Studiens syfte är att studera hur ungdomar som genomgått Multisystemisk Terapi, MST, upplever denna behandling. Författarna avser således ge en bild av och få en djupare förståelse av deras tankar kring denna behandlingsform. MST är en öppenvårdsbehandling som vänder sig till antisociala ungdomar och deras familjer. Det har visat sig att institutionsplacering av ungdomar många gånger inte leder till önskvärda resultat. Metoden, som grundar sig på systemteori och socialekologiska teorier, utvecklades som ett alternativ till dessa ofta kostsamma placeringar.

Standardsystem är något som är mycket vanligt hos företag idag. Det är många som implementerar sådana system för att effektivisera sin verksamhet. När verksamheten hos ett företag förändras eller om verksamheten skiljer sig något från andra uppstår vissa problem med standarder i system. I det läget kan det bli nödvändigt att vidareutveckla ett standardsystem för att det ska passa just det företagets verksamhet. Vidareutveckling kan till exempel ske i form av anpassningar eller i form av förvaltning.

Fenomenet nedladdning har blivit allt mer uppmärksammat, speciellt då det planeras en lagförändring i juni i år, vilket innebär att nedladdning av upphovsrättsskyddat material blir olagligt. Allt fler använder sig av fildelningsapplikationer för att skaffa musik och vi frågar oss varför detta beteende har blivit så utbrett och accepterat? Vad driver människoratt ladda ner även om de vet att det moralisk fel? Beror det endast på ekonomiska faktorer eller är för att folk har blivit lata? Vårt syfte med uppsatsen var att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar nedladdningen av upphovsrättsskyddad musik från Internet via fildelningsapplikationer.Vi valde att avgränsa oss mot nedladdning av musikfiler och endast undersöka den svenska marknaden. Undersökningen utfördes på studenter från Ekonomihögskolan i Lund. Vårt arbete började med att vi genomförde en litteratursökning för att se vad som var skrivet om ämnet.

Syftet med denna scoping review ?r att sammanst?lla och kartl?gga befintlig forskning om unga personer i eller p? v?g in i g?ngkriminalitet, med fokus p? vilka risk- och skyddsfaktorer som identifieras i litteraturen. Studien syftar ocks? till att unders?ka hur dessa faktorer beskrivs i relation till socialt arbete och f?rebyggande insatser.

According to the national legislation concerning discrimination within labour law, it is prohibited to discriminate on the grounds of sex, ethnic belonging, religion or other religious belief, functional disability, sexual nature and part-time work or time-limited employment. The EC-law goes further and also prohibits discrimination on the ground of age. According to an EC-directive the member states must incorporate a national provision against age discrimination by the 2nd of December 2006 and the Swedish legislator is now in the progress to implement this into Swedish law.Even though national legislation does not contain any provision on the area, the EC-law directive has a certain influence at national law. Measures that are in breach of the purpose of the directive can for example not be taken. When the time for implementation has expired, the directive has direct effect and can be referred to within the member states.

As IT service departments in organisations are becoming more complex and customised, the indirect costs are increasing in relation to the total costs. The difficulty of fully estimating and identifying the spread of the cost in the IT service department is increasing. As a result, firms tend to budget the business unit as a total cost rather than as a spread of defined costs. In order to deal with this challenge an ABC calculation will be applied. The Time Driven ABC model will be conducted in OMX´s Servicedesk unit within the IT services.

The aim of this study is to from a gender perspective to examine whether spa is a place for both genders or it is focused on female spa visitors only. Also to study the organisation`s point of view of gender performances within spa tourism as well as to see spa organizations views on gender distribution.To be able to answer the questions, the qualitative method was used in our research. The method is relevant to our study since we sought to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon. During the data collection we have used previous researchs and qualitative interviews. Overall we had conducted four interviews, one of which was the personal interview, two were made by email and one by phone call.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how four decision makers at a University College and a library director at the same University College perceive the profile, image and identity of their library. This University College library is used as our main example. We have evaluated the main example in relation to two other University College libraries, in order to obtain a deeper understanding of how these library directors view their own libraries and to attain a more multi-dimensional view of the main example of our study. Our intention is to analyse the current situation, not the past nor the future. Qualitative semi-structured interviews with decision makers and library directors have been conducted.

The aim of my study is to look at two specific schools and their work with Internet in the classroom and compare their work to what experts say about how you should educate. The study focuses on how teachers guide the students to be critical to the information they encounter on the internet. What do the experts say? How should the teachers work with Internet in the classroom? What do the teachers say about their work with Internet? What do the teachers say regarding children and the Internet?  To answer these questions I have interviewed two teachers from different schools, which had classes with children 6 to 8 years old. The schools are very different from each other concerning investment on Internet devices in the classroom.

