The purpose of this paper is to examine the constructions of sexuality, which are produced when judgments concerning asylum are made, based on an asylum seeker?s sexual orientation. The question formulations are the following: Which constructions of sexuality are produced when necessary condition, fear of persecution due to sexual orientation, is applied in judgments regarding refugee status? Furthermore, how constructions of sexuality differ in the judgments where the asylum seeker has been consented and rejected is investigated. The empirical material consists of 13 judgments, which were announced between the years 2009-2013 by the Migration court.

Studier har visat på att kontaktytor kan fungera som en reservoar för mikroorganismer samt att överlevnaden kan vara från timmar till månader. Överförs mikroorganismer från kontaktytor till patient kan detta leda till vårdrelaterade infektioner som i sig kan leda till invasiva kirurgiska ingrepp och i värsta fall till döden. Det finns metoder och föreskrifter för att begränsa denna smittspridning men följsamheten är låg. Den prehospitala vårdmiljön är en utsatt miljö när det gäller smittspridning och exponering av mikroorganismer.

This paper examines how the ideal of manhood is portrayed and constructed and how the participation of Swedish soldier volunteers are motivated and legitimatized. The purpose of this examination is to gain understanding and knowledge about the Swedish soldiers in the Swedish brigade, how they legitimatize and motivate their participation and how the ideal of manhood is portrayed and constructed. The study is based on material from the war archive in Stockholm. The empirical material is composed by letters and propaganda material. In the analysis of the empirical study, there have been two theories used which are Eric Hobsbawms historical method and theory about invented traditions and Peter Aronssons historical method and theory about ?historiebruk? and legitimacy.

Prisons are for many an unknown world, and few know about the prison culture which includes unwritten rules, power structures, interactions and relationships between inmates and correctional employees.While many think that Swedish prisons are too comfortable,inmates are facing extreme stress due to surveillance and detention, by depriving inmates their possibility to shape their own lives. When the inmates is deprived of control over their own life?s the penal system have great power to shape and to influence the inmates.The purpose of this paper is to investigate prisoners' experiences of treatment and exercise of power in prisons. Starting point is to examine what are the kinds of relationships between prison officers and inmates from a power perspective, if there is any difference between the closed and open prisons and how the inmates affected by the structures that exist.Based on my overall purpose, and with my informant´s stories which revealed a number of similar points, four main headings were developed; Mass media and society´s view, and unknown world, interaction between inmates and prison officers and consequences.Prison officers with the role as a contact persons as well and other staff which work close to the inmates play a significant role by supporting through motivational interviewing and can help the inmates to gain insight about their life situation and actions. My informant?s underlined that a good contact person can either help or discourage.Inmates who contributed with their experiences express that there is a big difference between open-and closed prisons.

Problem formulation: Recent results from the European Food Information Council?s consumer research on nutrition information and food labelling revealed that most consumers have little understanding of the nutrition information found on food products, feel that there is little authority regulating these matters and wish for a more trusted source of information and regulation and lastly it was found that consumers accept their limitations and have little motivation to even read or learn about nutrition information. Thus what are the reactions of the various legal authorities to this problem? How are food retailers and producers responding to the needs of the consumer? How are consumers then reacting to these two players in the industry and the changes they are making?Purpose: The purpose of this research is to gain new perspective and a better understanding of relationship between consumers, companies and legal instruments in relation to nutrition and health claim labelling of food products. Method: The nature of this multi-disciplinary research has led to the study of all three areas, business administration (containing consumer behaviour) and business law, which are contained in this paper.

AbstractThe main purpose of this study is to examine which essential traits floorball coaches for men?s and women?s team require. One issue was to see if there was any distinction between which leader traits and behaviors the players and the coaches regarded as essential. Another issue was to see if the coaches? behaviors differed whether he was coaching men or women.

My master?s thesis is a study of acquisition of photographies during 1958-2008. The questions I proceed from is what patterns lies behind the Royal library's acquisition of photography and how the process of acquisition looks like. The theoretical base which I lean on consists partly of a problematization of the process of cultural heritage and partly of organizational theory. The problematization of the process of cultural heritage is my foundation of this essay.

