Syfte: Syftet med studien a?r att analysera yngre vuxna i Stockholms sparbeteende info?r inträdelsen på bostadsmarknaden utifrån livscykelhyoptesen.Teori: Den främsta teoritillämpningen fo?r studien är livscykelhypotes om människans generella och rationella sparbeteende. Även Maslows behovshierarki behandlas då den angriper det social- psykologiska perspektivet angående behovet av att ha en bostad och Behavioral Finance angriper andra yttre faktorer som kan påverka huruvida en ma?nniska sparar eller inte.Metod: Studiens metodansats besta?r av en metodkombination, detta innefattar en enka?tunderso?kning med svarsalternativ som skedde inom Stockholmsomra?det. Det innefattar a?ven tre intervjuer med etablerade experter inom studiens omra?de.

From embankment dams is something that has long been noticed and given rise to different questions. The most serious question is if the sludge is a result of inner erosion through the dam, and thus consists of material transported from the dam. Concerns have also been raised whether the sludge could interfere with the systems drainage capacity and thereby lead to high pore pressure in the dam, or if the measurement of seepage is disturbed, as the measuring is usually made via Thomson weirs, which could risk being blocked. The result of this investigation shows that the sludge is a result of the oxidation of iron by iron bacteria, and to the greater part consists of these oxides as well as the bacteria?s own structures. The iron oxidizing bacteria, FeOB, oxides ferrous iron to ferric as a part of their metabolism, and thereby create large quantities of iron(oxy)hydroxides.

Starting point to this Paper is the idea and wish to adapt the society and its different activities to a recycle society. A building area in Göteborg is planned and investigated for such adaptation. In the district named Skogaberg, about 130 households totally are planned from what 20 are blocks of flats. The idea with this project is to constitute an alternative sewage system, a Blackwater system, were the fractions of most nutrients and least pollution are separated, taken care of and utilised. The aim is to get a market and use the nutrients of the organic waste from the household in agriculture use.

I detta arbete studeras hur en systemombyggnad i kulturbyggnader kan gå till med avseende påinstallationerna. I Sverige finns det idag totalt ca 4,7 miljoner byggnader av vilka ca 235 000-280 000bör genomgå kulturbevarande byggnadsvårdsinsatser. Vid ombyggnad av ventilationen i enkulturbyggnad är det viktigt att man, samtidigt som man får en ändamålsenlig och energisnål lösning,tar hänsyn till byggnadens karaktär och förutsättningar så att den kulturhistoriskt värdefulla miljönbevaras.I detta arbete studeras tre olika kulturhistoriskt värdefulla byggnader som genomgått renovering avventilationssystemet under de senaste tio åren. Byggnaderna är Skridskopaviljongen, Dekanhusetoch Södra Bancohuset, som alla förvaltas av Statens fastighetsverk (SFV). Efter samtal, studier ochundersökningar om de tre byggnaderna visar det sig att det är viktigt att i början av ensystemombyggnad i en kulturbyggnad, först läsa in sig på byggnaden samt ställa sig frågorna: vad skabyggnaden användas till, vilken verksamhet passar här, vilket systemval kommer att passa brukarenbäst mm.

This C-level thesis deals with Russian tourism in Sweden and explains what measures are being used in Sweden in order to attract Russian tourists. Since a high number of companies and organizations are actively involved in developing Russian tourism to Sweden, we have decided to focus primarily on the most active Swedish and Russian companies within the industry. Therefore several big and well-established companies, often located in the largest cities of Russia and Sweden i.e. Stockholm, Moscow and St Petersburg, have been the subject of our analysis.Chapter ?Bakgrund? presents numerous facts and information about the nature and scale of the Russian tourist market today and in the nearest future.

Buildings worldwide account for 40 % of the total energy use. Climate change is of increasing importance, but few are willing to reduce their standard of living or get a higher cost for the change. Energy efficiency of existing buildings gives the greatest benefit economically and environmentally. The real estate company Klövern AB manages 46 properties in Karlstad. Heating is the major cost of the total operating costs of real estate. Rising energy prices increase the need for Klövern AB to improve energy efficiency and to investigate alternative sources of heat.

Abstract This degree project examines how much carbon dioxide that emits during the construction phase of a road project. This is to make it possible to compare how the amount of carbon dioxide differentiates between traditional road construction and Swepave construction, which is PEAB?s alternative way to design roads. To make the comparison a calculation tool has been produced. To compare the amount of carbon dioxide emissions a reference project was needed.

