I en föränderlig omvärld är det nödvändigt för organisationer att utvecklas och förändras för att delta i samhällets utveckling. Vid en förändring är det viktigt för ledningen att använda sig av kommunikation som ett redskap för att öka möjligheten att uppnå en framgångsrik förändring.Syfte: Studiens syfte är att med utgångspunkt i en empirisk studie, avseende anställdas uppfattning av kommunikation mellan ledning och anställda vid ett förändringsarbete, vidareutveckla en analysmodell för organisationsförändring.Metod: Den metod som använts i studien är av kvalitativ karaktär och består av intervjuer av anställda som har varit med om olika förändringar inom olika organisationer.Resultat: Genom den empiriska undersökningen tillsammans med teorigenomgången visar resultaten att en organisationsförändring medför olika reaktioner, både positiva och negativa, hos de anställda. Studiens resultat visar även att det är viktigt att använda sig av en kommunikationsstrategi genom hela förändringsprocessen. Med hjälp av denna strategi kan de anställdas negativa reaktioner reduceras och de positiva förstärkas. Vidare framgår det i resultatet att individen i en organisation har en avgörande roll för hur effektiv förändringsarbetet blir.

Vi fick av företaget Cardo i uppdrag att analysera deras mentorprogram, vilket ingick i deras managementprogram, CIMP 2005. Då deltagarna hade olika bakgrund och erfarenhet och därmed olika förutsättningar, bestod vårt uppdrag av att analysera och finna eventuella skillnader mellan deltagare som fått utbildning och handledning jämfört med dem som inte fått detta. Vårt syfte var att med utgångspunkt i deltagarnas upplevelser av mentorprogrammet, analysera deltagarnas reflektiva lärande, utifrån både ett adept- och mentorperspektiv. Med denna utgångspunkt valde vi att använda oss av ett kvalitativt angreppssätt med en empirisk och en teoretisk del. Den empiriska delen inleddes med en kort e-postintervju till samtliga deltagare.

Uppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ intervjustudie med elever i år 9, i syfte att få dessa elevers syn på vad framgång är och vad det innebär att vara framgångsrik, samt vilken roll skolan spelar för att nå framgång och att bli framgångsrik. Resultaten har ställts mot relevanta utbildningssociologiska och pedagogiska teorier. Studiens resultat visar att framgång är när man når de egna målen, att betygen är viktiga för att komma in på det gymnasieval man gör, men att det finns centrala förmågor och kompetenser som betygen inte mäter. Sådana förmågor/kompetenser är t.ex. förmågan att skapa relationer.

Title: Creativity and blockings: Non-musicians? experiences of music making The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the ability of music-making can benefit from and/or be inhibited by extra-musical factors, such as one's own or other people's opinions, criticism, prejudice and values. An experiment was carried out, where 10 nonmusicians were instructed to solve a compositional problem (writing pieces of music to a picture) which had been expressed in two different ways, one of which (A) was intended to block creativity and the other (B) to facilitate the creative process. All subjects also had to answer a questionnaire, where their experiences in connection with the task and their attitudes towards music and composition were mapped. The result was that all subjects succeeded in composing one or more pieces of music, regardless of which instruction they had been given.

Bakgrund: Utomhuspedagogik syftar till lärande i samverkan mellan upplevelse ochreflektion utifrån konkreta erfarenheter i verkliga situationer. Det är ett handlingsriktatlärande utomhus där teori och praktik kopplas samman i ett erfarenhetsbaserat lärande,vilket leder till djupare kunskaper. Utomhuspedagogik är ett komplement till traditionellundervisning där eleverna lär med hela kroppen och fler sinnen. Pedagoger medutbildning i utomhuspedagogik ser skillnader mellan traditionellt lärande ochutomhuspedagogik. Ämnen som oftast undervisas utomhus är språk och matematik.Närheten till bra utemiljö är nödvändig för att lämna skolgården.

Geography, derived from the Greek meaning "the study of the Earth," is a discipline with strong traditions and a rich history. Throughout different historical periods and intellectual movements, however, the focus of the subject has shifted between physical geography and human geography, influenced by scientists, philosophers, and various thinkers who have proposed differing perspectives on what the subject should represent (Couper, 2015). Due to the impact of these actors, geography education in today's Swedish school system is of an interdisciplinary nature, blending elements of both physical and human geography, with components such as environmental issues, sustainable development, digital learning, and fieldwork. However, this task is more complex than it may initially appear. The subject is shaped by various traditions, including national curricula, institutional customs, and the geographical perspectives held by individual teachers.

