Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the attitudes towards the labour movement?s strategies, goals and organisational issues in Swedish Miners? Union?s (Gruvindustriarbetareförbundet, hereafter Gruv) paper, Gruvarbetaren 1917-1925.The theoretical starting point is Engels? view on the class state. This perspective turns the question of socialism and the way to get there into an issue of working class power over the state. Another theoretical perspective is the partition of the labour movement into a trade-unionistic branch, seeing unions as financial organisations of interest, and a pro-state one, considering unions as political organisations.During the period investigated Gruvarbetaren was quite radical and advocated a firm class struggle strategy towards employers. Since these were considered unreliable, class struggle was seen as the only way to better the conditions for the working class.

Examensarbetet handlar om hur eleverna upplever igenkännandet av sin egen kultur i skolan och vad pedagogerna gör för att eleverna ska känna igen sig. Barngruppen består av barn från åldrarna sju år upp till fjorton år från olika skolor och kulturer i Malmö stad. Pedagogerna kommer också från olika kulturer och från olika skolor och delar av Malmö. En intervju med en biträdande rektor i Malmö som aktivt arbetat med kultur i flera år och information om brobyggare projektet och om en brobyggare i Malmö. Syftet med examensarbetet är att ta reda på elevernas upplevelser och erfarenheter av igenkännandet av sin kultur i skolan och vad pedagogerna gör för att nå målen i Lpo 94 gällande kultur.

ABSTRACT Poverty, and in particular child poverty, is a serious social problem. Statistics show that the number of children living in poverty has increased over the last ten years. Earlier research shows that there are huge gaps in our knowledge of how the actors in civil society handle child poverty. With this study we hope to help fill this gap. The aim of our study is to look at how four different organisations working in the civil society in Uppsala perceive and handle child poverty.

Examensarbetets syfte är att undersöka vad Kultur på recept för långtidssjukskrivna personer kan betyda för individen och samhället, samt vilken kultursyn som genomsyrar projektidén. Frågeställningarna diskuteras via två kanaler: ljud och akademisk text. Ljudproduktionen, som bör lyssnas på innan uppsatsen läses, är nyfiket undrande medan den akademiska uppsatsen är mer kritiskt analyserande. De båda är lika ?sanningsbärande? trots att de ska förmedla olika känslor, insikter och frågor hos mottagaren.

Tidigare forskning har visat att kultur kan bidra till och även främja hälsa (Clift, 2012). Norrbottens läns landsting har som mål att stärka norrbottningarnas hälsa med hjälp av kultur. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att genom intervjuer studera chefers uppfattningar om betydelsen av samt förutsättningarna för kultur i vården på hälsocentralerna i Luleå och Bodensamt hur informationsmaterialet Kulturhälsoboxen har tagits emot. Kulturhälsoboxen har skickats ut till alla hälsocentraler i Sverige, men ingen uppföljning har gjorts. Frågeställningarna rörde vilka möjligheter och hinder, som chefer känner inför ett införande av kultur i vården.

Syftet med denna studie var att öka förståelsen för hedersproblematik inom ramen för socialt arbete samt hur problemet kan begripas av professionella som kan komma att stöta på hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck i sitt yrke. Studien baserade sig på en kvalitativ metod, en kunskapsöversikt som hade en hermeneutisk ansats för att försöka ökan kunskapen för hedersproblematik. Med 11 primärdokument urskiljde vi tre teman; kvinnans underordnade ställning, kultur och generation, lojalitet och makt. Resultaten visade att det finns olika sätt att förklara hedersrelaterat våld och mord, men vi fann överensstämmelser; att flickans oskuld måste vara icke ifrågasatt, om bara så ett rykte om motsatsen förekom fanns det en direkt fara för hennes liv. Kultur var en omdiskuterad förklaring till fenomenet, där resultaten visade att de kulturella normerna och synsätten var olika i en kultur där det praktiserades heder i jämförelse med en kultur utan.