Klädindustrin har förändrats betydligt de senaste 30 åren. Detta har lett till nya affärsmodeller som bygger på trendigt, billigt och snabbt mode. Dessa affärskoncept benämns fast fashion och i Sverige finns kedjeföretagen H & M, Lindex och Gina Tricot för att nämna några. Konceptet uppmanar konsumenter till att ständigt konsumera kläder som därmed stimulerar konsumenternas behov av att bära det senaste modet till ett rimligt pris. Detta beteende får i längden konsekvenser för miljön vilket leder till att media och samhällsaktörer ifrågasätter dessa affärsmodeller.

Until 2020, 49% of Sweden's use of energy must derive from renewable sources. Greenhouse gases must as well decline with 40% compared to 1990 as a part of Sweden's 16 environmental objectives. Biogas is part of the effort to achieve these objectives, but as the demand for biogas increases, more substrates are needed to meet the demand. The purpose is to investigate the conditions for pea residue as substrate by performing lab-scale mesophilic digestion with different fractions and notch lengths and then to summarize pea residue as a substrate for biogas production. During anaerobic digestion, 1000 ml bottles were used as reactors for digestion.

Grönt byggande ligger i tiden och är en av framtidens nyckelfaktorer för konkurrenskraft och samhällsansvar i byggindustrin. För att lyckas ser dock vi en avgörande betydelse i att grönt förankras i hela organisationen samt att en grundläggande förståelse skapas. För att bättre nå ut hela vägen till organisationen anser vi att implementering spelar en betydande roll.I vårt examensarbete har vi valt att analysera de problemområden som vi stött på inom grönt byggande, för att därefter bryta ned dessa till mer konkreta nyckel- och framgångsfaktorer. Med denna studie hoppas vi kunna bidra med en förståelse för hur Skanska, Region Hus Stockholm Bostäder ska arbeta vidare för att lyckas implementera grönt byggande samt nå företagets mål inom området. Frågan vi inledningsvis ställde oss var:Finns det idag några generella framgångsfaktorer som kan generera förslag till handling för att lyckas med strategiimplementering?Hur ska Skanska arbeta för att lyckas förmedla, engagera och implementera grönt byggande inom Regionen Hus Stockholm Bostäder, från ledning till projekt?Vi har angripit frågan genom att på regionen empiriskt studera nuläget inom grönt byggande.

Blast furnace is the heart of every steel plant. Steel production is based on the blast furnace process, as it is where the iron is extracted from the iron ore and turned into liquid iron, which will subsequently be used to make liquid steel. Therefore, without hot iron, steel can not be produced. Blast furnaces in this process are supplied among others with pulverized coal. Raw coal should be prepared for the blast furnaces in the form of fine coal powder.

Diversity of ground beetles (Col: Carabidae) in managed riparian grasslands. The carabid community in moist seminatural grasslands was studied at three different sites in mid-Sweden. Pitfall trapping was carried out during six weeks in spring and early summer 2003. Eight transects, each containing seven pitfall traps, were placed in three different management regimes, either late or continous grazing, or meadow. The species composition was analysed by ordination analyses, i.e. DCA and CCA.

In this thesis, the flows of reactive nitrogen (Nr) in Scania were investigated and quantified. The thesis was also intended to form a basis for comparison between the urban nitrogen flow and other flows of nitrogen within Scania. The management of nitrogen in society has disturbed the natural nitrogen cycle. This is linked to a series of environmental problems such as eutrophication, acidification, global warming and smog. The method used was Substance Flow Analysis (SFA) for Nr. For calculation and flow charts Scania was divided into three subsystems; air, water and society.

IRB 340, Flexpicker is an industrial robot used for sorting, packaging and the handling of details up to two kg. The Flexpicker is a delta robot, meaning that it with three arms controls a triangular plate, swivel, in a work area shaped like a cylinder. Joints using plain bearings connect the arms.The plain bearing in use today consists of a plastic ring which slides against a hard anodized joint ball. Despite the fact that the plastic contain friction-lowering additives, the bearing needs to be lubricated to prevent noise. Because the robot is used in food and drug handling environments, where the demands on hygiene are set very high, the robot is often washed.

It is estimated that 22 000 contaminated areas exist in Sweden today. In order to classify the risk of contaminant migration from these areas and to prioritize which of these contaminated areas should first be treated, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has designed a method, for the investigation of contaminated areas (MIFO). One of these contaminated areas is the landfill Gräsötippen outside Köping. The landfill has been used by both Yara AB and the Köping municipality between the years 1945 and 1975, and both industrial and household waste have been deposited there. The aim of this report is to survey which contaminants that can be found in the soil and water in the landfill Gräsötippen and to evaluate the migration of these contaminants.
