Theft without break-ins has increased significantly in the last year of
swimming, sports and leisure facilities in Karlskrona, more precisely 60%.
Vandalism in the shape of graffiti is another common crime.
The solutions are divided into social and situational crime prevention. Social
crime prevention engage in actions that are based on social causes of crime
rather than the opposite situational crime prevention, which instead assumes
that discourage with the help of technical solutions and has as primary
objective to hinder accessibility for example theft friendly goods.
The main purpose of this work is to come up with solutions to prevent these
crimes, while also being cost-effective and realistic to implement. The work is
important in that it creates safety awareness and promotes a healthy safety
culture. Moreover, the future goal is to lower these statistics.
The goal of the work is in addition to developing our knowledge of crime
subject, was also to provide help and solutions for our clients.

Förmågan att kunna kommunicera är av yttersta vikt för att en organisation ska vara fungerande. Det är också nödvändigt för en organisation att kunna förändra sig för att förbli effektiv. Motivation är det som sätter tankar i handling och därför bör det vara en viktig aspekt när det kommer till internkommunikation i stora organisationer som genomgår förändringar. Uppsatsen baseras på en fallstudie av en organisationsförändring vid Karlstads universitet som genomfördes 1 januari 2013, där kvalitativa intervjuer använts som metod. Undersökningen gjordes under november och december 2012 då förändringsprocessen var i sitt slutskede.
Att implementera uppförandekoder ? Intern implementering av miljöriktlinjer i en organisation
In this bachelor thesis we have used a case study to examine the potential opportunities and obstacles an organization may have to internally implement a code of conduct with regard to the environmental guidelines. To succeed with the implementation of codes of conduct, companies need to ensure that what is provided to be implemented do this according to scheduled time targets, but also that is to be implemented in the organization actually is what is intended to be implemented, and that those that are involved in the implementation will be satisfied with result, this is because it is the employees who will follow the guidelines contained in the Code. Heide & Grönhaug (2002) argues that lack of communication is the main reason why the implementation in the business strategies fails. In this case study we have used primary data from interviews in the case company as well as secondary data from earlier research and information from the case company itself to develop our conclusions. The case study shows that the existing environmental awareness in an organization often is founded in common sense about how to act.

choose their brand even if the pharmacy employees recommend other brands.
H 3 Building brand equity through pharmacies can only be successful if the
company has built up a trust for their brand among the pharmacy employees.

Methodology: The research method that was chosen is a detective argumentation
that starts from theories and explain different parameters regarding the
subject I am concentration on. It is a case study where the companies branding
strategy towards pharmacies in Sweden is analyzed bys a mix of semi-structured
interviews, documentation analysis and a quantitative research .
Theoretical framework: The theoretical model that has been prepared gives me
the possibility to analyze different parameters regarding branding that are
important when building a brand in an new market.
Voluntary Redundancy - A tool for restructuring or a temporary pain reliever?
This thesis has two aims: The main purpose is to describe and illustrate how a large Ltd. company can use voluntary redundancy as a tool for restructuring. The additional purpose is to challenge the concept of voluntary redundancy trough outlining alternative ways of reaching the intended achievements of the voluntary redundancy programme. The theoretical framework that has been used primarily contains knowledge assets theories. The chosen theories are intellectual capital and knowledge management theory to approach and analyse the empirical findings.

