of development, the teachers instruction techniques could increase which could help the teachers to find the pupils? interest for different kinds of physical activities.KeywordsPhysical education and health, physical activity, SOC, sense of coherence..

När anhöriga följer med en patient med livshotande skador till akutmottagningen, får de oftast inte vara närvarande i akutrummet under återupplivningsarbetet. Under det senaste decenniet har det dock kommit ett flertal riktlinjer som stödjer anhörignärvaro. Syftet var därför att belysa positiva och negativa aspekter med anhörigas närvaro i akutrummet vid återupplivningsarbete. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie och baserades på nitton vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet visade att det fanns en oro bland personalen att anhörignärvaro skulle öka stressen i akutteamet.

Syftet med studien var att ta reda på hur människor gjorde sina väl underbyggda val oavsett om det var små val i vardagen eller stora framtidsval, utifrån ett allmänt perspektiv och från ett teoretiskt vägledningsperspektiv. Studien har gjorts genom en kvalitativ undersökning där sex personer ingått, där samtliga bodde i en kommun i mellersta Norrland. Intervjuutsagorna har analyserats med hjälp KASAM-begreppet, The Planned Happenstance teorin, The Happenstance Learning Theory och en sociologisk teori. Resultaten visade att studie- och yrkesvägledarna betraktade valprocessen utifrån olika vägledningsmetoder både när de träffade elever och gjorde egna privata val, med fokus på happenstanceteorierna Studiens intervjupersoner är personer med olika bakgrunder. De som var födda i länder utanför Norden, berättade om sina val i relation till sina mål och tankar om frihet, vilket de svenskfödda personerna aldrig nämnde.

Introduction: To become acute ill and to be forced to seek treatment involves a difficult but also a vulnerable time for the individual. This acquires a good relationship between the nurse and the patient. At a surgical emergency ward patients with different diagnoses and trauma are treated. What distinguishes this specific type of ward is that care often occurs in a rapid rate and as a patient the environment may be experienced as stressed. The relationship with the nurse at the ward establishes a foundation for how the patient experiences the health care.

Tom Andersen (1995) utvecklade samtal där terapeut och klient tillsammans utvärderar samarbetet i terapin, samtal med reflekterande förhållningssätt som senare kom att kallas för samforskningssamtal. Samtal med ombytta roller, där terapeuten får lära av klienten. Studier har visat att samforskningssamtalen ger terapeutiska effekter med ökad känslan av samhörighet, fördjupad samskapande process och hjälper terapin framåt samt ger terapeuterna ökade kunskaper om sig själva som terapeut. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa om samforskningssamtal kan ge möjligheter och betydelse i pågående terapi och i så fall vilka.-Hur upplevdes samforskningssamtalet?-Vad fick terapeut respektive patient syn på i samforskningssamtalet?-Vilken betydelse kan samforskningssamtalet ha framöver i terapin? Två samforskningssamtal har hållits och därefter har en intervju hållits med var och en av deltagarna.

Bakgrund: Psykiatri betyder vetenskapen om psykiska sjukdomar och deras botande. Enligt socialstyrelsen vårdades nästan 50 000 individer under 2008 inom psykiatrisk slutenvård i Sverige. Stort intresse finns om hur dessa patienter upplever psykiatrisk vård och behandling. För vårdpersonal som jobbar inom psykiatri är det av stor vikt att förstå patienternas upplevelse och tillfredställelse av vården. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva patienters upplevelse av den psykiatriska slutenvården.

Bakgrund: En viktig del i att jobba som sjuksköterska är att kunna förse patienter med god omvårdnad. Att jobba i en operationssal innebär att jobba enligt ett tidsschema där de olika yrkesgrupperna ofta jobbar parallellt med varandra för att uppnå hög effektivitet. Operationssjuksköterskor ansvarar för hygien och sterilitet under operation och mötet med en vaken patient blir ofta kort och intensivt. Man arbetar med en patient i gången vilket möjliggör ett personcentrerat vårdande. Syfte: syftet med studien var att beskriva operationssjuksköterskors upplevelser av patientkontakt.