Speciallärarprogrammet inriktning matematik 90 hp, Skolutvecklning och ledarskap, Lärande och samhälle, Malmö högskola Problemområde Sveriges elevers låga resultat gällande matematik i internationella och nationella undersökningar är oroande. Utifrån detta konstaterande har regeringen genomfört flera förändringar, en ökad timplan vilket innebär fler lektionstimmar för varje elev, fortbildningsinsatser i matematikämnet, förändringar i kraven på lärarutbildningarna samt bonusar till studenter som väljer att utbilda sig till matematiklärare. Vi vill i vårt arbete försöka följa och synliggöra hur de direktiv kring den förändrade timplanen som regeringen tagit fram verkställs och får genomslag ute i skolan.

Therefore this thesis will look at two different situations, the Structural Funds and the establishment of Ikea in Norrbotten, to try to find out if and how these two situations affect the intention among potential entrepreneurs to engage in entrepreneurial behaviour. Method: A qualitative method is used, since this thesis aims at getting an understanding of a specific phenomena; the intention to entrepreneurial behaviour.

Abstract Kristensson, Carina och Klintbo, Eva (2014) Handledning ur ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv, En studie av sex specialpedagogers syn på handledning i förskolan (Tutoring from a Special Educational Perspective). Specialpedagogprogrammet, Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Lärande och samhälle, Malmö Högskola Bakgrund Vi upplever att specialpedagogisk handledning är något som pedagoger i förskolan allt oftare efterlyser och att det är ett av våra främsta verktyg som specialpedagoger för att ta till vara och utveckla kompetens i förskolan. Däremot upplever vi att det inte finns någon tydlig beskrivning av specialpedagogens handledningsuppdrag i förskolan eller så mycket forskning kring detta ämne. Därför är det angeläget för oss som blivande specialpedagoger och handledare att bidra med ytterligare perspektiv kring detta uppdrag och därmed ett förtydligande av handledarrollen, handledningens syfte och på vilket sätt handledningen kan bidra med verksamhets- och kompetensutveckling. Genom att göra detta tänker vi att fler specialpedagoger och skolledare ser handledningen som ett verktyg för ökad måluppfyllelse i arbetet med att möta alla barn i förskolan.

In many European countries there is an increasing concern about the occasionally high concentrations of nitrate and pesticides in drinking water. The advent of the EU Water Framework Directive particularly highlights this. The directive states that all large drinking water sources should be identified and protected from pollution before 2009 and that by 2015 all water bodies should reach a 'good status'. In Sweden about 60 percent of the drinking water sources have protection areas. This means that about 700 new water protection areas need to be designated before 2009. This will affect many farmers, restricting their farming practices. The purpose of this study was to investigate which methods are used in other countries concerning nitrate and pesticide pollution from agriculture. From this, the expectation was to generate ideas on what could be undertaken in Sweden when designating new protection areas.

Uppsatsens syfte är att, utifrån intervjuer med familjebehandlare inom två verksamheter, skapa en djupare förståelse för familjesamtalets komplexitet och de praktiska redskap som skapar framgång i samtalet. Uppsatsen är skriven utifrån kvalitativ metod, med ett explorativt och induktivt tillvägagångssätt. I den undersöks praktiska framgångsverktyg i familjesamtal som utgår från familjebehandlares erfarenheter.Följande frågeställningar i studien har jag besvarat:? Vad innebär ett konstruktivt familjesamtal och vad krävs för att skapa det?? Hur kan en behandlare föra processen vidare i ett samtal som kört fast?? Hur skapas och utvecklas ett samtalsklimat, där man kan prata om det ?svåra? med familjen, utan att för den skull kränka eller överskrida deras personliga gränser?I uppsatsen får läsaren följa ett familjesamtal genom dess olika faser, med hjälp av informanternas berättelser i text och i fyrtioåtta utvalda citat. Beskrivningen av familjesamtalet är uppbyggt av, vad informanter beskrivit som, återkommande teman i familjebehandling.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine women's shelter representatives' views on domestic violence in same-sex relationships between women. The questions we posed were how women's shelter representatives relate to same-sex domestic violence, both from a theoretical and practical perspective, as well as if they are, or feel they should be, inclusive of women who are victims of same-sex domestic violence.We conducted a qualitative study, in which we interviewed eight women's shelter representatives. We then compared and linked our findings with previous research, including studies on the occurrence of same-sex violence, and ideas of similarity and differences between men's violence against women and same-sex domestic violence. We also linked our findings to theories on heteronormativity and structural theories surrounding same-sex domestic violence.We found that the competence and knowledge of women's shelter representatives varies greatly from individual to individual. Heteronormativity permeates the organisations to a great extent, from exclusive marketing and initial reception to a lack of interest regarding these issues.