To implement an ERP-system is not an easy process. The success of the implementation depend on many different variables. The most important one is perhaps the requirement process, to define what the organization wants and expects from the system. In this study, the advantages of a process mapping are examined, in relation to the phase where the requirements are expressed in an ERP-implementation. The conclusion is that a process mapping generates an increased communication with the supplier of the ERP-system, hence the business knows their processes and thereby what they want from the system.
Cultural influences on perceived information structures and assortment varieties - a comparative study of Middle Eastern and Swedish consumers
The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare how and why consumers of different ethnic backgrounds value and prioritize product attributes among food in certain ways. We expected to find culturally bound attitude differences and our aim was to relate those to, and challenge, present knowledge of information structures. Consequently, we also aimed to use this new knowledge of attribute attitudes in connection to assortment variety theory, as attributes constitute important motives to how consumers perceive variety. A theoretical framework was constructed to suit our purpose and function as an analytical tool, consisting of Culture perspectives, Information structures (product attributes), and Assortment variety. In this thesis we focused on attitudes and consumer perspectives and excluded actual behaviour and the retailing perspective.
Informationskompetens i Tyskland och Sverige : En jämförande studie av användarundervisningen vid två högskolebibliotek
This master?s thesis studies library teaching at two university libraries, Freie Universität Berlin in Germany and Södertörn University in Sweden. The aim of this paper is to study views on information literacy, how these views affect teaching practice, and how the teaching of information literacy is connected to, on the one hand, German and Swedish learning culture and, on the other, the local community of practice at the studied university libraries. The theories applied in this paper are learning culture and community of practice as developed in the works of Judith Ricken and Etienne Wenger. The methods that have been used are qualitative, semi-structured interviews that were conducted at both university libraries.It was observed that the teaching practices were highly connected to learning cultures.

A method as proceed from such a perspective and should be able to match a local child- and educations administration is problembased school development. To investigate in which ways a child- and educations administration prosecute a problem based learning inside the organization a case study was used as research strategy. The question this report gives answer to is:In what/which way works a child- and educations administration in a rural district with a method to fulfil a problembased learning.To collect empiric data a canvassing inquiry was accomplished among the child- and educations administrations group of management. According to the research result it can declares that there are good conditions for the organization to prosecute problem based school development, but there is yet a great deal to do before it´s can be said totally fulfilled.

Identitet under konstruktion : En studie om hur några gymnasieelever med syriansk kulturell bakgrund upplever sin identitet
The key purpose of this research has been to study and understand how young people with Syriac ethnicity experience their identity, when living in two different cultures. The Syriac minority is something of a special case when it concerns establishing the identity of an individual, since syriac´s do not have an official country.To be able to do this research an interview has been done with four young students with syriac ethnicity. The four of them is attending their final year at ?gymnasiet? in Sweden which is equivalent to USA?s senior year in high school.The multicultural school is today a fact and many immigrants attending the Swedish schools today feels misplaced when they meet the Swedish culture through fellow students and society. A clash between cultures occurs and most of the students, with non-Swedish ethnicity, live some kind of dual life.

Tid förändring i hälso- och sjukvården : En uppsats om designtänkande som metod för förändring
Bakgrund: Den svenska hälso- och sjukvården står idag inför en mängd problem som kommer att förvärras i framtiden. Ökande kostnader, bristande tillgänglighet och växande förväntningar från medborgarna är några av problemen som måste lösas. För att möta dessa problem måste den svenska hälso- och sjukvården förändra sig, något som de historiskt har haft svårigheter med. I andra länder har man använt sig av designtänkande för att förändra sig, med goda resultat. Problem: Vilka faktorer är viktiga för att man ska kunna lösa upp det organisatoriska motståndet mot förändring inom den svenska hälso- och sjukvården? Syfte: Syftet med denna undersökning är att analysera och utvärdera designtänkande som hjälpmedel för förändring av hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisationen. Metod: Undersökningen är kvalitativ och består av en jämförelse mellan förändringsarbeten som genomförts med respektive utan designtänkande. Teorier: Professionsbyråkrati, dominerande idéer och företagets kultur, förändringsanalys, designtänkande och värdestjärnan. Empiri: 17 kvalitativa intervjuer med anställda vid tre sjukhus (Karolinska sjukhuset, S:t Görans sjukhus AB och Mälarsjukhuset) samt tre intervjuer med industridesigners som har genomfört förändringsarbete inom sjukvården. Analys: Analysen är uppdelad i två delar.