Background: The majority of the occupational accidents and work-related diseases at Swedish workplaces occur due to poor ergonomics during lifts and transportation of objects. The most common consequence of poor ergonomic conditions is low back pain (LBP) and the risk of developing LBP increases as the mechanical loading on the intervertebral disks grows. This study has investigated the biomechanical loading in the low back during two different types of patient lifts. The first lift (lift A) is developed by Modern Arbetsteknik (MA) and the second lift (lift B) is a common lifting technique among care workers. Objectives: The aim of the study was to identify any advantages or disadvantages with MA?s lift, regarding shear and compression forces in the L5/S1 disc.

I olika perioder har ämnet våld inom psykiatrin lyfts fram i media, ofta i samband med att ett våldsdåd har begåtts av en ?våldsam psykpatient?. Varken i media eller i den tidigare forskningen är det vanligt att ämnet blir belyst ur ett patientperspektiv. Denna kvalitativa studie försöker fånga ett inifrån-perspektiv och tar sin ansats i att försöka beskriva vad som kan leda fram till att det uppstår konflikt- och våldssituationer på en sluten psykiatrisk avdelning. Studien har genomförts med hjälp av samtal med sju personer med erfarenhet av våld under sin vistelse på en sluten avdelning.

We chose to write this essay about mobile commerce and what influences aconsumer's buying habits within mobile commerce. We also look at how acompany can implement mobile commerce. We could not find any studies thatdirectly addressed factors that affected consumers of mobile commerce prior tothis essay. This was one of the reasons that we chose to write about it.In the introductory chapter, we will discuss important issues relating to ecommerceand the use of smartphones as a tool for marketing and trade.In the methodology chapter, we explain our choice of methods for this essay. Wereported on the techniques and methods to collect data that were relevant to thiswork and then we had a discussion about the methodological choices made.

Inledning: Vad är det egentligen som händer i den terapeutiska relationen mellan terapeut och patient? Som psykodynamisk terapeut kan det tyckas självklart att grubbla över den terapeutiska relationens kvalitet eftersom relationen mellan patient och terapeut är central för förändringsprocessen.Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie är att utforska patienters upplevelser av den terapeutiska relationen.Frågeställningarna fokuserar på patienters beskrivningar av den terapeutiska relationen, vad som upplevs som hinder respektive främjande för den terapeutiska relationen samt upplevelser av betydelsefulla ögonblick under terapin.Metod: I studien intervjuas fem patienter vars psykodynamiska terapi omfattat minst 50 sessioner.Resultaten visar att lugn och närvaro hos terapeuten är betydelsefullt för den terapeutiska relationen. Den återkommande ritualen och rummet, som patienterna går in i vid varje samtal, är viktigt för terapin och blir som en del av relationen. Ett bra möte beskrivs som ett tillfälle av bekräftelse bortom orden. Ömsesidighet i den terapeutiska relationen och en känsla av acceptans och värme från terapeuten har stor betydelse för den terapeutiska processen.Slutsatserna är att om patienten skall uppleva känslomässig ömsesidighet i den terapeutiska relationen krävs en terapeut med stark närvaro i stunden.

Den här undersökningen är en beskrivning av hur erfarna psykologer på mottagningar inom den öppna barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin i Stockholm använder den statistikblankett som ska fyllas i för varje ny patient. För att undersöka hur behandlarna uppfattar statistikblanketten genomfördes semistrukturerade intervjuer med sju psykologer. Som analysmetod användes en induktiv tematisk analys. Resultatet visar att behandlarna upplever att det är svårt att utifrån statistikblanketten ge en rättvis bild av patienterna och av det arbete som bedrivs. Behandlarna anser att dokumentation är viktigt men deras tyngsta kritik mot statistikblanketten är att den brister i validitet och reliabilitet.
