The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of women's violence against men in intimate relationships, get an idea of ??what forms of expression that this type of violence has and to highlight the men's experiences of violence.There is little scientific research in the field in Sweden. Crime Prevention Council has determined that eight percent of all complaints involving domestic violence in 2010, reported by men over 18 years. You can only speculate on how large number of unreported cases is among abused men. The international studies highlight that the abused men feel ashamed of having been subjected to violence by a female partner.I have been based this essay on two theoretical premises, Per Isdal theory of "violence perspective" and Elaine Bergqvist's definition of the suppression technique.The study was conducted through a qualitative content analysis.

Undersökningen kartlägger innehållet på en latent och manifest nivå i de fotografier och texter som Moderaterna och Socialdemokraterna distribuerat genom Instagram som politisk kommunikationskanal under val-kampanjandet år 2014. Frågan är om avsändaren uppmanar till aktion och i så fall, hur? På vilket sätt framtonas respektive partiordförande? Och på vilket sätt innehåller kommunikationsbudskapet sakpolitiska frågor? Fyra legitima strategier för valkampanjande på Internet har använts och en kvantitativ innehållsanalys av de 143 bilder och texter som Socialdemokraterna och Moderaterna distribuerat under perioden 1e januari till 13e september har legat till grund för undersökningen. I ljuset av teorin om framing och semiotik analyserades resultatet och de centrala upptäckterna är att de båda partierna till största del använder respektive Instagram-konto som en nyhetskanal i vilken dem informerar om samtida politiska aktiviteter. Instagram erbjuder de politiska partierna en möjlighet att involvera, informera, mobilisera och ansluta sina väljare utan censurering och filtrering från traditionell media.

Background: Hypochondriasis is associated with marked impairments in physical and psychological functioning, work performance and increased health care utilization. The prevalence among medical outpatients is estimated to be between 4,2 % and 6,3 %. Notwithstanding there is deficient research in this area. Until recently no specific treatment has been clearly demonstrated to be effective. Objective: The aim was to investigate experiences of what it is like to live with hypochondriasis, but also to examine different treatment options.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskan upplever många olika situationer vid vård av barn på sjukhus och tillgodoser både barnets och hela familjens behov. Genom att bygga upp den mellanmänskliga relationen mellan sjuksköterskan och barnet eller familjen skapas trygghet och möjligheter att uppnå mål med omvårdnadsarbetet. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva känslor som sjuksköterskan upplever vid vård av barn på sjukhus.Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie som beskrev resultatet från utvalda vetenskapliga artiklar med inspiration av latent innehållsanalys, där det efter kondensering framkom teman. Artiklarna söktes fram i databaser samt vid manuell sökning.Resultat: I resultatet framkom fem teman: (1) Känslor relaterat till arbetsförhållanden, (2) Känslor relaterat till kunskapsnivå, (3) Känslor relaterat till omvårdnadssituationer, (4) Känslor relaterat till att kunna behålla sin professionalitet samt (5) Motstridiga känslor relaterat till sjuksköterskan.Slutsats: Sjuksköterskor som vårdar barn upplever olika känslor som kan påverka dem på flera sätt både i arbetet och i vardagen. Genom ökad medvetenhet kring de känslorna skulle omvårdnadsarbetet kunna underlättas vid det svåra arbete som vård av barn kan innebära..

Den nya standarden Eurokod kräver omställningar på byggprojekteringskontoren i det hänseende att personalen måste lära sig att använda och följa denna standard. För knutpunkter i stål har det hittills funnits stöd i form av beräkningsmetoder och handböcker, men ännu har inte någon utförlig hjälp om hur man hanterar dem med Eurokod utkommit. Trots att dimensioneringsprocessen av knutpunkterna är mycket viktig vid projektering av stålkonstruktioner är processen långsammare än den kan vara. Därför vore det bra om man fann ett enklare och snabbare sätt att dimensionera knutpunkter i enlighet med Eurokod.Intervjuer har visat att dimensioneringsprocessen hittills fungerat så att beräkningarna sker för hand av en konstruktör enligt BKR:s regler, för att sedan modelleras i 3D av en projektör som slutligen får sina ritningar granskade av en tredje person.Genom fallstudier av standardknutpunkten BP1 söktes en förbättrad dimensioneringsprocess jämfört med den som intervjuerna beskrev. I fallstudierna dimensionerades BP1 för hand och med programmen Autodesk Robot Structure Professional Analysis 2011 och modellerades med Tekla Structure 16.0, hela tiden i enlighet med Eurokod.

