First during early 1960s fathers got access to the labor room in Sweden. Theirparticipation are a relative new trend and it`s not thoroughly described in theliterature. Midwives? responsibility is to give a good and medical safe care, and tocreate a positive childbirth experience for the woman and her partner. No previousstudies have paid attention to midwives' experiences of fathers' presence duringchildbirth.

In addition to all our soldiers and officers who do military services abroad there are a lot of people who are affected by their choice to contribute, namely their next of kin. This report deals only with those who are next of kin to those who perform service abroad. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relatives' need for emotional and social support as well as practical and economical support. The main question is What kind of practical/economical and emotional/social support do close relatives require when a relative does military service abroad? The method used in this paper is a qualitative research interview.

Syftet med denna studie var att belysa hur anhöriga till demenssjuka personer upplever sina dagliga aktiviteter. Intervjuer gjordes med fyra personer som levde tillsammans med en demenssjuk partner. Intervjumaterialet analyserades med en fenomenologisk hermeneutisk metod. Resultatet visade på en komplexitet där den anhöriges egna aktiviteter är sammanvävda med den demenssjukes aktiviteter. De anhörigas aktivitetssituation är förändrad och det sker en ständig anpassning till den förändrade livssituationen.

This work is about the rights of children, how students use social media and how effective teachers are using social media in their work against abusive treatment. The purpose of this work is to examine what students have rights in school, what and how students use social media and how schools and teachers are working to prevent the abuse that takes place over the internet and via mobile phones. The method used to investigate this is partly a survey of students in grades five and six at four different schools and interviews with four practicing teachers, working as a teacher in each class who made survey. My conclusion is that children have a variety of rights in school, and all schools and teachers are working on this through rules, values ??clarification and collaborative exercises. More and more younger children use out of social media, the survey shows that many of the students in grades five and six uses much social media.

Patienter med missbruksproblem upptar mycket av hälso- ochsjukvårdens platser och resurser. Det är därmed viktigt attsäkerställa att dessa patienter får god vård och belysa vilkafaktorer som kan inverka på omvårdnaden. Syftet var att belysasjuksköterskors attityder gentemot patienter medmissbruksproblem samt att beskriva hur mötet mellansjuksköterskor och dessa patienter ser ut. Det användes 17vetenskapliga artiklar som grund för detta arbete varav 11 varkvantitativa och sex var kvalitativa. Det framkom attsjuksköterskor ofta uppvisade negativa attityder gentemot patientermed missbruksproblematik och detta inverkade på omvårdnadenav patienterna.

The comprehensive aim of the essay is to discuss the abilities of developing individual, communicative and cooperative skills, related to The Swedish National Agency for Education, for pre-school children in Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired pre-schools. The importance of the choice of pre-school for lifelong learning is discussed and examined. The two educational profiles are presented and the theories of communication, collaboration and individual work are the basis for the analysis of the results. The collection of empirical data is done through observations and interviews with pre-school children. First, the informants construct a fantasy animal on their own and then together with a partner.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze and map out the cyber culture of the Internet and its all users, identity, design theories and services. How people communicate and how they build up their identities are some of the baselines. I will also discuss the important aspects of Interaction design and how this can be used in a Community for digital storytelling. The Internet, or new media, was founded in the 60?s by some great philosophers (McLuhan, Rheingold, Lambert and more). With influence from their books I will discuss and analyze what kind of media the Internet is and how it can be seen as extensions to our senses, as McLuhan claims.

Efter en cervixcancer blir livet aldrig riktigt det samma. Sjuksköterskor är i en unik position för att hjälpa kvinnorna med anpassningen till de förändringar som sjukdomen drar med sig. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa kvinnors upplevda fysiska och psykiska förändring efter cervixcancer och sjuksköterskans roll i arbetet med dessa kvinnor. Metoden är en litteraturstudie baserad på elva veten¬skapliga artiklar. Analysen resulterade i fem teman: sexuella aspekter, fysiska problem, psykiska besvär, sociala aspekter och sjuksköterskans roll.

