Schizophrenia can cause symptoms such as auditory hallucinations, delusions, emotional blunting, apathy and lack of motivation. These result in a diminished ability to participate in daily activities and bring the client group into the domain of occupational therapists. The purpose of this literature review is to compile the latest findings in occupational therapy interventions for individuals with schizophrenia. Furthermore guidance regarding the utility of the interventions will be given based on the author?s assessment of the evidence in the 22 articles included.

Inte bara i Sverige utan i hela världen är kommunikationsbarriärer den vanligaste barriären mellan en sjuksköterska och denna patientgrupp. Bakgrund: Kommunikation har grundläggande betydelse för kvalitén av omvårdnad inom patientvården. En sjuksköterska ska vara medveten om att språkbarriärer spelar en viktig roll i patienters vårdvistelse samt kan vara ett hinder när dessa patienter söker sjukvård. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att beskriva vilka faktorer som påverkar kommunikationen mellan patient med annan etnicitet och sjuksköterska, ur ett patientperspektiv.

Anafylaxi är en allergisk reaktion och personen som drabbas kan få allvarliga och svåra symptom som kräver behandling. Kännetecknet för anafylaxi är att det kan påverka olika delar av kroppen samtidigt; bland annat hud, luftvägar, mag- och tarmkanalen, hjärta och blodkärl. Det blir ofta korta möten mellan ambulanspersonal och patient och därför finns inte mycket tid för att försöka skapa ett förtroende. Omvårdnaden vid anafylaxi sker till en början snabbt och det kan uppfattas som en stressad situation för både patient och personal. Syftet med studien var att undersöka ambulanspersonalens erfarenheter av att vårda patienter med anafylaxi.

Transfer pricing including internal loans have increased in recent years, making it easier for companies to minimize their taxable income. After the Swedish court case Diligentia, there have been discussions regarding the influence of a parent company's transparency and control of the subsidiary with regards to the interest rates on internal loans. In court cases that followed Diligentia, the Swedish Tax Agency argued that a parent company always could be assumed to have sufficient transparency and control of the operations in the subsidiary, and therefore reduce the risk on their debt obligations. This thesis seeks to analyze the effects of the transparency and control a parent company has with regards to interest rates on internal loans. The analysis is conducted by analyzing court cases similar to Diligentia.

Patientgruppen återfinns i både allmänsjukvård och psykiatriska vårdavdelningar. Sjuksköterskan behöver redskap för att utveckla en vårdrelation till dessa patienter, då vårdrelationen är essentiell för att uppnå hälsa. Syfte: Att belysa de olika faktorer som påverkar vårdrelationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient med diagnosen anorexia nervosa. Metod: Studien är en systematisk litteraturstudie.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to investigate the views Swedish elementary school teachers produce on the subject of ethics. The teachers? thoughts on selection among ethical notions is described and also how these notions are assessed. The essay proceeds from the central content and the knowledge requirement in the syllabus of religious knowledge.The empirical survey is based on qualitative scientific interviews with four teachers employed in grades 4-6 at different schools.The teachers find ethics in its current state of the syllabus hard to define and they find encounters with parents and pupils difficult in their tasks. The selection of ethics is decided by previously planned basic values education or from conflicts erupting during schools hours.

This study focuses on nurse´s roles including the caring of pain relief.Aim: The aim of this study was to elucidate the nurse?s role in giving care to patients with multiple myeloma and associated chronic pain.Method: This literature study was based on scientific articles.Results: The nurse is in a key position to facilitate ongoing adequate pain and psychosocial assessment of patients with multiple myeloma. The study presents ways of relieving pain and suffering via different ways of caring management.

Background: Many cancer patients who get bone metastases live longer thanks to the successful research and development of medicines during recent years. Many studies show general health benefits from physical activity. For patients with bone metastases the possibility of physical activity perhaps should limit? Nurses at oncological units are often in lifelong contact with this group of patients. It´s therefore important to have knowledge about the bone metastases and how it influence the patient´s possibility of performing physical activity in order to support and encourage the patient to safely physical activity.Aim: To describe the patient´s possibility of physical activity with metastases to the bone.Method: A literature study.Results: The extension of the bone metastases shall be verified through X-ray.

The purpose of the present study was to describe factors that affect nurses? decisions on whether to report an incident or not.

Bakgrunden till föreliggande studie är att stroke är en av Sveriges stora folksjukdomar och afasi kan uppkomma som komplikation. Detta kan medföra problem vid kommunikationen och vårdrelationen kan bli lidande. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa vårdrelationen med strokedrabbad patient med afasi ur ett vårdarperspektiv. Studien grundade sig på sex vetenskapliga artiklar som granskades genom innehållsanalys inspirerad av Burnards (1991) analysmetod. Analysen resulterade i tre huvudgrupper med undergrupper vilka belyser olika aspekter för att skapa en god vårdrelation.

Metod: Studien utfördes som en litteraturstudie baserad på sju vetenskapliga kvalitativa artiklar.
