On the 1st of January 2009, a new regulation regarding interest deduction limitations was enforced. The aim was to prevent tax structure with interest deductions in a community of interest. The changes meant that intra-group share transfers, which generates an intra-group loan structure, can lead to borrower losing their right to deduct interest expenses. Except from the main rule two exceptions were also introduced. These eliminates the limitations, and accept the deductibility despite the above conditions.

Equal treatment in school is an on-going debate in the Swedish society. At the same time teachers around the country struggles to make ends meet because of a heavy workload. Voices have been raised that teachers no longer have the time to actually be teachers since they get piled up with paper work and other administrative tasks. However, schools are bound by law to take action against harassments and discrimination of any kind. There is also an overall policy in the Swedish national curriculum that every school must embrace diversity and actively teach students about solidarity and respect.

In modern, Swedish political science there are different ways of looking at ?democracy?. A very common distinction is that between three groups of democratic theories: electoral democracy, participation democracy and deliberative democracy.The nowadays frequently used concept of electoral democracy is often used as synonymous with the older concept of repre­­­­sen­tative or indirect democracy ? frequently regarded as a contrast to the direct democracy of ancient Athens. However, there are also important differences.

In this study we examine how the image of women, through framing and stereotyping in interviews, is constructed in the Swedish television morning show Gomorron Sverige on International Women?s Day. Our study is based on qualitative method, using the ECA (Ethnographic Content Analysis) model.Our main theoretical assumptions are that media contributes to constructing the images of reality we see in our heads, and that the images of women mediated through television are stereotypes which are displayed in the presenter?s questions and in the respondent?s answers. By defining the problems related to International Women?s Day, showing causal connections, making moral judgments and presenting solutions, television contributes to the viewer?s perception of what is important, why it is important, what is wrong and how to make it right.Based on our theoretical assumptions we have divided our study into three analytical themes:1.

AbstractBackground: Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide and accounted for 7.6 million deaths, about 13% of all deaths, in 2008. Several factors can affect patients' quality of life such as physical and psychological symptoms, relationship to people around and the environment. In palliative care professionals need to have good knowledge in order to improve patient quality of life and to give them as good a life as possible in the final stages of life.Aim: The purpose of this overview study is to describe the experiences of quality of life in patients with incurable cancer.Method: We conducted an overview study that was based on ten scientific articles. All articles are qualitative studies, from the year 1995 - 2011, and are from Sweden, Finland, UK, Canada and the USA. Qualitative analysis was used to group the various themes and subthemes for overview study purpose.

During the period of occupation of Norway between the years 1940-1945 the National Lutheran Church took the responsibility of supporting the Norweigans in their ideological battle against the Nazis. This was a period named Holdningskampen in Norwegian history. One person to remember was Eivind Berggrav, bishop in Oslo diocese. He was the one responsible for the theological document of importance Kirkens Grunn that became important as a document against the Nazis and the small percentage of Christians that related to the naziinspired-church. Berggrav was also one of the founders of Den Midlertidlige Kirkeledelsen, the organisation responsible for the non-nazified churches.

The report addresses four main tasks, situation analysis of the company's total costs and transportation volume, cost analysis associated with the adjustment of the filling ratio, transport costs for the expansion and new expenses on a combination of expansion with new adjusted filling ratio.  Increasing transport costs for the company was the main reason for the request of the current situation analysis. A survey of the total cost with the actual volumes and transport provider pricing is the basis of the analysis that extends from May 2006 to October 2008. The results show an increase in costs, both overall expense and per cubic meter of transported goods. Volume spreads, trends, and seasonal variations are according to our and the company?s expectations.

The study of culture is specifically relevant to libraries confronting changes. A variety of conditions makes it beneficial for libraries to understand the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the underlying culture. Such an understanding can help libraries in adjusting to changes easier, without losing the cultural values that they hold important to their identity and strategic strengths.Taking this as a starting point the purpose of this essay is to examine and describe what aspects in prevailing library cultures are important to pay attention to when meeting changes. Den här undersökningen är gjord på uppdrag av LRF Mjölk och behandlar djurskyddsbestämmelsernas inverkan på djurvälfärden med fokus på klövhälsan i svenska mjölkkobesättningar. En kvantitativ studie baserad på telefonintervjuer genomfördes med 94 utvalda mjölkproducenter med stor geografisk spridning över landet. Den svenska djurskyddslagen är bland de striktaste i världen och kraven på de svenska producenterna är i många fall högre än för de utländska konkurrenterna vad gäller djurvälfärd, stallmåttbestämmelser och djurskötselkrav. En mjölkkobesättning har över 50 myndighets- och branschkrav att följa, såvida denne inte är ansluten till ytterligare certifieringsprogram där det kan tillkomma krav på hur produktionen får bedrivas. Många av dessa krav är tvärvillkor som måste uppfyllas, annars riskerar producenten att drabbas av sanktioner av sina jordbruksstöd. Kraven upplevs som betungande och kostsamma av lantbrukare. Djurvälfärden i de svenska mjölkkobesättningarna är hög och rapporter visar att Sverige har den lägsta registrerade antibiotikaanvändningen i Europa. Mjölkproduktionen drabbas ofta av vad man kallar för produktionssjukdomar.

SammanfattningInom svenska kyrkan finns inga särskilda restriktioner att ta hänsyn till vid vård i livets slutskede. Dock kan patienten ha önskemål om att fira nattvard, ha enskilt samtal med präst samt önska att förbön hålls i hemförsamlingen.Romernas traditioner kring vård i livets slutskede kretsar till största del kring renhetssystemet men även kring rädslan att påverkas av gajé. Man tar själv hand om sina släktingar och de som är så sjuka att sjukhusvistelse krävs besöker man frekvent. Traditionen bjuder att så kallade sanningar skall undanhållas den som ligger för döden, man får inte ta hoppet från patienten. Dessutom tror romer att man kan framkalla döden om man talar om den.