I Sverige lever ungefär 15 000 barn med autismspektrumtillstånd och diagnosen är vanligare än cancer, diabetes och Downs syndrom. Tillståndet är livslångt och det finns inget botemedel. När ett barn får en diagnos inom autismspektrumtillstånd påverkas hela familjens livssituation. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa föräldrars upplevelse av att leva med ett barn med autismspektrumtillstånd. För att besvara syftet genomfördes en litteraturstudie baserad på kvalitativa artiklar, där en analys av åtta artiklar sedan kom att mynna ut i vårt resultat.

ABSTRACTIn this study, five people were interviewed who are involved in a drug-assisted program for opiate addiction, also called substitution program. The meaning of substitution is that these clients' drug addiction is replaced with substitute preparations, either methadone or Subutex in an orderly manner. The clients of the researcher decided to study the substitution program have all been a heavy opiate addiction for years. Their participation in the replacement program is more than two years, and those who have been around the longest have been in the program for six years, so long as the substitution program has existed in Visby.This is a qualitative study in which interviews are conducted face to face with each individual client, and the interview was unstructured in the sense that no specific issues made in advance. The interviews have been themed, and the researcher has gone through various areas of life around the respondent.

Utifrån hur företagets agerande påverkar personalen avser vi också att ge förslag på vad man ska tänka på som outsourcande företag och hur man kan arbeta med att bibehålla lojalitet vid en outsourcing. Metod Undersökningen har ett kvalitativt upplägg. Vi har undersökt två företag som outsourcat någon del av företaget för två till tre år sedan.

The purpose of this work was to research how baby nurses define the concept child maltreatment and how they conduct themselves to mandatory reporting.The central questions were; How do the baby nurses interpret the concept child maltreatment and which children do they consider comprehending the concept?What are the reasons that children are maltreated according to the baby nurses opinions?Do the baby nurses apprehend that they meet children that are maltreated in their work?How do the baby nurses interpret the mandatory reporting and what course of action do they use when they suspect child maltreatment?Nine baby nurses were interviewed. The material was analyzed with the help of a phenomenological method.The participators idea of the concept child maltreatment was focused on observing signs from the child and concrete actions from the parents. The outcome of this concept is that the participators categorization is neither or nor. The participators knew about the mandatory reporting and they did a further interpretation because they focused on the risk of the child.

The purpose of my research has been to analyze the communi-cation of three cultural heritages and how they are being ex-posed on their respective webpages. The essay has also touched the subject as to how webpages can, through marketing of cul-tural heritages, create a connection to the marketed locations and their cultural environment. A phenomenon you could call ?creating a location?. My study has also resulted in an under-standing of how historical sites as cultural actors position them-selves to attract visitors to the location.

Antalet äldre människor i Sverige ökar. Ensamhet förekommer främst hos äldre och påverkar deras livskvalité. Det är viktigt att ha kunskap om äldre människors upplevelser av ensamhet för att kunna främja hälsa och välbefinnande. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa äldre människors upplevelser av ensamhet.En kvalitativ analysmetod vilket består av tre faser helhet-delar-helhet användes för att analysera data och datainsamling skedde genom intervjuer med nio äldre människor över 65 år. Intervjuerna spelades in på band och transkriberades.

Sverige har en lagstadgad anmälningsplikt som är obligatorisk för alla som i sitt arbete kommer i kontakt med barn. Lagen är tydlig med att alla misstänka missförhållanden skall anmälas. Forskning visar att anmälningsplikten inte alltid fungerar och att det bara är en liten del av de barn som riskerar att fara illa som kommer till socialtjänstens kännedom. Vidare forskning visar att få anmälningar kommer från hälso- och sjukvården. Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskans erfarenheter i mötet med barn som far illa eller riskerar att fara illa.
