Syftet med denna uppsats är att hitta en innovativ definition av begreppet interna kunder samt föreslå en implementeringsstrategi för en av den svenska matvarugrossisten ICAs lagerenheter. Vi har nått våra slutsatser genom kreativa studiebesök, interaktiva intervjuer, en innovativ workshop och litteraturstudier. Vi har utgått från leanfilosofin och teorier om kulturer, förtroende och kommunikation i organisationer. Inom samtliga områden har vi stött på kopplingar till inre och yttre effektivitet. Under intervjuerna upptäckte vi att ICA står inför vissa utmaningar när det gäller de anställdas förtroende, kommunikation och individualistiska tankesätt.

This study deals with one of the most discussed work environmental issues in the modern society of Sweden today - work related stress, its causes and how stress can affect people in their working situation. Our study is based on a questionnaire among aid handling officers in two municipalities of the middle of Sweden, and two interviews with their directors. We found that aid handling officers has a complex occupational role. We also found that the officers in these two municipalities experiences about the same level of stress.Further in the study, we will deal with whatever could be the cause of the stressful situation, using the demand/control model of Karasek and Theorell. The result shows that despite the similarity of the stress experience, the cause was shown to be different.

LKABs infrastrukturavdelning är en sekundärproduktion och en stödjande funktion till primärproduktionen vilket gör att avdelningen utför många olika aktiviteter och är svårstyrd. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera den formella och informella styrningen och dess styreffekter på LKABs infrastrukturavdelning med utgångspunkt i Simons Levers of Control Vid formell styrning såsom Simons levers of control, styrs företaget genom dokumenterade värderingar, gränser, interaktivt arbete och uppföljning. Informell styrning kan vara företagets kultur, ledarstilar, regler och normer som inte är dokumenterade utan informella. Både formell och informell styrning påverka en individs beteende det är därför viktigt att de som skapar formella styrsystem tar hänsyn till de informella faktorerna och att den informella styrningen är i linje med den formella styrningen och att det finns en balans mellan dessa på företaget för att nå önskade styreffekter. I denna studie har en kvalitativ forskningsmetod tillämpats med influenser av aktörssynsättet.

This thesis investigates the regulation of hybrid work environments by focusing on the implementation of rules by both management and employees. It examines the methods used to measure compliance and the consequences of non-compliance within organizations. The study also explores how flexibility in work arrangements and the balance between work and personal life affect employee well-being and productivity. Furthermore, it highlights the critical role of self-leadership in navigating the complexities of hybrid work, emphasizing how effective self-management can enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. We have adopted a qualitative research approach and interviewed employees, managers, and HR personnel with experience in hybrid work. The different perspectives are expected to provide insights into this area by including all levels within an organization It is evident that organizations that have clearly established rules and guidelines regarding hybrid work have achieved the best desired results.

This kind of censorship has the advantage of not being scrutinized by public eyes in the way that the work of institutionalized censorship agencies such as the Swedish Statens Biografbyrå was. It is not unlikely that expanded possibilities for punishing anyone who spreads copyrighted material will result in larger and larger areas that may not be accessed, as the avoiding of conflict and repressive actions will emphasize the behaviour to take detours around information that is deemed taboo and therefore suspicious and dangerous. Komplexitetsteori ger ett nytt synsätt på hälso- och sjukvårdens organisation, vilken beskrivs som ett komplext adaptivt system, vars ingående delar står i en inbördes relation till varandra och interagerar i dynamiska, icke linjära mönster. Detta synsätt kontrasterar mot det mer traditionella som ser sjukvården som en hierarkisk och linjär organisationsstruktur. Denna litteraturstudie har som syfte att beskriva hur omvårdnad kan påverkas av en organisationsstuktur präglad av teorin om komplexa adaptiva system. Elva artiklar granskades och analyserades, varvid fyra teman framträdde: ledarskap och medinflytande, samverkan, intellektuell mångfald och informationsflöde. Resultatet visar att omvårdnadsproblem uppmärksammades och åtgärdades snabbare på enheter som organiserats med fokus på medarbetarnas delaktighet och där ledarskapet främjat en hög grad av samverkan inom och mellan vårdens olika professioner samt verkat för ett klimat där alla medarbetare fritt kunde framföra och delge sina åsikter.

Den offentliga sektorn är en viktig arbetsplats och utgör en funktion i att stärka välfärden.För att verksamheterna ska fortsätta att utvecklas är det av största vikt att välfärdssektornarbetar för att stärka och utveckla ledarskapet. Vår uppfattning är att delar av de problemsom den offentliga sektorn idag kämpar med grundar sig i att den inte aktivt förvaltar ocharbetar med identiteten. Det är ett arbete som innebär att på ett effektivt sätt förhålla sigtill sina intressenter. Syfte med denna uppsats är att belysa komplexiteten i ledarskapet,utifrån valda teorier kring struktur, kultur, identitet och kommunikation vill vi vidareförsöka identifiera eventuella likheter och skillnader mellan olika verksamheter i enkommun som kan hjälpa till att beskriva komplexiteten. Vår förhoppning är att dettaperspektiv kan bli ett bidrag för ledarnas fortsatta arbete med utvecklingen av denoffentliga sektorn.