This study was performed to examine whether horses that are kept alone in smallpaddocks are less likely to suffer injuries, compared to horses kept in biggerenclosures with the company of other horses, or not. In not yet published researchmaterial from 2005, risk factors associated with ?accidental injuries? versus ?wearand tear injuries? (represented by trauma injury and fetlock inflammationrespectively), were compared. That material, based on the results of 507 returnedquestionnaires from owners of horses in a Swedish insurance company, includedquestions about paddock/pasture confinement. The results from those questionswere then analyzed in this study in a so called case-control study, in which thegroups with trauma and fetlock inflammation were compared to a healthy controlgroup.The results show that the risk of fetlock inflammation is greater in a smallconfinement, OR for inflammation in a small paddock is 2,2 (95% KI 1,2-3,9)compared to a bigger paddock.

Med hjälp av denna vetenskapliga essä undersöker jag hur man kan uppmärksamma och värna leken och glädjen i musicerandet med förskolebarn. Detta belyser jag inte enbart ur barnens perspektiv utan även ur mitt eget och mina kollegors. Med hjälp av berättelser från min vardag på förskolan och utifrån min praktiska kunskap, ger jag en bild av hur detta kan te sig. Dessa berättelser är ett fundament för mina vidare reflektioner. Vad lek och leklust är skärskådar jag genom att bena upp begreppen i mindre beståndsdelar.

Today´s debate in farming is being focused on tourism, outdoor life and hobbies in the rural areas. This is of interest also for the general public as a way of counteracting the depopulation of the rural areas. Within the last years, the farming has become more technically advanced and hence efficient. This has led to increased production volumes and wider selection of products with lower margins for the farmer as a consequence. When the profitability is reduced, the farmer is faced with the choice of either increasing efficiency or diversification of the business.

Vi lever i ett samhälle där det förekommer mycket stress. Barn upplever en ökad stress som kan vara relaterad till minskad fysisk aktivitet på grund av att allt mer av deras fritid ägnas åt tevetittande och dataspel. Detta gör att en dålig vana växer även bland de små barnen, som hellre vill sitta stilla än röra på sig. Utgångspunkten är vikten av att redan i förskolan skapa en önskan hos barnen att komma ut i utomhusmiljö och att de ska tycka att det är roligt och spännande att vara ute. Syftet med studien är att lyfta fram förskolepedagogers yrkesroll för sitt pedagogiska arbete på förskolegården.

The purpose of this thesis has been to signify what creates quality for the dwellers. Bycreating a definition of the term we have showed how well the qualitycriteria?s has been fulfilled in the newly built one family house area Pumpkällehagen in Viskafors.The questions the thesis gives answers to is: What is quality for the dwellers inhousebuilding of today? and How well have these quality aspects been carried out in tracthousing areas? These questions have taken us to our main goal: To describe what qualityfor the dwellers is and how well it has been carried out in a certain area.The literature review is describing what was published before the making of this thesis.From four different publications within the concept of quality an analysis template hasbeen enacted. This template has been used for our case study, but is also supposed towork in future analysis of tract housing areas.Interviews was carried out with the areas architects; Ola Nylander and Mattias Karlsson,as well as the client; Mikael Bengtsson. From these we have gathered their point of viewon the background of the area, as well as their view on the term quality for the dwellers.Our work has brought us to enact nine different quality aspects, which we considercreates quality for the dwellers:? The Non-measurable properties? The rooms relative connections? Sufficient and user-friendly property complements? The property complements connection to the apartment? Location of the apartment and connections to the environment? Opportunities of outdoor activities? Orientation and transportation within the area? The social unity? The cost of the apartment and its form of tenureFrom the case study, using the analysis template, we can state that Pumpkällehagen is avery successfully built area where most of our assessment criteria?s and quality aspectshave been fulfilled.

Access for disabled people in the outdoor environment is an important and accurate issue for landscape architects. The demands on public places are increasing and the aim is that everyone should be able to use the environment and be a part of the society. To enable this, landscape architects must put and extra effort to their design. This report shows examples from Uppsala Travel Centre where different ways of travelling meets in one place and many people pass on a daily basis. The area is newly built and should thereby represent modern solutions that enable access for disabled people.

Calf health is of importance both from a financial perspective and from an animal welfare point of view. Housing system and environment are factors affecting the calves? health. The objective of this project was to make a review of literature on calf health and housing and to perform an observational study on calf health at Nötcenter Viken, Research Dairy Farm, Lantmännen Sweden that changed calf housing system; from a traditional indoor system (Group IN) to outdoor hutches (Group OUT). It was only the housing system that was changed; the routines and feed were the same in both systems.