Väsentlighetsbedömningen ses som en grundsten vid revision och är viktig då den används genom hela revisionsprocessen samt styr alla revisorns beslut. Begreppet väsentlighet är teoretiskt väldefinierat men då det endast finns riktlinjer för hur väsentlighetsbedömning ska genomföras finns det utrymme för revisorns egna bedömningar. Att revisorerna får göra egna bedömningar kan leda till olika beslut gällande väsentlighetsbedömning då revisorer har olika preferenser. Olika preferenser kan leda till olika väsentlighetsbedömningar vilket i sin tur kan leda till problem. Efter följande problem kom vi fram till att vår frågeställning skulle baseras på vilka skillnader och likheter som kan uppstå vid en väsentlighetsbedömning vid en revision.

To ensure that animals are treated well and kept in environments fitted for them, Sweden has animal welfare legislation. One of the requirements in the legislation is that horses are kept in spaces that has a ceiling height that measures at least 1,5 * the height at the withers of the horse, but always a minimum of 2,2 m. But a minor derivation can be accepted from these measurements if certain criteria are fulfilled. If the ceiling height is to low the ventilation in the stable can be negatively affected. It can also affect the posture of the horse and may increase the risk of the horse being injured.

The Essay starts with studying the time after the Second World War and its boom, the force behind many of the abandoned locations we see in our city today. Thereafter the idea of place is looked into, its importance for the individual and how the own individual experience affects the experience of place. It is about how we can create own places and through that recapture the city and give it meaning and contents again. The social aspects are being discussed as an important component of creating a feeling of reality. Further studies the abandoned rooms historical values since the past have an ability to raise the experience of a place. How decayed depends highly of economy and how we have gotten so used to changes that we accept capitalism as a driving force to decay is also being discussed. Thereafter the planers roll for the abandoned places in the city is being raised.

This is a thesis about design of young stands of trees. A big source of inspiration has been Västerskog and Tor Nitzelius Park in Alnarp which both consists of a structure of squares. I wanted to examine if this type of planting could be valuable from an aesthetic and recreational point of view. One problem today is that many people believe that we have to wait for decades for a planting to grow up so that we can enjoy the ?ready result?.

Det finns idag långt framskridna planer på att avveckla den svenska revisionsplikten för små och medelstora aktiebolag. Med stöd i EG-rättens fjärde bolagsdirektiv tillsatte regeringen under 2006 en utredning av dåvarande justitierådet Bo Svensson att utreda vilka åtgärder som krävs för att avskaffa revisionsplikten för små- och medelstora aktiebolag. Förslaget presenterades i slutet på mars 2008 (SOU 2008:32) och stödjer ett avvecklande av revisionsplikten, vilket enligt utredningens beräkningar kan leda till kostnadsbesparing på 5,8 miljarder kronor för företagen.SOU 2008:32 har dock möts av stark kritik från olika intressentgrupper inom samhället. Skatteverket är en intressent vilken i hög grad kommer att påverkas av en slopad revisionsplikt. SOU 2008:32 anser dock att Skatteverkets verksamhet inte kommer att beröras i nämnvärd utsträckning av det diskuterade förslaget.

This study will focus on the role of social services and their experiences regarding why youth become involved in criminal activities, as well as the preventive measures social services offer to address this issue. The paper employs the theories of territorial stigmatization, systems theory, and labeling theory (of deviant behavior). The study is based on a qualitative method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers who have experience working with youth involved in criminal activities or at risk of involvement. The results indicate that a lack of social cohesion can be a contributing factor to youth involvement in crime, and various factors can lead individuals to such situations.

Sammanfattning Väsentlighetsbedömningen är en central del i revisionsprocessen och reglerna kring väsentlighet finns sammanfattade i ISA, Internationella revisionsstandarderna. Revisorn skall i det inledande arbetet fastställa ett övergripande väsentlighetstal. Det är upp till den enskilde revisorn att bedöma vilket väsentlighetstal som skall gälla. Det övergripande väsentlighetstalet beskriver det sammanlagda beloppsfel en revisor kan godkänna utan att behöva lämna en oren revisionsberättelse. Bedömningarna kring väsentlighetstalet beror slutligen på revisorns egen fingertoppskänsla.
