The voltages and currents have continuously been sampled in the incoming 10 kV substation HSP01 from April-August 2008. Power quality measurements were also performed in Gryaabs other 10 kV substation HSP04 fed from HSP01 and at the terminals of the induction motor IN_PU4040 of 1.3 MW which controls one of the four large inflow pumps to the plant. The reason for the latter measurement was due to registered negative transients each time the motor was connected to the grid. The cause of the transients could be explained by the coupling in the substation, the ageing of the motor which could result in damage of the bearings or resonance in the motor circuit which amplifies high frequency harmonics.

Ökad kunskap och kännedom om sin organisations prestanda är något som alla företag eftersträvar. Att kunna prediktera vilka resurser ett utvecklingsarbete kräver är en förutsättning för att kunna genomföra ett bra offertarbete. Dessutom krävs prestandakännedom för att kunna sätta mål för det interna målstyrningsarbetet. Kännedomen uppnås genom ett etablerat mätsystem, som innefattar insamlande och användande av mätdata, det är inom detta område som vårat examensarbete har sitt fokus. Närmare bestämt belyses framgångsfaktorer vid implementationen samt hur användandet av mätdata bör gå till.

Bakgrund: Smärtan är subjektiv och det innebär att det är en individuell upplevelse. Den kan upplevas olika beroende på vilka tidigare erfarenheter patienterna har. Ingen annan än patienterna själva kan beskriva den upplevda smärtan. Det är viktigt att patienternas upplevelse av smärta uppmärksammas för att sjuksköterskor ska kunna bemöta deras behov på bästa sätt och därmed minska lidande. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa patienternas upplevelser av postoperativ smärta.

Då smärta till sin natur är en flerdimensionell och komplex upplevelse kan en flerdimensionell syn även på behandling av smärta vara ett fruktbart sätt att lindra upplevelsen. Syftet med studien var att undersöka och belysa vilken betydelse patientens psykiska välbefinnande har på upplevelsen av smärta samt hur sjuksköterskan kan lindra patientens upplevelse av smärta.

Forskning om smärta hos barn började ta fart i mitten på 1980-talet. Innan dess fanns uppfattningar av att barn inte upplevde smärta. Resultatet av denna forskning, som fortfarande pågår, har långsamt implementerats i praktiken. Först på 1990-talet omsattes dessa resultat i praktiken, av att barn ändå kunde känna smärta. Vårdpersonal fick en ökad medvetenhet om smärta och smärtskattning hos barn.