The aim of our thesis is to examine, due to gender, how female journalists in Cape Town experience and cope with their work situation in a profession traditionally dominated by men.

Humor och skratt genomsyrar livet i sin helhet det är ett sätt för människor att vara tillsammans och förhålla sig till varandra. Med hjälp av humor kan vårdgivaren och patienten minska klyftan mellan dem, den kan även bidra till att patienten känner ett förtroende för vårdpersonalen. Humor är också ett hjälpmedel för vårdpersonal att kunna ventilera den stressiga arbetssituation som råder. Syftet med studien är att belysa vårdpersonalens erfarenheter och upplevelser av humor och skratt i omvårdnadsmöten. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av bandade intervjuer i vilka fyra olika sjuksköterskor och en undersköterska berättade om sina upplevelser och erfarenheter av humor och skratt i möten med patienter.

To accomplish this purpose, archaic societies and structures such as ancient Egypt and Hawaii will be examined to obtain a closer understanding of the building blocks which constitute a chiefdom or kingdom. Since Patrick V. Kirch (2010) recently redefined the Hawaiian archipelago as a kingdom this essay will examine if the same can be done with the chiefdom of Tonga since it have similarities to the Hawaiian social organization.To do this the essay will examine and describe both the geographical organization of the states and the social organization. Bakgrund: Stroke är västvärldens tredje vanligaste dödsorsak. Varje år får ungefär 30 000 människor stroke i Sverige. När någon insjuknat i stroke berörs även deras partner. Syftet med studien var att belysa hur partnern till den som insjuknat i stroke upplevde sin livssituation utifrån väsentlig litteratur. Metod: I studien användes latent innehållsanalys som analysmetod för de kvalitativa artiklarna som var inspirerad av Graneheim och Lundman (2003).

New Zealand is currently the third largest global producer of kiwifruit and thus plays an important role in the international market. Exports of kiwifruit are also of significant horticultural value for New Zealand and in 2007 the kiwifruit industry accounted for export values of NZ$790 million. The global kiwifruit market has experienced substantial changes in recent years and is likely to change significantly in the near future due to developments in production sources, adjustments to trade policy settings and shifts in consumer preferences. The New Zealand kiwifruit industry needs to consider what the impacts of these changes might be so that future strategies can be constructed effectively. Little quantitative modelling has been done in New Zealand to consider the impacts of changes to the global kiwifruit industry. The major contribution of this research was the development and calibration of a kiwifruit industry-specific partial equilibrium trade model. The model was then used to examine the impacts on New Zealand producers of these trade-related changes in the global kiwifruit market.

After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 the satellite states of the former Communist bloc immediately departed on a journey towards democracy and market capitalism. Among the many tasks of the newly elected governments, one was to transform the paternalist Communist welfare state into a social system that would decrease the oversized role of the state, at the same time as protecting the citizens from the hardships ensued from the transition.I have studied the evolution of new welfare systems in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary, three countries generally agreed as the most similar and most successfull transition countries of the Eastern bloc. Gøsta Esping-Andersen's prominent typology of welfare regimes, consisting of the liberal, corporatist and social democratic regime-types, has constituted the theoretical basis of the analysis. Simultaneously, applying new cases to the typology implies an element of theory testing.The study shows that 40 years of Communism and partial isolation from the West has not prevented these three countries from developing welfare states fully compatible with those of Western Europe and the Anglo-Saxon nations and that all three of them in fact fall within the scope of the corporatist regime-type..
