The purpose of this study is to examine the changes in law and other types of politicialregulation regarding unauthorized absence during the reformation of the Swedish schoolsystem in 2010. How was this ?new? approach on unauthorized absence established; whatmade it possible and which view on ?unauthorized absence? does it implicate? The study hasa discourse analytic approach in which it examines central policy documents regarding thetopic of inquiry. The study has found that the alliance-government?s education policy onunauthorized absence is pervaded by one hegemonic discourse termed the mono-culturaldisciplinary discourse.

The aim of this thesis is to examine librarians' view on the knowledge and competence required at a small public library and how they look upon their education in retrospect. Library education in the 1970's and 1980's was mainly practical, a vocational training, but since 1995 the education results in an academic degree in Library & Information Science. Due to this, we focus on the ongoing generation shift in Swedish libraries as an aspect of knowledge and education. The empirical study is based on interviews with librarians working in minor public libraries. The informants form two groups, based on their education; ?old? ones and ?new? ones.

Abortion remains a contentious issue, which greatly raises ethical problems. This thesis examines the leading arguments in the Swedish abortion debate around the ? in terms of legislation ? critical years of 1938 and 1974. With Foucault's genealogical method, Butler's theories of gender as a social construction in relation to power and doxa, the study examines what the development of the argumentation says about the views on morality, the woman's body, life, individual and state? How has the arguments pro and against abortion changed over time and what does this say about the norms that guide and orientate the arguments? The most obvious change in argumentation is seen in the shift from an absolute moral and conservative position into an increasingly relativistic and liberal position, and this study will argue that this shift has its prerequisites in the changing status of the citizen and state.

Syftet; var att undersöka hälsopedagogers upplevda hinder och möjligheter i sitt arbete med fysisk aktivitet på recept, FaR. Metod: en kvalitativ ansats, med fyra halvstrukturerade intervjusamtal utfördes i omkring 60 minuter utifrån en intervjuguide. Urval: ett intensitetsurval genomfördes och består av informanter verksamma inom FaR en längre tid. Dataanalys: intervjumaterialet bearbetades med tematisk analys, där kodningsförfarande så småningom ledde fram till identifierande av teman, därefter framställdes berättelser. Resultat: resultatet visade att hälsopedagoger fungerar som en hjälp till självhjälp till personer som har fått FaR.

Jag ville därigenom bidra med kunskap om hur livscoaching skildras av coacherna och hur detta språkspel eller paradigm är uppbyggt samt vinna sociologisk förståelse av företeelsen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka (1) varför och (2) hur den transpersonella filosofin/psykologin har uppkommit, (3) redogöra för den transpersonella filosofidisciplinens centralproblem som sammanfaller med religionspsykologins studieområde och har betydelse för det nya paradigmbyggandet, och därvid även (4) redogöra för det bakomliggande (transpersonella) perspektiv som karakteriserar behandlingen av dessa. This paper was part of the ongoing cooperation between the Swedish Civil Aviation Authority and the Department of Psychology at Lund University. The purpose of this study was to develop a self-report measure regarding human factors, for the air traffic controllers to fill out before they start their working shift. This in order to aid the team leaders in their judgment regarding the air traffic controller's ability to perform at the right safety level. The self-report measure would also serve as an aid for the air traffic controllers who have a responsibility regarding their own performance. If successful this self-report measure would make it easier for the air traffic controllers to be alert regarding certain factors that can have a large impact on their performance.

Allt sedan rational choice blivit ett dominerande paradigm har teorin även kommit att kritiseras. Volvo vill undersöka scenariot att ta fram AMT - växellådor för medeltunga fordon. I-shift modellen AT2412, som är dimensionerad för en max belastning på 2400 Nm och anpassad för tunga lastbilar, skulle kunna fungera även i medeltunga fordon men är då överdimensionerad och onödigt tung.Med tanke på kommande utvecklingsprojekt behöver Volvo öka sin kunskap hur val av tillverkningsmetoder påverkar vikt och tillverkningskostnader. The purpose of this paper is to carry out a domain analysis of Section for Maps and Pictures at Uppsala University?s Library and investigate its business, collection and knowledge organization. Birger Hjørland?s socio-epistemological domain analytic paradigm is applied. As methods, Hjørland suggests eleven approaches, and from them he emphasizes especially the importance of the historical and epistemological approaches.In this paper three questions are analysed.
