Elevdokumentationen i skolan är omfattande, bland annat genom att individuella utvecklingsplaner för skolans samtliga elever skrivs och för elever i behov av särskilt stöd ska ett åtgärdsprogram upprättas. I denna studie problematiseras texter i åtgärdsprogram.Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka och få en fördjupad förståelse av hur beteenderelaterade problem beskrivs i form av texter i åtgärdsprogram för flickor respektive pojkar och vilka pedagogiska åtgärder som föreslås på de olika nivåerna Organisations-, grupp- och individnivå.För att undersöka fältet används den kvalitativa metoden och textanalys som metodansats. I studien ingår 18 åtgärdsprogram för årskurs 6-9 i tre olika kommuner vid tre kommunala skolor.Studiens resultat visar att det teoretiska perspektiv som dominerar inom problembeskrivningarna är det kategoriska, där individen ses som bärare av problemen. Något som även tidigare forskning har visat. De pedagogiska åtgärder som föreslås i åtgärdsprogrammen beskrivs i huvudsak på individnivå, även detta ligger i linje med andra studiers resultat.

I snart 60 år har vi haft fria måltider i Sverige och de har präglat vår syn på måltiden och maten.Skolmåltiderna har blivit normgivande för hur mat ska smaka.Mitt syfte med rapporten har varit att systematiskt studera skolmåltidsverksamheten på tvåskolor, ge förslag till Organisations-förändringar och utarbeta strategier för att förbättra skolmåltidsverksam-heten i Helsingborg..

Flygbolag måste idag följa en mängd olika lagar och regler för att få bedriva sin verksamhet. Samtidigt är de verksamma i en väldigt dynamisk bransch där efterfrågan kan variera kraftigt beroende på händelser utanför företagets kontroll. De måste därmed både ha en stabil organisation samt en förmåga att förändra sig för att kunna vara konkurrenskraftiga. Organisations-strukturer beskrivs ofta som mer eller mindre stabila respektive flexibla. Uppfattningen är dock att en högre flexibilitet medför ett avkall på stabiliteten.

En teknik som fått fler och fler anhängare tack vare Internets utbredning är interaktiva meddelanden, eller direktmeddelande som det också kallas, som tillåter två användare att skapa ett privat chattfönster i vilket de kan kommunicera. På senare tid har även företagsvärlden uppmärksammat den här typen av programvaror. I denna uppsats har vi undersökt hur användare uppfattar kommunikation med direktmeddelanden och vad det används till inom en organisations väggar. Studien visar på vilka typer av meddelanden som användarna föredrar att skicka via mediet och på vilket sätt införandet av tekniken har påverkat det dagliga arbetet..

De flesta metoder, verktyg och arbetssätt som används vid traditionell projektledning har använts under en lång tid trots att de yttre förutsätt-ningarna har förändrats. Systemutvecklingsbranschen upplevde de traditionella metoderna att driva projekt som oerhört statiska och tröga, därför utvecklades mer lättrörliga metoder som kom att kallas agila systemutvecklingsmetoder. Fram till år 2007 fanns inte en strukturerad process för hur valet och implementeringen av en agil systemutveckl-ingsmetod bör gå till. Det finns idag några ramverk som beskriver hur val och implementering av en agil metod kan bedrivas. Inget av dessa ramverk tar dock i beaktande eller utgår ifrån en organisations strategi eller vikten av strategisk passform.

This essay examines the differences between the mediation practices concering youth crime in the swedish cities of Kalmar and Växjö. The analysis are made with the use of quality interviews which we have linked together with the three theories of Social Control Theory, Restorative Justice and Transformative Mediation. There after we have compared the results with one and another. Results show that there both similarities and differences, both in the theoretical aspects and in the organisations, for example the coopiration with the prosecutors and the police..

The market of fruit and vegetables develops continuously to become tougher and more complex. The fast development makes it difficult to keep up with all the changes. This is the case for apples and tomatoes. The purpose of this work is to explain what the trade routes are like for Swedish imports as well as the Swedish production of tomatoes and apples, both in the present and the past times. There is also an ambition to create comprehension of the trade routes.

This project is a collaboration with Ett Klick för Skogen, a foundation that buys and preserves endangered forests in Sweden. There are several ways of helping the foundation, e.g. buy a tree and for this the buyer obtains a symbolic diploma. Many organisations uses this method to collect money and for me the lack of a thorough expressions are consistent. The objective with this project has been to renew these diplomas for Ett Klick för Skogen and in the long run increase the collections and preservation of endangered forests in Sweden.The idea has been to vivify hardwood trees in a new and rather poetic than pedagogic manner.

The political and civil unrest during the last years of the First World War had a profound impact on the political life in many European countries. Academic research on the Swedish Social Democratic Party and the development of the parliamentary system during these years, often focus on the civil unrest and the mobilization of the labour movement during the spring of 1917, and the impact on Swedish politics of the Russian and German revolutions.This study is an examination of the relation between the Swedish labour movement and the Finnish Civil War of 1918. The general aim of the study is to examine how different levels and organisations of the labour movement acted in regards to the situation in Finland, and how these different levels and organisations interacted with one another. A second aim of this examination is to better understand during what kind of processes of the Swedish labour movement?s history that the Finnish Civil War occurred, and how it affected them.The conclusion of the study is that the there was a disparity between the leadership of the Social Democratic Party (SAP), which at the time was part of the Swedish government together with the liberal party, and the grassroots of the labour movement, organized in trade unions, and in the local organizations of the SAP and the Social Democratic Left Party (SSV).

IT exist and are needed in larger organisations today, this creates possibilities for new applications. It has become more frequent with IT within HRM which has developed new concepts like e-HRM and HRIS which links IT and HRM together. We have through qualitative content analysis of interviews investigated how IT-tools affect HR-workmanship. The purpose is to create a basis for describing how employees experience their work with HR within a PA-system. The basis of the PA-system will then answer if it contributes or limits the employees and their activities.

In this paper discourse analysis on the Ethiopian National Action Program (NAP) to combat desertification is made. The aim is to describe how the overall image/picture of desertification, its causes, and effects and of possible solutions are presented in the NAP. The result of this analysis shows that the main cause of desertification is human activities mainly due to the poorly developed socio-economic situation in the dryland areas. It is indicated that an excessive dependency of the rural population on the natural resources, particularly land, is the major cause of land degradation and this deterioration of land is said to have been caused by the rapid population growth, overgrazing, forest clearing as well as past government and institutional failures. In addition it is indicated that the effect of desertification usually involves ecological changes that sap land of its ability to sustain agriculture and human habitation, therefore the most serious threat to human welfare.

Syftet med studien är att identifiera förbättringsområden inom en organisations verksamhet som ska prioriteras. Ett förbättringsområde ska vidareutvecklas som ett projekt.
