Every Organization goes through the same lifecycle. Through every step in the transformation to a better Organization the communication structure changes. In this report there are examples of the communicational disadvantages that is connected to the communicational structure.By choosing to not have a formal communicational design, the manager takes a risk in spreading the information, the interaction, the control and the balance in creativity and constraint. This case Organizations problem is that some parts of the Organization has made more progress in the communicational structure than other parts. In this case the Collectivity structure has met the Formalized structure.Tha structural differences has came to affect the way of sharing information and it has become a situation where the information about the products is not stored in a safe way from a quality point of view. There is a gap between the two different ways of communicate. In this report I have created a model to identify problems in the communication structure.
Grundvärdens betydelse för anställdas commitment - En komparativ fallstudie mellan en vinstdrivande organisation och en icke-vinstdrivande organisation
The need to attract and retain individuals who add value to the Organization constitutes an increasing challenge facing human resource professionals. In this context it is essential to establish stronger links between the individuals and the Organization they work for. The aim of this study is to explore and discuss the role of ethical core values such as trust, respect, fairness, and honesty as a critical antecedent to employee commitment. From the perspective of employees, a comparative case study is conducted in two Organizations with two different reasons to exist - a profit Organization and a non-profit Organization. The study concludes that Organizations should have a high focus on people's core values when they recruit new employees as well as for educating and training their existing employees and managers.
Analys av ett företags internkommunikation med hjälp av CSM
ternal communication in an Organization by using CSM Communication Situations Model [18[upps-01.gif The topic of this master thesis is internal Organizational communication and factors influencing the way people in an Organization communicate with each other. The purpose of the study is to, by using a specific model called Communication Systems/Situations Model CSM, identify the social context of a given Organization and examine how it relates to the dimensions of communicational behaviour which are presented in CSM. We would also like to see how the different parts of CSM affects the choice of communication channels. The thesis is based on interviews with eight employees in the specific Organization, whom we have asked a number of questions regarding how they communicate with each other and through which channels. The results show that the social context is very informal within the Organization and the relationships between the employees are very open and personal.
Förändringens Vingslag

The authors pay specific attention to three activities; changes in personnel and Organization structure, handling of media and change in customer focus. It is shown that the CEO was able to influence the company?s activities and this discretion was primarily created through her relational capacity.

Mitt och Ditt Sverige : Att vara invandrare i Samhall
The theme of this bachelor thesis in sociology has been developed through the perspective of ?grounded theory?, where the writers starting point touched the subject of integration in the Organization Samhall in Sweden, an Organization that hires disabled individuals that do not have enough working abilities to be hired any place else. From there, the methodology moved into a qualitative research through interviews with first generation immigrants hired at Samhall, where the result presented clear patterns of integration problems such as identification with an Organization that does not have a normal way of working, the feelings of security which led to an unwillingness to leave the Organization (which actually is the main goal of Samhall) and the stigmatized presumptions of the Organization as such that makes it even harder to get a regular job on the open work market. These patterns were then put together with theories of stigma, cultural sociology and Organizational identification, which three were the theoretical framework of this thesis. This study has contributed with an enlightenment of how it is to be an immigrant in a state governed Organization and the consequences that follow when integrating an immigrant in a work disabled working environment. .
Styrning mot förändring: En fallstudie rörande organisatorisk förändring i offentlig sektor
This paper examines and analyzes effects of the introduction of a new management control system tool within a Swedish public health Organization, the Södra Älvsborg hospital, and its possible effect on Organizational change. The new management control system tool, known as the SÄS-model, has been widely criticized for being too costly and with too small positive effects to be shown. Our approach has with that as a background been to examine whether the implementation of the SÄS-model and its balanced scorecard has been able to result in effects regarding Organizational change. We have through a case study aimed to analyze how a management control system, much alike one that is typically used within foremost private Organizations, can promote Organizational change. Our results suggest that the implementation of the SÄS-model and the balanced scorecard has given the Organization clearer visions and goals.
Organisation på ridskola
Organizations are about people in interaction. Human itself is complex, and the complexity increases when people are grouped. When creating groups there is a need for a structure, an order between the people in the group. Companies have an Organization - riding school is also a company and should have an Organization. Many studies have been done related to the riding school but there is no documentation about Organizations at riding schools, and a research is needed.
The aim of the study was to clarify if riding schools in Sweden has a well considered Organization.
Svenska FN- förbundet - En jämställd organisation? : En studie om jämställdheten inom en frivilligorganisation i Sverige
UN is a non-governmental Organization which should promote gender equality within the Organization. It is an Organization which is based on human rights and claims that in order to solve the problem of poverty, famine and development we need to promote women?s status. In Sweden there is a strong tradition of gender balanced representation at the governmental level and this perspective raise the question if there is a spill-over effect to the civil society as in the case of a non-governmental Organization. This makes it interesting to look at if a non-governmental Organization which is not under state control work for gender equality within their own Organization.
Effektivt eller modernt utvecklingssamarbete? En organisationsteoretisk analys av 1990-talets svenska biståndsorganisation
The focus of this essay is Swedish bilateral development aid. With the help of Organization theory I analyse the development aid strategies and policies of the 1990s, in order to examine how and why they were introduced. I investigate three different types of aid Organization, namely structural adjustment programmes, political conditionality tied to aid co-operation, and equality policy as part of development co-operation. I analyze the introduction and subsequent use of these three co-operation forms to see whether they were applied and adopted into Swedish development aid because more efficient measures were required or because they were the most recent and modern ways of dealing with development co-operation.Organization theory presents these two ways of analyzing Organization. They are occasionally competing and sometimes complementing each other in explaining Organization.
Förändring av styrning i en ideell organisation : Hyresgästföreningen
In non-profit Organizations, surplus of the Organization goes back to the Organization's members. We have noted that Hyresgästföreningen initiated a change in 2005 when the Organization merged its local membership registries to a national registry. There are few studies explaining how non-profit Organizations are using management in an Organizational change. What happens with the business management at an Organizational change that is similar to the change in Hyresgästföreningen? The aim of this thesis is to explore how the governance of a nonprofit Organization is changing at an Organizational change.
Informationsflöden inom mobila-stationära organisationer
A good flow of information in Organizations is one of the key aspects of how we define a well-functioning Organization. The information flow could be internal as well as external between actors within as well as outside of the Organization. In a logistics Organization this flow of information is equally important as in any other kind of Organization. In this paper we have explored information flows in logistics Organizations by applying, boundary spanning and the mobile-stationary divide perspective. In boundary spanning the main goal is to erase or relocate some of the boundaries within an Organization, in our case to make the flow of information internally as well as externally better.
